to be always in the company of another person whether it be husband and wife, parents and children, brothers and sisters or amongst the most beloved ones. A person may desire never to be far away from his loved ones. However it is written that it shouldn’t take place. Firaq means separation and everyone must meet and at sometime or other separate. As far as our physical bodies are concerned it is written that we cannot be always together. It is just not possible. However spiritually we have been given a power and technique through which anyone may ask for such a meeting. This is possible because our spiritualities have a possibility to be in connection.

When we remember that person our spiritual being is capable of being in connection with that person. These connections have so many levels. Perfect Awliyas (Saints) are always in connection with Rasoolullah (Sal). Anytime they desire such a connection they should find themselves immediately in the Holy Presence of Rasoolullah (Sal). They never leave Rasoolullah’s Spiritual Presence. This technique is known as Huzur Ma’Rasool – that is connection with the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sal). The people belonging to Tariqats are stepping in this direction in order to obtain such a connection. As we are yet beginners we should first practice an easy way. This easy way is Huzur us Sheikh, that is to be in connection with your Sheikh. Anytime that you think of your Sheikh, you may say “I am in the Holy Presence of my Grandsheikh”. At first you may not see him, but a feeling of his presence may be felt by you. These feelings are of various levels. A simple connection is to feel your Sheikh’s presence always. Then gradually, you may come to the level of even feeling the breathing of your Sheikh. Then further on you may see your Sheikh in front of you making the Zikr “Allah”, “Allah”, and thereby giving power to you, and you look at him and follow him. Then you will be present with Sheikh for you entire life. Thereafter you should find yourself in the presence of the whole circle of the lovers of your Grandsheikh. Then when that connection becomes perfect, you will be able to see your Sheikh sitting with you, coming with you, going with you, being with you, being in you and surrounding you. Then Sheikh shall be in you. You will then become changed through the personality of your Sheikh. This is known as Fana-u-fis-Sheikh (annihilation in Sheikh). You will leave your being and the personality and power of your Sheikh will appear through yourself. Then you become the representative of your Sheikh. Then your Sheikh, through that personality will carry you to the Holy Presence of Rasoolullah (Sal). Then Rasoolullah (Sal) will dress you with his Spiritual Body and then you will become the representative of Rasoolullah (Sal). Rasoolullah is Zahir –

he appears through yourself. Then Rasoolullah (Sal), will take you to Huzur al Haq (the Presence of Truth), to the Divine Presence of Lord Allah Almighty. Almighty Allah will then dress you with Divine Lights and you then become annihilated in Allah (Fana ul Filla). Then you will be leaving everything in your self, and Divine Lights will appear through yourself, and you will become Khaliphatullah (Representative of Allah). You shall then represent Allah through the Whole Universe and He shall give this power to you. Wa Saharalakum maa fi samawathi wa maa fil arli jameeyah – Holy Quran, tassaruf al tasliq – that is the power to be able to do everything throughout the whole of creation and through all the Universes according to His Divine Will. This is Khaliphatulla (Representative of Allah). All the laws and Shariat that have been sent down through the Prophets are to teach people and to guide people to this station. When you reach to the station of Khaliphatullah you would achieve the final aim of all Shariat and all Tariqats. But you are now so far away. We are here only saying, that when your Sheikh’s physical presence leaves you and if he is a Perfect Master (Murshidun Kamil), he must connect with everyone’s spiritual being through himself and act as a bodyguard and move with that person always. That Sheikh should never leave any one taking Bayyath (initiation) with him without such a spiritual connection. He gives a telephone connection to you with a code number. It may be a little difficult for you to reach to that code number immediately, at first. He can reach to you anytime but for you to reach and connect to him it may take a little bit of practice. When you use this code number you can quickly communicate with him and make your connection. Tariqats arrange this spiritual relationship