DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLISS AND HAPPINESS Sunday, 24 December 2023 / 11 Jumada al-Thani 1445 Fajr Prayer, Akbaba Dergah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “A-lā bi-dhikrillāhi taṭmainnu l-qulūb”, “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah dohearts find rest.” (Qur’ān 13:28).“Bala ya Allah!”, “Yes O Allah!” Contentment of the heart comes by remembering the name of Allah. Making Dhikr of Allah, remembering Allah is for the hearts to feel at peace. When the heart is at peace, people are blissful and relieved. Even if they are in the worst place, nothing can influence them.
Sayyidina Ibrahim ‘alayhi s-salam was thrown into fire. He was together with Allah, Allah gave him relief. With relief, he turned his surroundings into a place like the gardens of paradise. It is the biggest example for mankind that whoever is with Allah and his heart is at peace is always blissful; not in anything else.
People nowadays are looking for happiness,not blissfulness.Blissfulness is a bit different. People on the way of Allah are said to be blissful. But people are looking for happiness. They’ve tried various things. They run after all kinds of disgraceful things and all kinds of badness thinking they will be happy. There is no such thing. Even if you are happy, eventually, you won’t have it all the time. You’ll be happy for 5-10 minutes.

And then you will be more miserable than before. After doing those things, there will not be lasting peace and blissfulness. Lasting blissfulness is only for those who are on the way of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, who remember Allah, who make Dhikr of Allah. Otherwise, it is temporary. That happiness lasts for a very short time.
Nearly thirty years ago we went to America. There are places of shaytan where movies are made. They offered to take us around those places. We went there. There are spots where certain scenes are shot. You ride something and go around, and they show them to you. We said ok. When you enter it, there is a queue. And you think it will pass in five minutes. They are such scammers; they are people of shaytan anyway. You go a distance of five minutes, and then it turns, you go ten minutes more. And it is in queue, you wait in a queue. Ten minutes by ten minutes, you reach the scene spot in two hours.
They tell you to hop on the thing. After the ride, they take you around for ten seconds and that’s it. They will have taken a lot of money at the entrance before you go in. And there is another one which is like this. They have put so much money on it; we should mention it out of courtesy. You wait for two hours in the queue under the sun. Ten seconds of looking again and then to another one. You hardly see 3-5 places until the evening.
The happiness of this world is like this. But that of Akhirah, Shukr to Allah. Go to Hajj or Umrah, make Tawaf from morning till evening, go around, make your prayers there. Shukr to Allah, there is no worry there. This is the difference between the place of shaytan and the place of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, the difference between the people who are together with Allah and those with shaytan. Shukr to Allah, we waited without any badness happening. Otherwise, Allah knows how disturbed people can get.
Don’t let shaytan cheat you on the way of Allah. As we said, shaytan is cheating people a lot there. He gives suffering. In the end, he gives you

temporary joy for 5-10 seconds. And then they tell you to move on to the next one. Whereas, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says: “Wa-Llāhu yad‘ūiládāri s-salām’’. “And Allah invites to the Home of Peace (ie. Paradise).’’ (Qur’ān 10:25).
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is calling you to beauty and paradise. May Allah protect us.
May Allah make us steadfast on this way and not let us be cheated by shaytan.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: ”Kullu Nafsin Dhā`iqatu Al-Mawti. Thumma `Ilaynā Turja`ūn’’. ”Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned.’’(Qur’ān 29:57). SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says everyone will die. There is no one who will remain alive in this world. Everyone’s end is death. Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla measured a lifetime for everyone. People will live as long as their lifetime is assigned. When that time comes, some reason will occur. And because of that reason they will leave this world and go to Akhirah, to the real world. Just like they say that as you age, you are closer to it. Death is certain for everyone. And then there is the reckoning, there is Qiyamah, there is paradise and hell.
Death is difficult, but it is more difficult for Kafirs. It is easier for Mu’mins. And the easiest one, as our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wasallam said, is to become a Shaheed. When you are Shaheed, that is the easiest death. It is as a pinprick. Shaheeds say, “If we came back a hundred times and became Shaheed, we’d still want it”. Allah made the rank of Shaheeds the highest. Their states are beautiful states. All people who come here wish for the rank of Shaheeds, to become Shaheeds. We must be Shaheeds on the way of Allah, on the way of Islam Insha Allah. When you become Shaheed against Kafirs, Kafirs may be happy as

