THE QURBAN OF EID

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Shukr to Allah جل جلاله we are in these holy days. The name of Eid ul-Adha speaks for itself - we must slaughter Qurban. It is Wajib to slaughter it for those who have Nisab as long as they are mature. It is not necessary for children. Someone who is mature and has Nisab which means he has around 100 grams in a year, it is Wajib for him to make Qurban according to Hanafi Madhhab. According to other Madhhabs, it is Sunnah Mu’akkadah.
It is the duty that our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam did every year both as Wajib and as Sunnah Muakkadah, as the duty you have to carry out. It is the duty that Muslims should and can do. There is great wisdom in it. And there is great Thawab given by Allah جل جلاله. Our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says you benefit from it and you attain great Thawab. There is Thawab for each hair of slaughtered Qurban. There is Thawab in each blood that flows out.
And then you can either distribute Qurban, or eat it yourself. Poor and needy ones may eat it. They can keep it however they want, or eat it completely. There is no problem and no sin for eating it. But as a principle, one third remains at home, one third is given to friends, and one third is given to poor ones.
Of course, it is best to stand by Qurban and slaughter it yourself. It is better, but there is no such opportunity these days to do so. Therefore, many people appoint someone else to slaughter it. They do it here or in another place. It is better to slaughter in your place. But as there are poor people all over the world, it is ok to do that so that there is benefit to Muslims. Some poor people eat meat once a year and some even once in a couple of years. Therefore, there is no problem in sending it to other places by appointing someone and having it slaughtered on your behalf.
Certainly, when Qurban is made, two Rakā’at Sunnah prayer must be performed. Accordingly, if you can’t do it at the same time, you can find out when it is slaughtered and pray two Rakā’at on the same or the next day. Doing that brings great benefit to people.
When you appoint someone for Qurban, you say your name and your mother’s name, and tell him you make him your Wakeel (proxy). Or you may be Wakeel for someone who wants to make Qurban. And they must say there is permission for it. Sometimes they appoint someone without giving names. That may be ok according to their intention. However, it is necessary to give the names. We should not ignore this.
The religion of Islam is the true religion. It has shown and told the ‘Adaab and principles of everything. It is much more virtuous to follow these ‘Adaab and principles. If you do it without knowing or forget it, Allah جل جلاله will accept it according to your intention insha’Allah. May Allah جل جلاله bless it. May He جل جلاله let us make Qurban, because as we said, making Qurban brings Barakah and there is benefit to us. It is a great favor and great benefit from all aspects.
Whoever can make Qurban should certainly do it. If he can’t do it himself, as we said, now is not like in old times. In old times, they used to bring Qurban home. Everyone slaughtered it in their homes and distributed it. Nowadays, there is not much opportunity for it. Therefore, there are places where they do it and places where you can send it. Doing this will bring great benefit to Muslims with the permission of Allah جل جلاله. There will be Barakah and you will attain Thawab. May Allah جل جلاله accept it.
May Allah جل جلاله let us reach many more years insha’Allah.

شكراً لله ﷻ نحن في هذه الأيام المباركة. اسم عيد الأضحى يتحدث عن نفسه - يجب أن نذبح اُضحية. إنه واجب على من له نصيب أن يُضحّي ما دام راشداً. ليس من الضروري للأولاد. شخص راشد ولديه نصيب مما يعني أن لديه حوالي مئة غرام في السنة، واجب عليه أن يُضحّي وفقا للمذهب الحنفي. وفقا للمذاهب الأخرى، إنها سُنّة مؤكدة.

إنه الواجب الذي قام به نبينا الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم كل عام كواجب وسُنّة مؤكدة، كواجب عليك القيام به. إنه الواجب الذي يجب على المسلمين القيام به ويمكنهم القيام به. فيه حكمة عظيمة. وهناك ثواب عظيم أعطاه الله ﷻ. نبينا الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إنك تستفيد منها وتنال ثواب عظيم. هناك ثواب لكل شعرة من الأضُحية. هناك ثواب في كل نقطة دم تسيل.

وبعد ذلك يمكنك توزيع الأضحية أو أكلها بنفسك. قد يأكلها الفقراء والمحتاجون. يمكنهم الإحتفاظ بها كما يريدون، أو أكلها بالكامل. لا إشكال ولا حرج في أكلها. ولكن من الأصول، يبقى الثلث في المنزل، والثلث للأصدقاء، والثلث للفقراء.

طبعا من الأفضل أن تقف بجانب الأضحية وتذبحها بنفسك. هذا أفضل، لكن لا توجد فرصة كهذه هذه الأيام للقيام بذلك. لذلك كثير من الناس يعيّنون غيرهم ليذبحها. يفعلون ذلك هنا أو في مكان آخر. الأفضل أن تذبح في مكانك. ولكن نظرًا لوجود فقراء في جميع أنحاء العالم، فلا بأس من القيام بذلك حتى يعود بالفائدة على المسلمين. يأكل بعض الفقراء اللحوم مرة في السنة والبعض الآخر يأكل مرة كل عامين. لذلك لا إشكال في إرسالها إلى أماكن أخرى من خلال تعيين شخص ما للذبح نيابة عنك.

بالتأكيد، عندما تُضحّي، يجب تأدية ركعتين سُنّة. وبناءً على ذلك ، إذا لم تتمكن من القيام بذلك في نفس الوقت، يمكنك معرفة متى يتم ذبحها وتصلي ركعتين في نفس اليوم أو في اليوم التالي. إن القيام بذلك يجلب فائدة كبيرة للناس.

دين الاسلام هو دين الحق. فقد بيّن وأخبر عن آداب وأصول كل شيء. هناك فضيلة كبير بإتّباع هذه الآداب والأصول. إذا فعلت ذلك دون أن تعلم أو نسيت، سيقبلها الله ﷻ حسب نيّتك إن شاء الله. الله ﷻ يجعلها مباركة. نرجو أن يكتب ﷻ لنا أن نُضحّي، لأنه كما قلنا، الأضحية تجلب البركة وهناك فائدة لنا. إنها نعمة عظيمة وفائدة كبيرة من جميع الجوانب.
من يستطيع أن يُضحّي يجب أن يفعل ذلك بالتأكيد. إذا كان لا يستطيع أن يفعل ذلك بنفسه، كما قلنا، الآن ليس كما كان في الماضي. في الماضي، اعتادوا إحضار الأضحية إلى المنزل. الجميع ذبحوها في بيوتهم ووزّعوها. في الوقت الحاضر، ليس هناك الكثير من الفرص لهذا. لذلك، هناك أماكن حيث يقومون بذلك وأماكن يمكنك إرسالها. إن القيام بذلك يعود بالنفع على المسلمين بإذن الله. ستكون هناك بركة وستنال الثواب. الله ﷻ يتقبلها. الله ﷻ يبلّغنا سنوات عديدة إن شاء الله. ومن الله التوفيق . الفاتحة .