among ourselves. Then gradually, with our spiritual guides and then on to our Rasool (Sal) and then finally up to our relationship with the Divine Presence. However, the people of present day do not understand this. against Tariqats and refusing to accept them. They say that this is “Shirk” (associating partners with Allah Almighty). They are very foolish people. They never try to understand. Therefore we may leave your presence but this connection that we gave to you when you took Bayyath reaches to all those who have been given this Bayyath. In the terminology of Tassawwaf (the sufi way), this connection is known as “Rabitah” or “Rabitat us Sheikh”. You can use it anytime and you will always find more power, more courage, more taste, more improvement and more development in your journey towards the Divine Presence. The spiritual power of the heart
‘Tariqatuna as-sohbet wa khairu fi jamiat’- The way of our Tariqat is association with the Sheikh and goodness lies in the congregation... This is the root of our Tariqat. Allah Almighty made Shah-u-Naqshiband the main pillar of the most distinguished Naqshibandi Order, and one of the guides that take people on their way to the Divine Presence, so that they are never going to lose their direction towards Allah Almighty or His teaching. He was saying: “We are teaching people, so that they never lose their way, and their efforts never go without benefit.” It is a short way, a safe way, a happy way. Everyone is walking, moving by themselves, or time makes them move. So many people are not moving, only time makes them move. And any moment they may reach to an end, as every beginning must have an end. The movement of people must stop one day, and then they will find themselves in front of two entrances. On one of them is written: ‘The Way of Paradise’, or the way on which people reach to the Divine Presence. On the second entrance is written: ‘The Way of Hell’, who steps through that entrance should be taken to Hell. There is no safety on that way. It is a terrible end. Day by day we are approaching that... One more day has passed. It is going to be one day less, and the day will come when we reach to that entrance. Sahabas. It is difficult for our egos, but happiness for our souls. Everything that is going to be difficult for our egos finally should give us an enjoyment, a pleasure. Most people are carried on the second way, and Shaitan is walking ahead of them with his devils and soldiers. Who follows them, finally should reach the entrance to Hell... Why are they going on that way? They are running after it, because their egos are enjoying that way... If you are not using your will-power, your ego will take you in that dangerous direction... Every association in our Tariqat makes people to pay attention, so they don’t follow their ego, but follow the way of the Saints and Prophets. Every association with the Sheikh gives a spiritual power to our soul, so that we may be able to use our will-power against our ego’s will. If you are not taking power, spiritual power, it is difficult to prevent yourself from following your ego. Therefore we are in need of those people who have spiritual power and who may also give support to our spirituality, so that we can be able to say to our physical demands, to our ego: “No, I am not following you, I am following the way of the Saints and Prophets!” Every association gives that power secretly through your soul. Whether you know it or not, feel it or not, doesn’t matter. But this power must be given through every association. And it is not important, what we say, or what we hear. What are we saying here? If I am reading a newspaper, it doesn’t matter... You are in the operation-room, and you are covered... What is important is to attend the association of the Sheikh, and his spiritual power is going through everyone... When you are sitting here, blessings are coming from Heavens, coming from Allah Almighty, and those blessings make you powerful. We may say anything through our associations, it doesn’t matter. You heard it or not, you make yourself keep those orders or not. But to be here, to attend the association of the Naqshibandi Order, gives you that spiritual power, making your soul to be stronger than your ego. Your spiritual power is increasing, so that you can use your will-power against your ego. And you may say: “What Sheikh is saying, I can never remember.”... Sheikh’s address is not to your minds. Ulema, scholars, are addressing your mind; Awliya, Saints, are addressing your souls. Therefore, anytime when you are facing something, what your soul caught and kept reaches you at that time and gives you that power...