much as they want, Muslims are the ones to be really happy. Muslims who are Shaheed are the ones to be happy, because Allah has granted them Shahadah (martyrdom). And the best death is theirs. May Allah increase their Maqams. Shaheeds make intercession not only to themselves, but also to their families on Judgment Day. Apart from Judgment Day, Allah is merciful to people for their Barakah in this world as well. They have left families and children behind them. Allah is their guarantor. There are some people who say “Why do we have to do this?” Allah has written it this way. This is what Allah has appointed. You cannot object against it.
You cannot object against the ruling and the word of Allah. May Allah let us all get from their Barakah and their intercession. May their ranks be high.
Our Holy Prophet’s Ahlu l-Bayt, Sahabah and grandchildren were Shaheeds.Therefore, to be Shaheed is not a bad thing. Some people are happy for killing others. You didn’t kill them, they became Shaheed. Their ranks are high. There are thousands, ten thousandsof children, women, men, young and old; all of them are attaining the rank of Shaheeds. They think they are doing harm to them, whereas Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is writing endless Thawab and rewards from His grace, kindness and beneficence. They are the closest people to Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
May Allah be merciful to us for their Barakah as well. May He give power to Islam. May whatever Kafirs want not happen Insha Allah.

The most beloved people for Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla are the goodmannered ones.People with good manners and Adab are beloved servants of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. AndTariqah exists in order to teach those beautiful manners. Where do the beautiful manners come from? Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam is the most perfect person.
Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam is the example for humanity. He is the one who teaches people from all aspects.
Humanity was in darkness without him. Before our Holy Prophet, people were in darkness and ignorance. Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam taught them good manners and Adab, and the light spread all over the world. Even Kafirs had to follow his way. Even though they didn’t walk on this way, they had to respect people and do things valued by our Holy Prophet so that people didn’t leave them and go out of their religions. And then after 1,400 years, they brought up human rights. Whereas our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam had said these things 1,400-1,500 years before that. Certainly, other Prophets had said so before him too. However, they changed it according to their minds. They didn’t leave anything of it. Shukr to Allah, Allah protected our religion. It is under protection. It is the religion that brings great benefit, great honor and great pride to people. Those who are in this re-

ligion must guard thisAdab. They must guard the beautiful manners. They shouldn’t look up to others and say, “People must live like that.” People don’t live like that, animals do. Even animals don’t live like those people do.
Allah gave honor to people. He gave them value. But their way is to make people dishonoured and unvaluable. This is their goal. Whom do they follow? They follow shaytan. Because shaytan is the biggest enemy of people. Enemies don’t wish goodness to their enemies. They certainly wish badness. Therefore, don’t harm yourselves with the enemy. Protect yourselves. May Allah protect us. The right way is the way of our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam. People who walk on this way will be happy here and hereafter.
May Allah not separate us from this way. And may He give guidance to people.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: ‘‘Yā `Ayyuhā Al-Ladhīna `Āmanū `Idhā Tadāyantum Bidaynin `Ilá `Ajalin Musamman Fāktubūhu’’(Qur’ān 02:282). ”O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down.’ SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says when you borrow money, make sure to write it down. When you borrow or lend money, make sure to write it down. This applies to everyone, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He جل جلاله doesn’t say not to write for siblings, uncles, aunts and friends. Write down for everyone, because mankind both forgets and has ego. Ego can cheat people. When it comes to ego, Halal and Haram are all the same. It sees everything as profit. Therefore, make sure to write it down to avoid problems later.So many people came to us and also to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim who said, “I lent money to this man and didn’t write it down. We were going to do business and I trusted him and lent him money. But he didn’t give it back. What should I do? They said to go and complain to the police”. We ask from the beginning, “Did you write it on paper “No. What should I do now?” Our advice for him to go and drink a glass of water on top of it. That’s it. You cannot get anything back. Because you didn’t carry out the order of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And this is your punishment that you must carry now. Let it be a lesson for you. We don’t say anything else. Because there is no paper, no document. And if you go to the court, where is your proof? There are so many lawsuits any-

