Suhbah 2020: Maulana Shaykh Mehmet Adil ar-Rabbani (7/25)

https://www.nvrislam.net/index.php?j=eng&post=5557
ere are certain men who could ask Allah to lift this calamity, and at once it would have been lifted off like a sharp knife cut. But [since] Allah’s wisdom is in this event, these men do not go against Allah’s order that has come from his wisdom. This man just observes the order that comes from Allah. Within a minute it would have been like cut [i.e., stopped, as if cut off] with a knife. But there is a wisdom for this to happen, so these men do not ask [for it to be stopped].

So let’s see what will happen. We hope that after the 15th there shall be ease, Insha Allah. Let this be a lesson to people as well. May they come to the right path. May Allah bless it. May we reach to many more years with faith and Islam, Insha Allah.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

51.THIS BARA’AT NIGHT WAS BETTER Wednesday, 8 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. May last night be blessed. May today pass easy. This year the Night of Bara’at was quite different from the Bara’at nights of past years. People prayed and supplicated more to Allah, and for this reason this [next] year will be more blessed, Insha Allah.

Though nothing took place in the mosques, [even at] al-Masjid an- Nabawi or the Ka’ba, and people were indoors, yet being more sincere made things better [than before]. People were going to those [holy] places for their personal benefit only, while if you asked them to pay sadaqa or zakat, they did not do so. They were doing ‘umras to satisfy their egoic selves. There is wisdom in everything.

They say they are sad for the closure of the Ka’ba, but Allah closed it for these reasons as a penalty. What they should worry about should be for whose benefit their actions are, and they should think about this.

So this [next] year is now destined to be as it will be. Tonight was a very strong night, for sure, and Allah accepted it. His servants made more prayers and accomplished more practices of worship. These have been accepted, Insha Allah, and they help the faith to be stronger. Satan is trying to make all that is done trivial. He and his followers are not accepting that this is from Allah. They say they are making efforts to end this [pandemic] by themselves. It will not end as long as Allah wants it to continue, but by prayers it will end, Insha Allah, and that will be a

lesson for people, Insha Allah. It is a lesson for everyone. It is necessary to take a lesson from it. Nothing should go to waste.

Those who learn from it, will gain benefit, while those who do not, will feel regret. May Allah make tonight blessed, also. May Allah protect us all. May He send a responsible leader for Islam.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

52.FOR THE BELIEVERS’ GOOD Thursday, 9 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Wa huwa l-ladhī yusīrrukum fī l-birri wa-l-baḥr” (Qur’ān 10:22) “It is He who enables you to travel on land and sea.” “Wa-sakhkhara lakum mā fī -s- samawāti wa-mā fī -l-arḍ” (Qur’ān 45:13) “And He has subjugated to you what is in the heavens and what is on earth.” “Wa-sakhkhara lakumu -l- fulka li-tajriya -l-baḥr” (Qur’ān 14:32) “And he has subjugated to you the ships to sail the sea.” Over the seas and on land everywhere, all that exists is at the service of mankind, Allah says. They are all for him and to serve him. Allah bestowed it all to serve him. But mankind could not appreciate it enough. If they had done so, there would be no need to suffer so much. If instead of serving their egos, they served Allah and followed Him, then everything would be serving them, and all would be easy for them. But mankind serves this world thinking it has value more than anything else. They serve it. They do not serve whom they ought to serve, Allah ‘azza wa jalla. Instead they serve this world, and so the world has made them its servant. If they had served Allah, then the world would be at their service, and everything would serve them. But Satan deceived them, and therefore mankind obeys their egos, and their lifelong suffering is the result. Those who do not follow Allah will also be punished in the Next World.

Compared to the Next World, what is in this world is nothing. In this world, because of those who do not follow, everyone else collectively receives punishment. But this is not a punishment for mumin, rather it is

for their station to be raised, for it to be higher. When something happens to them, it is for their good, not bad, because whatever comes from Allah is for their good.

May Allah have us amongst those who follow Him and serve Him. May this world serve us, Insha Allah. May Allah strengthen our faith, Insha Allah.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

53.TO BE SECLUDED FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH Friday, 10 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Fa- subḥana ’lladhi bi-yadihi malakūtu kulli shay’in wa-ilayhi turja'ūn” (Qur’ān 36:83). Allah ‘azze wa jalla says at the end of the Surat Yasin that Allah is “Subhan”. He is indicating His power and that everything is in His hands. Our return is to Him. It is a miracle of Allah that we are alive.