Therefore association with the Sheikh is a most important pillar in the Naqshibandi Order. Always we are under the spiritual supervision of the Sheikh. But our physical body also has a right to visit him at least once a year... It may be every week, or every month, or once in 4o days, but don’t make it longer than 4o days not to come for an association. This period will keep a person going towards his destination, Paradise. Now, in our days, there are going to be less and less people, who have been authorized in such a way. If they are not authorized and they are only imitating it gives power also, but when authorized people make association their full power comes through your hearts, and the heart is the station of the Sultan, the Throne of the Sultan. The Sultan’s power runs around your physical body to take it towards its direction and destination. If you are not finding anyone for association, even two Mureeds can come and sit together. They may say: “Audhu bi’llahi mina shaitani rajim, Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim”, and then one of them can say: “La ilaha ill’ Allah” , and the other one: “Muhammad Rasulu’llah sws”- asking: “Oh our Lord, keep us on Your right path, the way of Your Anbiya and Awliya. Keep us and prevent Shaitan and devils from affecting us, protect us against their tricks and traps!”... A few minutes is enough, and that mercy may cover them and protect them. May Allah bless you and shelter your physical body and protect our souls from falling into the hands of devils. May He make a way for those who fall into their hands to save themselves... And we are asking for real power for our Naqshibandi Order to collect people, and to move towards Allah Amighty’s Divine Presence. Fatiha. 01.04.1999

They are finished forever. May Allah watch over you & protect us. And it is the order of our Umm Haram Sultan, the instructions have arrived. Who come here visiting may complete his visit & return to his home. They should not stay here long. And also, there is no permission yet to come from outside because of world's current situation. Therefore the new visitors should wait to come till the 10th of Muharram. There is permission after the 10th of Muharram. Permission for before this has ended. They may stay where they are & take care of their dargahs & may they have no fear at all. I will also say for the Turks, no need for them also to stay here without a necessity. Herr, laß uns die guten Tage mit Mahdi (as) erreichen und geehrt werden mit seinem Dienst. Möge Er euch auch Isa (as) erreichen lassen. Einmal werde ich dem heiligen Mahdi (as) meinen Treueeid leisten... Möge Allah uns zu den Glücklichen gehören lassen, Ahlu s-Sa`adah, den Gläubigen, insha'Allah. aufzugeben, was Du verboten hast, so viel wir können. Sende uns einen Helfer, ya Rabbi, ya Allah, ya Allah... Fatiha. Frauen sollten nicht hinausgehen, wenn es nicht notwendig ist. Astaizubillah 'Und haltet euch in eueren Häusern auf und stellt euch nicht zur Schau wie in der Zeit der früheren Unwissenheit' (33:33). Es folgt 'Und verrichtet das Gebet'? Okay, sie sollten darauf achten. Das ist gewiß: Die Frauen sollten in ihren Häusern bleiben, und sollten nicht hinausgehen, wenn es nicht nötig ist. Sie sollten sich weigern zu arbeiten, sondern eher zu Hause sitzen, wo sie sicher sind. Wir können die Sicherheit nicht garantieren für die, die nicht zu Hause sitzen. 'Und bleibt in eueren Häusern', sagte der Prophet (saws). Wer sein Haus betritt und die Tür hinter sich schließt, ist in Sicherheit. Shukur, Ballagna.. Ich gebe dir die Erlaubnis, zu verkünden. Fatiha. Nehmt das auf, vermerkt es... oder nehmt es von dieser Aufnahme (Saltanat). Es gibt Erlaubnis zu gehen. Wer hierher zu Besuch kommt, soll seinen Besuch vollenden und nach Hause zurückkehren. Sie sollten nicht lange hier bleiben. Und es gibt noch keine Erlaubnis von außerhalb zu kommen wegen der gegenwärtigen Weltlage. Deshalb sollten die neuen Besucher bis zum 10. Muharram warten. Es gibt Erlaubnis nach dem 10. Muharram. Die Erlaubnis davor ist zu Ende. Sie sollen bleiben, wo sie sind, und ihre Dergahs hüten. Und sie sollen sich nicht fürchten. Ich sage auch zu den Türken, es ist nicht nötig, hier zu bleiben ohne Notwendigkeit. Sie können wieder zu ihren Orten gehen. Wer bleiben möchte, soll bleiben, kein Schaden. La ilaha illa Allah Sayyidina Muhammad.. Es ist okay, insha'Allah. Ya Rabbi Shukur, ya Rabbi Shukur. Ya Rabbi Shukur, ya Rabbi Shukur... Allah Dhu l-Jalal, Allah Dhu l-Jalal, Allah Dhu l-Jalal... (Indonesian Mureeds Visit Sultan al-Awliya) Fatihah. My grandfather was Qadiri (shows photo). He lived to be almost a hundred years old. He lived in Larnaca and was a shaykh at the maqaam of Hala Sultan. Every day when he opened the place at dawn, he saw Hala Sultan standing under the flag on the minbar and then entering into her maqaam. These are my uncles (in photo). Yes sir, welcome! Welcome! (Mureeds: We are going for Hajj, with my son; with my father.) Look, don't be late after Hajj as I don't know what is going to happen in Muharram; perhaps there will be terrible harakaat, events. SPORT IN ISLAM