way. And until they reach your case, ten years will pass. Even if it reaches after ten years, you won’t gain anything. If you gain, that money will be useless and gone.Therefore, this is an important thing. Debt is an important thing. Actually, those who take a debt should not think they gain something by claiming to be clever and not paying it back. It has no benefit neither in Dunya nor in Akhirah. It is also said in Qur’an ‘Azimush-Shan, when someone dies, so and so is distributed between the heirs. But before that, if there is a debt, it should be paid back. And then what remains from possessions is divided.
Certainly, most people don’t lend money nowadays because of these issues. And when people don’t lend money, people take loans from banks, from here and there. Bank loans have a price no matter if they die or not. That price is some security deposit which they take. But as we said, such naiveness Sometimes naive means stupid. Because when you don’t carry out the order of Allah, it means you have mind deficiency. It is the order of Allah and a known matter for people
The order of Allah is beneficial for people. When you write it down, you attain Thawab as you carry out this order. We are carrying out the order of Allah. “Come on, we are friends and so on. There is no need”. You must say, “No, it is the order of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. It is written in Qur’an. We must do it“. If they say, “No, I won’t do it”, you can say, “Get out!” That’s it. May Allah protect us from the evil of our egos.Even if they are Hojjah or Hajji, even if they went to Hajj ten or twenty times, they will still obey their egos anyway. We saw thismany times. Many people with turbans and beards, Hajjis and Hojjas cheated others. They can cheat people even more. But they are cheating themselves. May Allah protect us from their evil.

Mankind has a lot of bad attributes. And the worst attribute is greed. People of old times were greedy too. Everyone had greed. But people nowadays have much more greed. It is called consumer society now. They have injected this to people during the last century. Whatever you give, they are not full. Whatever you give, they are not full. Whatever you give or the government gives from this and that, they ask for more. They are not content, whereas contentment makes people full. People without contentment may consume the whole world, they will still be not full.
This world cheats them. The government gives money to people, as they ask for money. After a while it becomes insufficient, and they ask for more and more. Why? Because it is a vicious cycle. You increase something from one side, and everything is aggravated from the other side. Everything goes up. If everyone is content and pleased, life will go smoothly and nicely. But there is no contentment. And without contentment, nothing can make people full. Mankind is like this. In the time of Sayyidina Nuh ‘alayhi s salam, he was building the ark. And he was bringing the timber from everywhere. There was a nation of gigantic people back then. They were destroyed and only few of them remained. There was one of them whom people could not feed. When bread was out of the oven, he was eating but not feeling full. Nuh

‘alayhi s-salam told him, “If you bring me timber, I will make you full”. He said ok and brought timber enough for two arks. Nuh ‘alayhi ssalam gave him three big loaves of bread. He said, “Eat them with BismiLlah”. He said, “I won’t do that. I won’t say BismiLlah”. “Eat, you will be full with BismiLlah”. He said, “I won’t say it”. “What will you not say?” He said, “I won’t say Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem”. Nuh ‘alayhi s-salam said, “Eat it now”. He said it without realizing. When he ate the three loaves, he was full. He even ate the second and the third with difficulty. He said, “I am full. You cast a spell on me”. He got angry and took away the timber. But with what remained of it, Nuh ‘alayhi s-salam built the ark.
This is like this. Even a giant man feels full and content when he says BismiLlah, when he says the Name of Allah. But people of the present time have forgotten Allah They have indulged in Dunya and their desires as they like. How can they be full ? There is neither contentment nor Iman anymore. May Allah help us. Everyone, even them, is experiencing the same thing. May Allah help us. May Allah protect us. What can we say?

There are recited Qur’an Khatms, Yasin, Salawat, Dalail al-Khayrat. We gift all of them firstly to our Holy Prophet, his Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, the souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and Mashayikh, souls of our late relatives. For goodness to come and evil to be gone, for Barakah. May we have strength of Iman. May Allah give Iman to people. May He give us true strong Iman Insha Allah.
May we be happy here and hereafter.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: ‘‘Wamā l-hayāatu d-Dunyā illā la’ibun wa lahwun wala’d-dāru l-Akhiratu khayrun lil-ladhīna yattaqūn’’.”And the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah.’’(Qur’ān 06:32).Life in this world is like a game and entertainment. It is so. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying this for everyone. The good Akhirah is for those who fear Allah.
Allah gave various favors in this world. People should benefit from all these favors and make their livelihood by them. Everyone will benefit from these favors. Muslims and non-Muslims must benefit from these favors. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created this world and everything in it for the benefit of people. People must use them, eat and drink and benefit from them as they like. But it is important that they fear Allah, believe in Allah and obey the orders of Allah. There is nothing like they must suffer when they obey the orders of Allah. Just like Allah gave to Kafirs, it is the same for Muslims.
Certainly, everything permissible is beneficial and everything forbidden is harmful. Therefore, benefit from the permissible things in Islam, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Fear Allah and don’t go for the forbidden. Because in return for Haram there is hell, and in return for Halal there is paradise. And Akhirah is better. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jallasays:Wala’d-dāru l-

Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says:“Fitnah is asleep. May the curse of Allah be upon whoever awakens it.”Fitnah is asleep, may those who awaken it be cursed, says our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu ‘alayhiwasallam. The curse is the worst thing. Deserving to be cursed is the worst thing, because shaytan is the cursed one. Sothe cursed person will be like shaytan. Shaytan is from the worst creatures. The worst creature is shaytan. And the highest creature is our Holy Prophet among mankind.
Therefore, you must stay away from Fitnah in order not to be similar to shaytan. You must not make Fitnah. Those who make Fitnah are cursed. Those who join them are also cursed. Those who go after them don’t do a good thing. What they do is badness. And the badness is for themselves above all. As they deserve to be cursed, it is the worst badness. There is no badness or disaster worse than this.
But the Door of Repentance of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is open for people to repent. Allah accepts repentance of people. However, you must ask for forgiveness from other people you have oppressed. It cannot be otherwise. And when there is a big Fitnah, it has an enormous impact. As it touches everyone, it is difficult to ask for forgiveness from all of them. Therefore, stay away from Fitnah and from making Fitnah.

We are living in the end of times. Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said there will be a lot of Fitnah. There will be the darkness of the darkest nights in these days. Where does it come from? It comes from Fitnah. Fitnah brings darkness. It darkens you from the inside. Everything demoralizes people. And they do everything. They bring up Fitnah from useless things. They make Fitnah from something so worthless that they don’t know what they gain out of it. There is only one who gains from Fitnah: that is shaytan. The more shaytan harms people, misleads people and leads them to hell, the more he gets happy and rejoiced. As we said, shaytan is the opposite of a person. A perfect person is happy when people come to the right way. But shaytan misleads people. He puts them in trouble in this world and takes them to hell in Akhirah.
Therefore, we must be careful during these days. As we are in the end of times, beware of making Fitnah or being involved in Fitnah. Stay away from it. As Sayyidina ‘Ali said:“HadhaZamanu s-Sukut waMulazamatu l-Buyut”. “This is the time to be silent and stay at home.” May Allah be pleased with him. This time is for keeping quiet. You must be quiet and not deal much with others. If you say two words, they will put you in trouble. And stay at home. No need to go out among people. May Allah protect us.
May Allah protect the Ummah from Fitnah and those who make Fitnah Insha Allah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “A-lā bi-dhikrillāhi taṭmainnu l-qulūb”, “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah dohearts find rest.” (Qur’ān 13:28).“Bala ya Allah!”, “Yes O Allah!” Contentment of the heart comes by remembering the name of Allah. Making Dhikr of Allah, remembering Allah is for the hearts to feel at peace. When the heart is at peace, people are blissful and relieved. Even if they are in the worst place, nothing can influence them.
Sayyidina Ibrahim ‘alayhi s-salam was thrown into fire. He was together with Allah, Allah gave him relief. With relief, he turned his surroundings into a place like the gardens of paradise. It is the biggest example for mankind that whoever is with Allah and his heart is at peace is always blissful; not in anything else.
People nowadays are looking for happiness,not blissfulness.Blissfulness is a bit different. People on the way of Allah are said to be blissful. But people are looking for happiness. They’ve tried various things. They run after all kinds of disgraceful things and all kinds of badness thinking they will be happy. There is no such thing. Even if you are happy, eventually, you won’t have it all the time. You’ll be happy for 5-10 minutes.

