As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Sheikh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Sheikh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says:
كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْؤولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ
“All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible for his flock.”
Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for your flock, says our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. You are all responsible ones. From the smallest family until the highest position, everyone has a responsibility. Everyone is responsible and everyone must carry out their duties.
How will it be if one does it and the other doesn’t? It will be incomplete. If everyone does it, it will be perfect. If everyone doesn’t do it, it will be totally terrible. People look at each other and say, “He is not doing it. Why would I do it? He is not doing it. I’d better not do it either”. When nobody does it, nothing works then. Therefore, we must be careful. We must look at ourselves. No need to look at others.
What is the order of our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam? “One is doing and another is not doing.” If he’s not doing, let him not do it. Is there an order that you shouldn’t do something if others don’t do it? Is there such an instruction? No. When you are ordered something, you must obey that order. Whoever obeys will be in profit. Whoever does not obey, he will be at loss; not anyone else.
When they lose, they start shouting and crying. While you are given a chance, do it. Do as much goodness as you can. Make intention to do as much as you can for yourself, your family, your country, the Ummah, Islam and everyone. Say, “I make intention to do these good things for the pleasure of Allah جل جلاله”. And Allah جل جلاله will give you according to your intention insha’Allah.
You will attain the Thawab and reward for it even if you can’t do it.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.
There are recited Qur’an Khatms, Surahs, Tasbihat, Salawat, Dalail al-Khayrat.
Everything recited by our brothers, the holy Surahs and Ayat and everything Allah جل جلاله and our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم loves;
We gift all of them firstly to our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, his Ahlu l- Bayt and Sahabah, the souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and Mashayikh, to the souls of all our late relatives.
For goodness to come and evil to be gone.
Li-Llahi Ta’ala l-Fatiha.

نبينا الكريم يقول
كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْؤولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ
أنتم جميعاً مسؤولون. من أصغر عائلة حتى أعلى منصب، كل شخص يتحمل مسؤولية. الجميع مسؤولون ويجب على الجميع القيام بواجباتهم.

كيف سيكون الحال إذا كان أحدهما يفعل ذلك والآخر لا يفعل ذلك؟ سيكون غير مكتمل. إذا فعلها الجميع، سيكون ذلك مثاليًا. إذا لم يفعلها الجميع، فسيكون الأمر فظيعًا تمامًا. ينظر الناس إلى بعضهم البعض ويقولون "إنه لا يفعل ذلك. لماذا أفعل ذلك؟ هو لا يفعل ذلك. من الأفضل ألا أفعل ذلك أيضًا". عندما لا أحد يفعل ذلك، لا شيء يعمل بعد ذلك. لذلك، يجب أن نكون حذرين. يجب أن ننظر إلى أنفسنا. لا داعي للنظر إلى الآخرين.

ما هو أمر نبينا الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ "واحد يفعل والآخر لا يفعل". إذا لم يكن يفعل ذلك، دعه لا يفعل. هل هناك أمر لا يجب عليك القيام به إذا لم يفعله الآخرون؟ هل هناك مثل هذه التعليمات؟ لا. عندما تؤمر بشيء ما، يجب عليك إطاعة هذا الأمر. من يُطِع يكن من الفائزين. من لا يُطيع فهو من الخاسرين، ليس أي شخص آخر.

عندما يخسرون، يبدؤون بالصراخ والبكاء. بينما تحصل على فرصة، افعلها. افعل الخير بقدر ما تستطيع. اجعل نيتك أن تفعل كل ما تستطيع من أجلك، عائلتك، بلدك، الأمة، الإسلام والجميع. قل "نويت فعل هذه الخيرات لمرضاة الله ﷻ ". وسيُعطيك الله ﷻ حسب نيتك إن شاء الله. تنال الثواب والأجر عليه حتى لو لم تستطع القيام به. ومن الله التوفيق. الفاتحة.