Then, in those hours you may do some exercises, I mean sports, not watching football matches on television - that is not sport. Islam is keen on sports and urging people to be always moving - first to walk and to breathe and to be out of cities, in the countryside - Muslims should have spacious places to live in, big houses, big places, big gardens, not imprisoned in huge cities. Islam orders people freedom of movement but 20th century civilisation imprisons people in matchbox concrete buildings, giving them big trouble and helping to destroy mankind physically, mentally and spiritually. Huge buildings are killing mankind, huge cities are killing mankind, destroying everything. Therefore, until they come to the rule of Islam they are will not be happy, healthy or wealthy. Individual and common, criminal activities will never end. Therefore, Islam is against big crowding. Islam is ordering people to be in spacious houses, in the countryside, big gardens, to move, to walk. When they are finishing their work, they may work in their gardens, in their fields, in their homes, in their shops, in their small factories - to do more for the sake of Allah, walking and working to give more energy to spend for the purposes of charity, not to waste their energies running through the streets, quarrelling and fighting with each other or sitting down and getting big bellies in front of the TV. That is not Islam. Walking and working are the best sports, to move our bodies. Islam, individually or collectively, urges people

to make sport, like hunting, riding horses, swimming, (but not in dirty seas, with thousands of people - that harms people physically, mentally and spiritually, making people down, not up, not such swimming). Running, wrestling (not boxing, killing, hurting, destroying). Skiing in mountains, shooting. All those sports should be for everyone, they must do the best one according to their ability, their capacity. Everyone should have a horse or even a donkey and keep animals for good purposes. No Football. A person may desire never to be far away from his loved ones. However it is written that it shouldn’t take place. Firaq means separation and everyone must meet and at sometime or other separate. As far as our physical bodies are concerned it is written that we cannot be always together. It is just not possible. When we remember that person our spiritual being is capable of being in connection with that person. These connections have so many levels. Perfect Awliyas (Saints) are always in connection with Rasoolullah (Sal). Anytime they desire such a connection they should find themselves immediately in the Holy Presence of Rasoolullah (Sal). They never leave Rasoolullah’s Spiritual Presence. This technique is known as Huzur Ma’Rasool – that is connection with the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sal). The people belonging to Tariqats are stepping in this direction in order to obtain such a connection. As we are yet beginners we should first practice an easy way. This easy way is Huzur us Sheikh, that is to be in connection with your Sheikh. Anytime that you think of your Sheikh, you may say “I am in the Holy Presence of my Grandsheikh”. At first you may not see him, but a feeling of his presence may be felt by you. These feelings are of various levels. A simple connection is to feel your Sheikh’s presence always. Then gradually, you may come to the level of even feeling the breathing of your Sheikh. Then further on you may see your Sheikh in front of you making the Zikr “Allah”, “Allah”, and thereby giving power to you, and you look at him and follow him. Then you will be present with Sheikh for you entire life. Thereafter you should find yourself in the presence of the whole circle of the lovers of your Grandsheikh. Then when that connection becomes perfect, you will be able to see your Sheikh sitting with you, coming with you, going with you, being with you, being in you and surrounding you. Then Sheikh shall be in you. You will then become changed through the personality of your Sheikh. This is known as Fana-u-fis-Sheikh (annihilation in Sheikh). You will leave your being and the personality and power of your Sheikh will appear through yourself. Then you become the representative of your Sheikh. Then your Sheikh, through that personality will carry you to the Holy Presence of Rasoolullah (Sal). Then Rasoolullah (Sal) will dress you with his Spiritual Body and then you will become the representative of Rasoolullah (Sal). Rasoolullah is Zahir –