Those who complete studies and do research, but do not recognize Allah, are the ignorant ones. It is by the miracle and foreordainment of Allah that we are alive. A man could not stay alive even for a second, if it had not been foreordained by Allah. “Wa ḍaraba lanā mathalan” (Qur’ān 36:78), [meaning that] Allah gives us an example. This situation we are in is an example of Allah’s miracle. We are created and living but our staying alive is itself a miracle. In a matter of a minute, from any direction, there are things that may end mankind, seen or unseen. If it were not for Allah’s foreordainment, we could not stay alive for one second.

It is necessary to believe in Allah. There are so many students in higher education who claim to be studying so much, but anything in any field of knowledge becomes unworthy if it does not recognize Allah. The benefit is in those subjects of study that teach us about Allah.

This too will pass by the order of Allah, because there are a lot of other

things that must happen before the End. So this is not going to continue long, but it is a good lesson for those who understand it, and those who do not will come to the realization of it in the Next Life.

May Allah have us amongst those who are aware of Him! This is because, if one is conscious of Him, he can benefit from everything, and nothing is wasted. Some say they have been home idle. It is not idleness. It should be taken as khalwah (religious seclusion) by the grace of Allah. And by this means you can earn a reward. Allah put you inside your homes by obligation, so in order to benefit from it, one must consider oneself to be home for the sake of Allah, and there is benefit in it and a reward for every minute of it. It is by the wisdom of Allah that this occurred in the months of Rajab and Shaban.

Insha Allah, it will come to an end before Ramadan. That is what we hope. Allah says to hope for goodness, and to not be without hope. Allah has the power of redoing everything in a minute. He is Omnipotent.

May Allah strengthen our faith. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

54.CREATED TO WORSHIP ALLAH Monday, 13 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Wa mā khalaqnā l-jinna wa-l-insa illā li-ya‘budūn. Mā urīdu minhum min rizqin wa mā urīdu an yuṭ‘imūn” (Qur’ān 51:56-57). Allah tells in the Holy Quran us why mankind and jinn were created. He says,“ I created them to worship me. I do not ask from them provision, food, or anything else.” He is ar-Razzāq. He is al-Matīn. He is the Powerful One. So it is all written in the Holy book for people of the world. It is the primordial word of Allah. One who reads it receives benefit from it, inwardly and outwardly, that is inwardly and physically. Everything is in this Holy Book.

People are upset right now that they are incapable of working. No need to worry. Worship is our main purpose, not work. Work is secondary, so the days we are going through now are a lesson for people, so that they become more aware. One who recognizes Allah is relaxed at all times. Do not say,“ I have nothing to do, no work to go to. I hang around idle.” Our work is worship. It is to obey Him and serve. Other things are down on the list.

After places reopen, they will start working [again], but worship is required at all times. You will serve Allah until death. There is no retirement in worship. A child does not work until a certain age, then starts working, and later he is retires. To show this to people Allah made it such a way. But what we do not retire from is worship, serving Allah.

Many people are after worldly life and are wasting time. There are also those who routinely waste time, too. So no need to worry—the purpose of our being is in Allah’s will and wisdom. The purpose of our being is to worship. It needs to be continued, and we should be happy that we are practicing it as Allah has asked. After fulfilling the purpose of our being, the rest is easy. Allah is the ar-Razzāq, He provides for us always. Rizq is not going to end just because we had to stay home for two days.

Allah is ar-Razzāq. He will provide again. Let’s take care of our worship and servanthood, Insha Allah. May Allah give strength to our faith.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

55.DO TASBEEH Tuesday, 14 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Stay close to Allah so that you find relief. Allah ‘azza wa jalla shows mercy to these days, shows mercy to the universe (‘alam), but man is an oppressor. Allah does not oppress.

Allah gave knowledge to mankind. (A’ūdhu biLlāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r- rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r- Raḥmānir-Raḥīm.)“‘Alamal- insānamālamya‘lam”(Qur’ān96:5).

