The Rights of Workers

Ṣuḥbah of the 1st of May, 2023.
A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Aṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-awwalīna wa-l-ākhirīn. Madad yā Rasūla Llāh, madad yā Sādātī Aṣḥābi Rasūli Llāh, madad yā Mashāyikhanā, dastūr Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistānī, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatuna ṣ-ṣuḥbah, wa-l-khayru fi l-jam’iyyah.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the one who gives everything to people. No one can prevent what He جل جلاله withholds. Mankind forgets Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla and is grateful to others or expects and asks for help from them. They place importance on them, whereas everything is in the hands of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. We must make shukr to Allah .جل جلاله We must praise Allāh .جل جلاله
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla made two feasts. There are two feasts. But people made up other holidays in order to forget those of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And every time they make up something different. There are two feasts.
Today is Workers' Day. We all have to make shukr to Allāh جل جلاله, for He جل جلاله gave us skill and talent. He جل جلاله gave us work to do. If Allāh جل جلاله didn't give you work, where would you find it? Where would you find bread? Where would you find food? We must make shukr for this. We must make shukr to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. As we said, no one can prevent what Allāh جل جلاله gives. And no one can give what He جل جلاله doesn't give. No one can stop what He جل جلاله gives. And no one can provide what He جل جلاله doesn't give.
Some people place importance on these days. It is okay when it is like a normal holiday. But giving it importance and making it special is stupid. It is completely useless. Sometimes people commit sins for nothing. Because they think they are important on that day and say, "How cool I am to do so much work." If you did it, Allāh جل جلاله meant it for you to do. There are many people who can't work. There are many jobless people who can't find work. And there are many hungry ones. They wish to have any job. And those who work say, "We work too much." If you do, you are doing it for yourself. And if you are doing it for Allāh جل جلاله, the work you do counts as worship. You will eat from ḥalāl food. Otherwise, people work for their egos. They say, "Others are taking my rights. They are using me."
The most important thing in Islām is the right of workers. In Islām, it is said you must pay a worker before his sweat is dry. Of course, if that is not applicable nowadays, you must certainly pay their salaries. You must pay them everything they are owed. The right of workers is the most important thing in Islām. Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم strongly emphasised this point. He جل جلاله placed importance on it. There are many people who take workers' rights. And then they make a holiday for them or I don't know what. These are useless things.