he appears through yourself. Then Rasoolullah (Sal), will take you to Huzur al Haq (the Presence of Truth), to the Divine Presence of Lord Allah Almighty. Almighty Allah will then dress you with Divine Lights and you then become annihilated in Allah (Fana ul Filla). Then you will be leaving everything in your self, and Divine Lights will appear through yourself, and you will become Khaliphatullah (Representative of Allah). You shall then represent Allah through the Whole Universe and He shall give this power to you. Wa Saharalakum maa fi samawathi wa maa fil arli jameeyah – Holy Quran, tassaruf al tasliq – that is the power to be able to do everything throughout the whole of creation and through all the Universes according to His Divine Will. This is Khaliphatulla (Representative of Allah). All the laws and Shariat that have been sent down through the Prophets are to teach people and to guide people to this station. When you reach to the station of Khaliphatullah you would achieve the final aim of all Shariat and all Tariqats. But you are now so far away. We are here only saying, that when your Sheikh’s physical presence leaves you and if he is a Perfect Master (Murshidun Kamil), he must connect with everyone’s spiritual being through himself and act as a bodyguard and move with that person always. That Sheikh should never leave any one taking Bayyath (initiation) with him without such a spiritual connection. He gives a telephone connection to you with a code number. It may be a little difficult for you to reach to that code number immediately, at first. He can reach to you anytime but for you to reach and connect to him it may take a little bit of practice. When you use this code number you can quickly communicate with him and make your connection. Tariqats arrange this spiritual relationship among ourselves. Then gradually, with our spiritual guides and then on to our Rasool (Sal) and then finally up to our relationship with the Divine Presence. However, the people of present day do not understand this. In the terminology of Tassawwaf (the sufi way), this connection is known as “Rabitah” or “Rabitat us Sheikh”. You can use it anytime and you will always find more power, more courage, more taste, more improvement and more development in your journey towards the Divine Presence. The spiritual power of the heart
‘Tariqatuna as-sohbet wa khairu fi jamiat’- The way of our Tariqat is association with the Sheikh and goodness lies in the congregation... This is the root of our Tariqat. Allah Almighty made Shah-u-Naqshiband the main pillar of the most distinguished Naqshibandi Order, and one of the guides that take people on their way to the Divine Presence, so that they are never going to lose their direction towards Allah Almighty or His teaching. He was saying: “We are teaching people, so that they never lose their way, and their efforts never go without benefit.” It is a short way, a safe way, a happy way. Everyone is walking, moving by themselves, or time makes them move. So many people are not moving, only time makes them move. And any moment they may reach to an end, as every beginning must have an end. The movement of people must stop one day, and then they will find themselves in front of two entrances. On one of them is written: ‘The Way of Paradise’, or the way on which people reach to the Divine Presence. On the second entrance is written: ‘The Way of Hell’, who steps through that entrance should be taken to Hell. There is no safety on that way. It is a terrible end. Day by day we are approaching that... One more day has passed. It is going to be one day less, and the day will come when we reach to that entrance. Sahabas. It is difficult for our egos, but happiness for our souls. Everything that is going to be difficult for our egos finally should give us an enjoyment, a pleasure. Most people are carried on the second way, and Shaitan is walking ahead of them with his devils and soldiers. Who follows them, finally should reach the entrance to Hell... Why are they