He receives truth through knowledge and acts upon it. On the other hand, knowledge that does not recognize Allah is not knowledge. Allah ‘azza wa jalla gave us things that remove suffering such as tasbeehat, dhikr, and prayers. Thanks be to Allah there is a pillar to lean on for a mu’min. He is not in idleness. Those without faith are in idleness. When one is faithless, he is confused. He hits left; he hits right. To no avail he attacks every direction. The mu’min trusts in Allah, relies on Allah, and asks from Allah.

Allah gives ease and relief. So there are these things which help a mu’min when he does them. The best one among them is, as Mawlana Sheikh Nazim used to say too, “Ḥasbuna’Llahu wa-ni‘ma l-wakīl”, and this can be recited a hundred times or three hundred—as much as you are capable of doing. We rely on Allah, ask from Allah. He is sufficient for us. “Ni‘ma l- Mawlā wa-ni‘ma n-nasīr”—There cannot be a better owner then He is. He is the best of helpers. “Ḥasbuna’Llahu wa-ni‘ma l-wakīl, ni‘ma l-

Mawlā wa-ni‘ma n-nasīr”—there is no need for another tasbih, or any stronger tasbih, than this one. Of course there are other tasbeehat too, but this one is especially for during calamities. Allah ‘azza wa jalla bought this to the Holy Prophet so as to lift off such situations. The Holy Prophet passed it on to us. There is benefit in practicing this. It protects, brings relief, and difficult situations are then removed and finished. Recite it many times.

Also recommend it to others so that they too are in relief, because they are in idleness also. Satan rides those who are in idleness. Continue in doing tasbeeh so that nothing is not wasted. This is the month of the Holy Prophet, [so] plenty of salawat should be recited too, and this becomes the means for your prayers to be accepted. May Allah give strength to our faith. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

56.A MU’MIN IS AT EASE Wednesday, 15 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Allah ‘azza wa jalla has bestowed on us every kind of goodness. Allah does not oppress, mankind oppresses himself. The path Allah shows us is the right path. People have sped far off this path, and are still doing so. This all happens because these are the End Times. During these times Allah lets this situation occur because of what people have caused for themselves. These situations are normal, and not even a big of penalty. What He sent upon people is a curse. All of this is their doing, their evil.

Allah does not will evil, Satan does. Most people submit to Satan and to their ego. They are doing however much evil is possible evil. Then after all their doings, they complain. A fire is put out by water, but if you add more wood, petrol, or fuel, it will not stop. It is you who will put it out. Only by repenting and prayers will the fire be put out by the will of Allah.

Through Allah’s mercy and help, it will stop. This cannot be observed physically with one’s eyes, but Allah’s miracles can be perceived, yet not by those who are blind. Such people deny, but it does not matter what they think. Everything is clear. Everything in the universe is calculated as Allah says. All is written down in the sight of Allah. Nothing happens by itself, so let us plead with Allah. Be with Allah, and then the rest is easy. There is then no difficulty but rather relief, Insha Allah.

A mu’min’s heart is content, relaxed. Calamity is for the one who is not a mu’mim, for those who are not believers. May Allah be our helper and give strength to our faith. This is something I have been saying continually these days, because one who possesses faith is relaxed. For him, whether things seem easy or difficult, they are experienced as easiness, because he has faith in Allah, and whatever happens is from Allah. Thanks be to Allah that all of these are maqams for us, degrees.

May Allah protect us, [and protect] Islam and Muslims, too. May it be a guidance for others, also.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

57.IMAN DURING CHANGE Thursday, 16 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Our days here are limited days and are spent amongst people. People come and replace those who leave [i.e., die]. Only Allah is everlasting— and nothing and no one else but He. People today, most of them, do not accept this. Although Allah shows them signs, they insist on what comes from their ego. The world will be different later on, and already the world in changing as things go. It does not stay as it is, Allah makes it change from one stage to other. The only One who is permanent is Allah, and the iman of a mu’min and of Muslims does not change. There is no fear in any change of situation as long as iman is stable. May Allah not damage our iman. It is iman that is important. The state of the world is not important. Its state was different a thousand years ago, and again was different fifty years ago or twenty years ago. People think it is all going to continue as before. This is not so. Allah ‘azza wa jalla, “Ya Muḥawwila l-ahwāl, ḥawwil ḥālanā ilā aḥsāni ḥāl (in).” “Allah change our state to the best state.” What we mean by “change” is that all that we do should be good, and something that Allah approves of and that the Holy Prophet is pleased with. That is more important. If we have provision to come Allah provides it. Most importantly our faith should not change.

