WHO HAS MIND IS MUKALLĀF

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا
(Qur’ān 02:286). ‘’La yukallifu Llahu nafsan illa wus’aha’’
‘’Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity.’’Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm. Allah جل جلاله gave mind to mankind. And He جل جلاله ordered things they should do along with this mind. They are Mukallāf for this. Mukallāf means they are obliged to do it; they are obliged to carry out the orders of Allah جل جلاله. It is an obligation. It is not a game to say, “I will do it” or “I will not do it”. You can avoid doing it. However, Allah جل جلاله has ordered it, so you are obliged to do it.
If you cannot do it; then, who is not Mukallāf and obliged? Animals or insane, crazy people - they are exempt. They have no sins. Because :
“إِذَا أَخَذَ مَا أَوْهَبَ أَسْقَطَ مَا أَوْجَبَ”,
“If He took what He has granted, He drops what He has obligated” It is a rule of Fiqh. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says, if Allah جل جلاله didn’t give something to someone, the Fard and Wajib things are not asked from him. But the rest will be questioned. How did you live? What did you do? Are you on the way of Allah جل جلاله? Are you on another way, the opposite way of shaytan? Mankind will be asked all of these.
So Allah جل جلاله gave mind to people. They must use their minds in everything they do in this world. They must look if the way is like Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla wants it or like shaytan wants it to be. They must pay attention to whichever is good. And they must stay away from the way of shaytan. They must not be together with shaytan, because its end is disappointment. The end is endless misfortune and badness.
The way is just one way. Because the next life is the main life, the eternal life which is after death. Allah جل جلاله gives according to what people do. Otherwise, who are on the way of Allah جل جلاله will be saved. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla didn’t give mind to use it in bad ways. Whatever logic there is, it is on the way of Allah جل جلاله. Illogical things are on the way of shaytan.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave this blessing to people: the mind. The mind is a blessing. Whoever uses this blessing benefits from it. Who doesn’t use it and say, “I am not Mukallāf” - Those not Mukallāf, as we said, are insane people only. May Allah جل جلاله give us mind and understanding, as we always say, so that we know how to act right.
May we take what is beneficial for us. May we leave useless things and stay away from them insha’Allah.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.
There are recited Khatms by everyone. They recited last week and have been reciting since a while. We have gifted all of them.
The Qur’an Khatms, Yasin, Surahs, Ayat, Tasbihat, Tahlilat, Salawat, whatever they have recited, we gift all of them to soul of our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, his Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, to the souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and holy ones, especially our Shaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and Hajjah Anne, to the souls of all of our late relatives.
May those who’ve recited reach their good goals. May they have strength of Iman insha’Allah. May they be happy here and hereafter.

صاحب العقل مُكلّف (12-5-2023)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا
صدق الله العظيم. أعطى الله ﷻ العقل للبشر. وقد أمر بأمور يجب عليهم فعلها بهذا العقل. لهذا هم مُكلّفون. المُكلّف يعني أنه ملزم بذلك؛ يجب عليه تنفيذ أوامر الله ﷻ. إنه فرض. إنها ليست لعبة أن تقول "سأفعل" أو "لن أفعل". يمكنك تجنب فعل ذلك. إلا أن الله ﷻ أمر بذلك، فرضٌ عليك القيام به.

إذا كنت لا تستطيع أن تفعل ذلك؛ إذاً، غير المُكلّف غير مُلزم؟ الحيوانات أو المُختلّون عقلياً، المجانين – معفوون. ليس لديهم ذنوب. لأنه "إِذَا أَخَذَ مَا أَوْهَبَ أَسْقَطَ مَا أَوْجَبَ" هذه قاعدة فقهية. يقول الله عز وجل، إذا لم يعطِ الله ﷻ شيئًا لشخص ما، لا يُسأل عن الفرض والواجب. ولكن سيُحاسب الآخرون. كيف عشت؟ ما الذي فعلته؟ هل انت في طريق الله ﷻ؟ هل أنت على طريق آخر، الطريق المعاكس، طريق الشيطان؟ سيُسأل البشر عن كل هذه الأشياء.

أعطى الله ﷻ عقل للناس. يجب أن يستخدموا عقولهم في كل ما يفعلونه في هذه الدنيا. يجب أن ينظروا ما إذا كان الطريق الذي يسلكونه كما يريده الله عز وجل أو كما يريده الشيطان. يجب أن ينتبهوا إلى أيهما جيد. وعليهم الإبتعاد عن طريق الشيطان. يجب أن لا يكونوا مع الشيطان، لأن نهايتهم مُخيّبة للآمال. النهاية مصيبة وسوء لا نهاية لهما.

الطريق طريق واحد فقط. لأن الآخرة هي الحياة الأساسية، الحياة الأبدية التي هي بعد الموت. الله ﷻ يُعطي على حسب ما يفعل الناس. خلاف ذلك، من هو في طريق الله ﷻ سيكون من الناجين. إنّ الله عز وجل لم يعطِ عقل لإستخدامه بطرق سيئة. مهما كان المنطق، فهو في طريق الله ﷻ. الأمور غير المنطقية هي في طريق الشيطان.

أعطى الله عز وجل هذه النعمة للناس: العقل. العقل نعمة. من يستخدم هذه النعمة ينتفع منها. من لا يستعملها ويقول "أنا لست مُكلّفاً" – غير المُكلّفين، كما قلنا، هم المجانين فقط. الله ﷻ يرزقنا العقل والفهم، كما نقول دائما، حتى نعرف كيف نتصرف بالشكل الصحيح. نرجو أن نأخذ ما هو مفيد لنا. نرجو أن نترك الأشياء غير المفيدة ونبتعد عنها إن شاء الله. ومن الله التوفيق . الفاتحة .