going on that way? They are running after it, because their egos are enjoying that way... If you are not using your will-power, your ego will take you in that dangerous direction... Every association in our Tariqat makes people to pay attention, so they don’t follow their ego, but follow the way of the Saints and Prophets. Every association with the Sheikh gives a spiritual power to our soul, so that we may be able to use our will-power against our ego’s will. If you are not taking power, spiritual power, it is difficult to prevent yourself from following your ego. Therefore we are in need of those people who have spiritual power and who may also give support to our spirituality, so that we can be able to say to our physical demands, to our ego: “No, I am not following you, I am following the way of the Saints and Prophets!” Every association gives that power secretly through your soul. Whether you know it or not, feel it or not, doesn’t matter. But this power must be given through every association. And it is not important, what we say, or what we hear. What are we saying here? If I am reading a newspaper, it doesn’t matter... You are in the operation-room, and you are covered... What is important is to attend the association of the Sheikh, and his spiritual power is going through everyone... When you are sitting here, blessings are coming from Heavens, coming from Allah Almighty, and those blessings make you powerful. We may say anything through our associations, it doesn’t matter. You heard it or not, you make yourself keep those orders or not. But to be here, to attend the association of the Naqshibandi Order, gives you that spiritual power, making your soul to be stronger than your ego. Your spiritual power is increasing, so that you can use your will-power against your ego. And you may say: “What Sheikh is saying, I can never remember.”... Sheikh’s address is not to your minds. Ulema, scholars, are addressing your mind; Awliya, Saints, are addressing your souls. Therefore, anytime when you are facing something, what your soul caught and kept reaches you at that time and gives you that power...

Therefore association with the Sheikh is a most important pillar in the Naqshibandi Order. Always we are under the spiritual supervision of the Sheikh. But our physical body also has a right to visit him at least once a year... It may be every week, or every month, or once in 4o days, but don’t make it longer than 4o days not to come for an association. This period will keep a person going towards his destination, Paradise. Now, in our days, there are going to be less and less people, who have been authorized in such a way. If they are not authorized and they are only imitating it gives power also, but when authorized people make association their full power comes through your hearts, and the heart is the station of the Sultan, the Throne of the Sultan. The Sultan’s power runs around your physical body to take it towards its direction and destination. If you are not finding anyone for association, even two Mureeds can come and sit together. They may say: “Audhu bi’llahi mina shaitani rajim, Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim”, and then one of them can say: “La ilaha ill’ Allah” , and the other one: “Muhammad Rasulu’llah sws”- asking: “Oh our Lord, keep us on Your right path, the way of Your Anbiya and Awliya. Keep us and prevent Shaitan and devils from affecting us, protect us against their tricks and traps!”... A few minutes is enough, and that mercy may cover them and protect them. May Allah bless you and shelter your physical body and protect our souls from falling into the hands of devils. May He make a way for those who fall into their hands to save themselves... And we are asking for real power for our Naqshibandi Order to collect people, and to move towards Allah Amighty’s Divine Presence. Fatiha. 01.04.1999