May Allah give strength to our faith and increase it. May it be guidance to others also.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

58.BEAUTIFUL DAYS ARE COMING Friday, 17 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Today is a blessed Friday, a feast day of the Muslims.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Yā ayyuhā l-ladhīna āmanū idhā nūdya li-ṣ-ṣalāti min yawmi l-jumu‘a f-s‘aū ilā dhikri Llahi wa-dharū l-bay‘, dhālikum khayrun lakum in kuntum ta‘lamūn” (Qur’ān 62:9).

Friday is a blessed day. Go to the gathering on the hour of Friday orders Allah. Through Allah’s wisdom, no one is now being allowed to go to Friday prayer gatherings, so that they will be able to appreciate it more in the future. They cannot go because no permission is given by the authorities. In Makkah and Madinah, such holy lands, this duty also cannot [now] be done, and no khutbah can be given. Though millions of people cannot fulfill their duty, the responsibility for this falls on those who issued the order. This is because the situation brought forth [this] necessity. May Allah forgive us and have us appreciate it more.

What will happen next only Allah knows. These are the End Times. The days we are going through the Holy Prophet indicated and told us about. He told us what is going to happen. Insha’Allah, those days have now arrived. From now on, insha’Allah, there will better days, more beautiful days, to come. These will be days of Islam. Mehdi alaisalam and Isa alaisalam will arrive. Their coming too was foretold to us by the Holy Prophet. Those days are drawing near, Insha Allah. No need to

worry or be depressed.

Some things were said before, but people could not guess how they were going to take place. [But] after the incidents [actually] happen, people realize, “Oh! This was because of such and such!” They may have thought it would have happened in some other way, but they [only] really realize [how] after the incident [actually] takes place.

Insha Allah, this is a sign for the appearance of Mahdi alaisalam. Sheikh Mawlana used to tell us to pray for the coming of Mahdi alaisalam continually, [to pray] for Mahdi alaisalam to come and save the world and to cleanse it from filth and evil. Insha’Allah, he is now close by.

No need to worry or be upset, [because] the end of this is going to be good. Good for us, and not good for those who are not with Allah. It will be bad for them. So stay with Allah, and let Him have you, and may all of us reach to those beautiful days, Insha Allah.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

59.ASLIM, TASLAM Monday, 20 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. “Alḥamdu li-Llāhi ‘alā kulli ḥāl. Yā Muawwila l-aḥwāl ḥawwil ḥālanā ilā aḥsani ḥāl”. (dua). Thanks be to Allah for every condition.

Thanks be to Allah a million times for all the blessings, baraka, health, and everything else. This is a great duty to practice towards Allah; however, people do not fulfill their duties towards Allah. They curse at Allah’s blessings (ni‘mah). To good that is done [towards them], they react with evil instead being in thankfulness. And for this reason, the things that happen to them are curses, whereas for a mu’min all that happens is good. There is good in all of what happens. Evil does not come from Allah; it is people who cause it to come.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Yurīdu ’Llahu bikumu l-yusra wal yurīdu bikumu l-‘usr” (Qur’ān 2:185). Allah ‘azza wa jalla wants goodness for you, not difficulties or hardship. This is the word of Allah in the Holy Quran. It is what Allah promised people, and yet people ask for evil with their own hands. They ask for bad, but then cannot endure it.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Fāṣbirū awlā taṣbirū asw’un ‘alayhim, innama tujzawna mā kuntum ta’malūn" (Qur’ān 52:16). Whether you show patience or not, nothing will change. This is the situation now. The world is helpless, and people are

going mad to do something, to go here or there and do this or that. They run around, but in vain, [and then] they return. There is wisdom in this time. It is a time of wisdom, and people should submit to Allah ‘azza wa jalla. They will be in comfort. “Aslim, taslam” (Hadith). The Holy Prophet says in the letters he sent to the kings, “Aslim, taslam.”