But what is important are their goals and intentions. The goals and intentions for this thing began in opposition to Allāh جل جلاله. And then it became a tradition. Allāh جل جلاله gives according to the intentions of people. So they must make their intention to get some rest for the pleasure of Allāh جل جلاله We are getting our rights, shukr to Allāh جل جلاله. Allāh جل جلاله gave us work and strength. They must make shukr to Allāh جل جلاله. And they shouldn't go into other matters and dangerous things. They mustn't be with things and people that Allāh جل جلاله dislikes. They must not imitate them. "We are not like them. May Allāh جل جلاله protect us. We had a day off today because it is a holiday. But we don't accept it as a feast." They must say so. There are two feasts. There is no holiday apart from them. They call it Workers' Day and I don't know what. It is a completely useless thing. Usually there are all kinds of bad things that happen on this day. You will see on the news tonight that they destroyed here and there.
Therefore people, Muslims, must pay attention to this. They must make their intention to gain the pleasure of Allāh جل جلاله in everything they have to do. We do whatever the pleasure of Allāh جل جلاله is. We make shukr to Allāh جل جلاله. He جل جلاله gave us work, food and a spouse. Shukr to Allāh for these. With shukr, favours increase. Otherwise, there will be neither blessings, nor favours. May Allāh جل جلاله protect us.
We are... al-ḥamdu liLlāh, we are thanking Allāh جل جلاله for what He جل جلاله gave us from His جل جلاله good thing, gift for everything. And we are knowing everything, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, He جل جلاله gave us. What He جل جلاله gave, nobody can prevent from you. What He جل جلاله will not give you, nobody is able to do. Nothing else. Without His جل جلاله knowing, nothing happens. And He ,جل جلاله gave us two days of feast .
But nowadays people, they are trying to forget this. Everytime they bring something new. Something good, they thought. Because they make people to think it is good. For people, for... Like this day of first of May. They say this is Workers' Day feast – They say "feast". Feast only one – or two. ‘Īdu l-Fiṭr, ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá. Other, they make. In Western country, okay. They don't have anything. They can do. But Muslim country, people they must be awake for this. Not to be cheated with this people because they gave them one day holiday to make it feast. No, it is not feast. Because feast for people, who have job, he has work, he has business to do – Allāh جل جلاله gave them this. Everyday he must be thankful for Allāh جل جلاله what He جل جلاله gave. Not for one day making feast and other days not remembering what will be what...
Because in Islām, the most important thing, to keep right of worker. Who work for you, you musn't take from his, what you must give him daily. "You must give him before his tears [sweat] dry." This is Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam saying. Of course, this old time, every day they was paying. And so, somebody, maybe, they make it late. For this, he صلى الله عليه وسلم said, the best thing – to give him every day before his tears [sweat]... Of course, now it is not like this. But many people, they not giving right of worker. Especially, when it is foreigner worker, they work for them without permission – work permission. So, this many people we hear, they give them working. And they cannot complain for anything. So, they doing this. But in Islām, it is very important to keep workers' rights. Because they are working for their life, for their ḥalāl food, for... by their... So, it is very important. So, before... before the tear [sweat] [be]coming dry, they must give.
And it is, also for worker nowadays, many of them, they are not happy with what they have. But they must be happy, because Allāh جل جلاله give them work give them job, give them something to do to get their money for family, to keep their family to be safe from poorness. When you thank Allāh جل جلاله, say Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam and Allāh جل جلاله in Qur’ān say, "La-’in shakartum la-azīdannakum" (14:7). "You must be thankful, Allāh جل جلاله make it more, giving more." But if you are angry, you are not happy and you not happy with what they give you, Allāh جل جلاله will make it less – no barakah. For this nowadays, people, whole world, they are angry. Everytime going in the street, demonstration, doing this, destroying here and there. Because they are not thinking about ākhirah, about what Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla like, what Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam like. And only thinking their provision coming from work, from these people. So, they must demonstrate and take their right by this.
But in Islām, Allāh جل جلاله saying, "When you are accept and thankful for this, it will be enough for you and for your family and for your country, also." Because when government giving for you more money they will take more tax, or they will make it other place. To bring money, they must do something. You take and they take. you take, they... And it will be, at the end, no benefit for you, no benefit for the other, because barakah went and nothing come for you. Allāh جل جلاله help us this. But now we are living in time, this system of kufr, non-believer. They are not believe in god, not believe in Allāh جل جلاله. They thought they will manage to do everything by themselves. And coming worse and worse and worse. And nobody happy, nobody satisfied. No worker, no trader, no staff.
Allāh جل جلاله help us. Allāh جل جلاله make us to reach time of to this whole, this rubbish system going. Coming justice system Sayyidunā l-Mahdī ‘alayhi s-salām, in shā’a Llāh. That time it will be a feast for us, in shā’a Llāh.
Wa-min Allāhi t-tawfīq, al-Fātiḥah.
• حقوق العُمّال (1-5-2023)
الله عز وجل هو الذي يُعطي كل شيء للناس. لا أحد يستطيع أن يمنع ما يعطيه ﷻ. ولا أحد يستطيع أن يُعطي ما يُعطيه ﷻ. ينسى البشر الله عز وجل ويشكرون الآخرين، أو يتوقعون ويطلبون المساعدة منهم. يظنونهم مهمين، في حين أن كل شيء بيد الله عز وجل. يجب أن نشكر الله ﷻ. يجب أن نحمد الله ﷻ.

جعل الله عز وجل عيدين، لكن البشر اخترعوا أعياد أخرى حتى ينسوا عيد الله عز وجل. وفي كل مرة يكون لديهم شيء مختلف. هناك عيدين. اليوم هو يوم العمال. يجب علينا جميعاً أن نشكر الله ﷻ لأنه أعطاك مهارة وموهبة. لقد أعطاك ﷻ عمل. إذا لم يُعطِك الله ﷻ عملاً فأين ستجد عملاً؟ أين ستجد الخبز؟ أين ستجد الطعام؟

يجب أن نشكر على هذا. يجب أن نشكر الله عز وجل. كما قلنا، لا أحد يستطيع أن يُعطي ما يُعطيه الله ﷻ. ولا أحد يستطيع أن يُعطي ما لا يُعطيه ﷻ. لا أحد يستطيع أن يوقف ما يُعطيه ﷻ. ولا أحد يستطيع أن يُقدّم ما لا يعطيه ﷻ.

يظهر بعض الناس أهمية لهذه الأيام. لا بأس عندما تكون عطلة عادية. لكن إظهار أهمية لها وجعلها خاصة أمر غبي. انها عديمة الفائدة تماما. أحيانًا يرتكب الناس ذنوباً من أجل لا شيء. لأنهم يعتقدون أنهم مهمون في ذلك اليوم ويقولون "كم أنا رائع حيث أقوم بعمل كثير!" إذا فعلت ذلك، فقد قدّر الله ﷻ لك أن تقوم به.