They may stay where they are & take care of their dargahs & may they have no fear at all. I will also say for the Turks, no need for them also to stay here without a necessity. aufzugeben, was Du verboten hast, so viel wir können. Sende uns einen Helfer, ya Rabbi, ya Allah, ya Allah... Fatiha. Frauen sollten nicht hinausgehen, wenn es nicht notwendig ist. Astaizubillah 'Und haltet euch in eueren Häusern auf und stellt euch nicht zur Schau wie in der Zeit der früheren Unwissenheit' (33:33). Es folgt 'Und verrichtet das Gebet'? Okay, sie sollten darauf achten. Das ist gewiß: Die Frauen sollten in ihren Häusern bleiben, und sollten nicht hinausgehen, wenn es nicht nötig ist. Sie sollten sich weigern zu arbeiten, sondern eher zu Hause sitzen, wo sie sicher sind. Wir können die Sicherheit nicht garantieren für die, die nicht zu Hause sitzen. 'Und bleibt in eueren Häusern', sagte der Prophet (saws). Wer sein Haus betritt und die Tür hinter sich schließt, ist in Sicherheit. Shukur, Ballagna.. Ich gebe dir die Erlaubnis, zu verkünden. Fatiha. Nehmt das auf, vermerkt es... oder nehmt es von dieser Aufnahme (Saltanat). Es gibt Erlaubnis zu gehen. Wer hierher zu Besuch kommt, soll seinen Besuch vollenden und nach Hause zurückkehren. Sie sollten nicht lange hier bleiben. Und es gibt noch keine Erlaubnis von außerhalb zu kommen wegen der gegenwärtigen Weltlage. Deshalb sollten die neuen Besucher bis zum 10. Muharram warten. Es gibt Erlaubnis nach dem 10. Muharram. Die Erlaubnis davor ist zu Ende. Sie sollen bleiben, wo sie sind, und ihre Dergahs hüten. Und sie sollen sich nicht fürchten. Ich sage auch zu den Türken, es ist nicht nötig, hier zu bleiben ohne Notwendigkeit. Sie können wieder zu ihren Orten gehen. Wer bleiben möchte, soll bleiben, kein Schaden. (Indonesian Mureeds Visit Sultan al-Awliya) Fatihah. My grandfather was Qadiri (shows photo). He lived to be almost a hundred years old. He lived in Larnaca and was a shaykh at the maqaam of Hala Sultan. Every day when he opened the place at dawn, he saw Hala Sultan standing under the flag on the minbar and then entering into her maqaam. These are my uncles (in photo). Yes sir, welcome! Welcome! (Mureeds: We are going for Hajj, with my son; with my father.) Look, don't be late after Hajj as I don't know what is going to happen in Muharram; perhaps there will be terrible harakaat, events. SPORT IN ISLAM
Then, in those hours you may do some exercises, I mean sports, not watching football matches on television - that is not sport. Islam is keen on sports and urging people to be always moving - first to walk and to breathe and to be out of cities, in the countryside - Muslims should have spacious places to live in, big houses, big places, big gardens, not imprisoned in huge cities. Islam orders people freedom of movement but 20th century civilisation imprisons people in matchbox concrete buildings, giving them big trouble and helping to destroy mankind physically, mentally and spiritually. Huge buildings are killing mankind, huge cities are killing mankind, destroying everything. Therefore, until they come to the rule of Islam they are will not be happy, healthy or wealthy. Individual and common, criminal activities will never end. Therefore, Islam is against big crowding. Islam is ordering people to be in spacious houses, in the countryside, big gardens, to move, to walk. When they are finishing their work, they may work in their gardens, in their fields, in their homes, in their shops, in their small factories - to do more for the sake of Allah, walking and working to give more energy to spend for the purposes of charity, not to waste their energies running through the streets, quarrelling and fighting with each other or sitting down and getting big bellies in front of the TV. to make sport, like hunting, riding horses, swimming, (but not in dirty seas, with thousands of people - that harms people physically, mentally and spiritually, making people down, not up, not such swimming). Running, wrestling (not boxing, killing, hurting, destroying). Skiing in mountains, shooting. All those sports should be for everyone, they must do the best one according to their ability, their capacity. Everyone should have a horse or even a donkey and keep animals for good purposes. No Football. Football is not sport, it only harms people - eleven people running too much, their hearts getting bigger and then one day after twenty-five years or thirty years they drop dead; if not that, their bodies are carrying too much from heavy running, their hearts can't carry them and suddenly they are going to die. Therefore, it is prohibited, it is not sport. In such a way Islam urges people - what could be better than riding, shooting and walking in the countryside, in the mountains - the best sports for improving the physical body and making the mind pure from bad thoughts. Because Allah Almighty created man from earth and therefore man is drawn to earth. When he is working with earth, he feels best, feels happiness, feels pleasure. Therefore, it is more important for governments to allow people to have even a small piece of land for themselves to occupy themselves with earth - not to be occupied in pubs, in coffee shops, in bad meeting places.