Submit so that you find peace. This is what to do now in this situation. To those who are not Muslims, who have no faith, submit to Allah, accept Him and find peace; otherwise, whether patient or not for the one who has no faith all else is vain. All that he bears with is for no use. For a Muslim every grain of it is for his good. May Allah strengthen our faith and increase it. This matter of faith is more important.

The [real] vaccination is a vaccine of faith and strength of faith, insha’Allah. By such means, the station of those with faith is elevated, and they receive rewards. May Allah bless it and accept it.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

60.PATIENCE AND GRATITUDE Tuesday, 21 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Yā- āyyuhā -lladhīna āmanū -ṣbirū wa-ṣābirū wa-rābiṭū wa-ttaqū Llāha la’allakum tufliḥūn” (Qur’ān 3:200).

Allah advises believers to be patient. He tells people to be patient, and to teach patience to others, so that you may reach contentment and show perseverance, because to persevere is the best thing in the sight of Allah. That is why the adhan calls to salvation. We reach the highest stages with patience and steadfastness. Those who are not patient cannot attain these stations and gain those virtues. These days are days of patience. We need to be patient and grateful for the blessings Allah provides us. These days are the means to appreciate the provision of Allah.

Humanity had not valued these provisions, and still they have not, and yet Allah ‘azza wa jalla is compassionate and merciful even though people do not appreciate the value what Allah has bestowed. When a difficulty comes they know the value, but it is better to value something before a difficulty arises.

For every breath, every step and minute we should be grateful for all that Allah has provided, so that the provision will help us. How is it going to help us? By faith it does, whereas if one is without faith, not believing in Allah, neither patience nor anything else can help. To attain salvation

happens through faith, and thereby you may attain a better stage, one which is accepted. Once you are elevated to this stage, all looks good to you, and you are good in the sight of Allah. Anything good to you but not to Allah is not beneficial. Both must take place at the same time, if it is to be beneficial. When something is disapproved of by Allah, outwardly it may look alright but inwardly you can never be happy and content. So may Allah grant us both, and let us experience that beauty. May we attain to pleasure of Allah, Insha Allah. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

61.DON’T LOSE! BENEFIT! Wednesday, 22 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. These days we are in a situation no one thought could happen. This situation is what Allah willed, and this is why this situation is the best— because Allah willed it! Whatever Allah does, He does the best, does in the best and most suitable way. Allah ‘azza wa jalla must not be questioned about what He does or why He does it. You may ask a man what he is doing but not Allah ‘azza wa jalla. So this situation is a fitting situation which is from Allah ‘azza wa jalla. This is why one must accept it. We were indulged too much in worldly life, so now let us give ourselves over to worship, so that from these three holy months of Rajab, Shaban and Ramadan we receive multiple rewards.

Our patience in this situation will also be rewarded, and its account is with Allah.

So we are approaching the beautiful month Ramadan. May Allah reward us. We should do as much of our practices as we are capable of, including for example prayers we have missed, tasbihat, dua—whatever you do is accepted by Allah. If you do not do it, what happens? You lose in this world.

They are concerned right now about their losses. This is what they think, yet when Allah wills, He bestows what is better and more perfect. What looks like a loss, turns into something good. Insha Allah, we will face no loss either here or in Next Life. Always things can turn out to be useful

and good for a mu’min. May Allah guide people, because there is no other way for salvation. Without guidance, people will always be in a state of loss. May Allah protect us and give strength to our faith.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

62.LIFTED BY A MIRACLE Monday, 27 April 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Allah shows mercy to the Muslim, thanks be to Allah. May we be one of those servants to whom Allah shows mercy. Thanks be to Allah for all the provisions He has bestowed upon us. The greatest provision, of course, is Islam, wellbeing and health. During days such as these, people acknowledge this a little. Don’t count and don’t compute.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Wa in ta‘uddū ni‘mata Llahi lā tuḥṣūhā inna Llaha la-ghafūru r-raḥīm” (Qur’ān 16:18). “And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”

We think of it as a few provisions, but according to the ayat there are millions of them. You cannot possibly count them. Allah ‘azza wa jalla offers these to all.

Those destined to receive them benefit from what they receive, and along with receiving rewards, their station also is elevated. Those who are not destined, although they do receive the provisions, yet they do not understand where they [i.e., the provisions] come from, or might not even want to know.