هناك الكثير من الناس الذين لا يستطيعون فعل ذلك. هناك الكثير من العاطلين عن العمل الذين لا يستطيعون إيجاد عمل. هناك الكثير من الجياع. يرغبون في أي وظيفة للعمل. وأولئك الذين يعملون يقولون "نحن نعمل كثيرا". إذا قمت بذلك، فأنت تفعل ذلك لنفسك. وإذا قمت بذلك في سبيل الله ﷻ، فإن العمل الذي تقوم به يحسب لك عبادة. ستأكل طعام حلال. خلاف ذلك، يعمل الناس من أجل نفوسهم. يقولون "آخرون يأخذون حقي. إنهم يستغلّوني".

أهم شيء في الإسلام هو حق العُمّال. يُقال في الإسلام أعطِ العامل حقه قبل أن يجف عرقه. بالطبع، حتى لو لم يكن ذلك قابلاً للتطبيق الآن، يجب عليك بالتأكيد منحهم رواتبهم. يجب أن تدفع حقوقهم بالكامل. حق العُمّال أهم شيء في الإسلام. نبينا الكريم ﷺ أثنى على ذلك كثيرا. أظهر ﷺ أهمية له. هناك الكثير من الناس الذين يأخذون حقوق العُمّال. وبعد ذلك يقومون بعمل عيد لهم أو لا أعرف ماذا.

هذه أشياء عديمة الفائدة. لكن المهم هو هدفهم ونواياهم. إن الهدف والنية من هذا الشيء بدأ من شيء ضد الله ﷻ، ثم أصبح تقليداً. يُعطي الله ﷻ حسب نوايا الناس. لذلك يجب عليهم أن يعقدوا النية في الراحة لمرضاة الله ﷻ. “نحن نأخذ
حقنا، شكرا لله. أعطانا الله ﷻ العمل والقوة". يجب أن يشكروا الله ﷻ. ولا ينبغي يجب أن لا يكونوا مع أشياء وأشخاص لا يُحبهم الله ﷻ. يجب ألا يتشبّهوا بهم. "نحن لسنا مثلهم. الله ﷻ يحفظنا. لقد كان لدينا يوم عطلة اليوم لأنها عطلة. لكننا لا نقبله كعيد". يجب أن يقولوا ذلك.

هناك عيدان. لا يوجد عيد سواهما. يسمونه عيد العُمّال ولا أعرف ماذا. هذا شيء غير مهم على الإطلاق. في معظم الأوقات، للأسف تحدث كل أنواع الأشياء السيئة في هذا اليوم. سترى في الأخبار الليلة أنهم دمّروا وخرّبوا هنا وهناك.

لذلك، يجب على الناس، المسلمين أن ينتبهوا لهذا الأمر. يجب عليهم أن ينووا أن تكون مرضاة الله ﷻ في كل شيء عندما يكونون ملزمين، مثل هذا اليوم. نحن نفعل ما يُرضي الله ﷻ. نشكر الله ﷻ. رزقنا ﷻ العمل، الطعام والزوجة. شكراً لله ﷻ على ذلك. وبالشكر تزداد النِعم. وإلا فلن تكون هناك بركة ولا وفرة. حفظنا الله. ومن الله التوفيق . الفاتحة .

هذه أشياء عديمة الفائدة. لكن المهم هو هدفهم ونواياهم. إن الهدف والنية من هذا الشيء بدأ من شيء ضد الله ﷻ، ثم أصبح تقليداً. يُعطي الله ﷻ حسب نوايا الناس. لذلك يجب عليهم أن يعقدوا النية في الراحة لمرضاة الله ﷻ. “نحن نأخذ
حقنا، شكرا لله. أعطانا الله ﷻ العمل والقوة". يجب أن يشكروا الله ﷻ. ولا ينبغي يجب أن لا يكونوا مع أشياء وأشخاص لا يُحبهم الله ﷻ. يجب ألا يتشبّهوا بهم. "نحن لسنا مثلهم. الله ﷻ يحفظنا. لقد كان لدينا يوم عطلة اليوم لأنها عطلة. لكننا لا نقبله كعيد". يجب أن يقولوا ذلك.

هناك عيدان. لا يوجد عيد سواهما. يسمونه عيد العُمّال ولا أعرف ماذا. هذا شيء غير مهم على الإطلاق. في معظم الأوقات، للأسف تحدث كل أنواع الأشياء السيئة في هذا اليوم. سترى في الأخبار الليلة أنهم دمّروا وخرّبوا هنا وهناك.

لذلك، يجب على الناس، المسلمين أن ينتبهوا لهذا الأمر. يجب عليهم أن ينووا أن تكون مرضاة الله ﷻ في كل شيء عندما يكونون ملزمين، مثل هذا اليوم. نحن نفعل ما يُرضي الله ﷻ. نشكر الله ﷻ. رزقنا ﷻ العمل، الطعام والزوجة. شكراً لله ﷻ على ذلك. وبالشكر تزداد النِعم. وإلا فلن تكون هناك بركة ولا وفرة. حفظنا الله. ومن الله التوفيق . الفاتحة .