And then you will be more miserable than before. After doing those things, there will not be lasting peace and blissfulness. Lasting blissfulness is only for those who are on the way of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, who remember Allah, who make Dhikr of Allah. Otherwise, it is temporary. That happiness lasts for a very short time.
Nearly thirty years ago we went to America. There are places of shaytan where movies are made. They offered to take us around those places. We went there. There are spots where certain scenes are shot. You ride something and go around, and they show them to you. We said ok. When you enter it, there is a queue. And you think it will pass in five minutes. They are such scammers; they are people of shaytan anyway. You go a distance of five minutes, and then it turns, you go ten minutes more. And it is in queue, you wait in a queue. Ten minutes by ten minutes, you reach the scene spot in two hours.
They tell you to hop on the thing. After the ride, they take you around for ten seconds and that’s it. They will have taken a lot of money at the entrance before you go in. And there is another one which is like this. They have put so much money on it; we should mention it out of courtesy. You wait for two hours in the queue under the sun. Ten seconds of looking again and then to another one. You hardly see 3-5 places until the evening.
The happiness of this world is like this. But that of Akhirah, Shukr to Allah. Go to Hajj or Umrah, make Tawaf from morning till evening, go around, make your prayers there. Shukr to Allah, there is no worry there. This is the difference between the place of shaytan and the place of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, the difference between the people who are together with Allah and those with shaytan. Shukr to Allah, we waited without any badness happening. Otherwise, Allah knows how disturbed people can get.
Don’t let shaytan cheat you on the way of Allah. As we said, shaytan is cheating people a lot there. He gives suffering. In the end, he gives you

temporary joy for 5-10 seconds. And then they tell you to move on to the next one. Whereas, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says: “Wa-Llāhu yad‘ūiládāri s-salām’’. “And Allah invites to the Home of Peace (ie. Paradise).’’ (Qur’ān 10:25).
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is calling you to beauty and paradise. May Allah protect us.
May Allah make us steadfast on this way and not let us be cheated by shaytan.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: ”Kullu Nafsin Dhā`iqatu Al-Mawti. Thumma `Ilaynā Turja`ūn’’. ”Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned.’’(Qur’ān 29:57). SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says everyone will die. There is no one who will remain alive in this world. Everyone’s end is death. Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla measured a lifetime for everyone. People will live as long as their lifetime is assigned. When that time comes, some reason will occur. And because of that reason they will leave this world and go to Akhirah, to the real world. Just like they say that as you age, you are closer to it. Death is certain for everyone. And then there is the reckoning, there is Qiyamah, there is paradise and hell.
Death is difficult, but it is more difficult for Kafirs. It is easier for Mu’mins. And the easiest one, as our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wasallam said, is to become a Shaheed. When you are Shaheed, that is the easiest death. It is as a pinprick. Shaheeds say, “If we came back a hundred times and became Shaheed, we’d still want it”. Allah made the rank of Shaheeds the highest. Their states are beautiful states. All people who come here wish for the rank of Shaheeds, to become Shaheeds. We must be Shaheeds on the way of Allah, on the way of Islam Insha Allah. When you become Shaheed against Kafirs, Kafirs may be happy as

much as they want, Muslims are the ones to be really happy. Muslims who are Shaheed are the ones to be happy, because Allah has granted them Shahadah (martyrdom). And the best death is theirs. May Allah increase their Maqams. Shaheeds make intercession not only to themselves, but also to their families on Judgment Day. Apart from Judgment Day, Allah is merciful to people for their Barakah in this world as well. They have left families and children behind them. Allah is their guarantor. There are some people who say “Why do we have to do this?” Allah has written it this way. This is what Allah has appointed. You cannot object against it.
You cannot object against the ruling and the word of Allah. May Allah let us all get from their Barakah and their intercession. May their ranks be high.
Our Holy Prophet’s Ahlu l-Bayt, Sahabah and grandchildren were Shaheeds.Therefore, to be Shaheed is not a bad thing. Some people are happy for killing others. You didn’t kill them, they became Shaheed. Their ranks are high. There are thousands, ten thousandsof children, women, men, young and old; all of them are attaining the rank of Shaheeds. They think they are doing harm to them, whereas Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is writing endless Thawab and rewards from His grace, kindness and beneficence. They are the closest people to Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
May Allah be merciful to us for their Barakah as well. May He give power to Islam. May whatever Kafirs want not happen Insha Allah.

The most beloved people for Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla are the goodmannered ones.People with good manners and Adab are beloved servants of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. AndTariqah exists in order to teach those beautiful manners. Where do the beautiful manners come from? Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam is the most perfect person.
Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam is the example for humanity. He is the one who teaches people from all aspects.
Humanity was in darkness without him. Before our Holy Prophet, people were in darkness and ignorance. Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam taught them good manners and Adab, and the light spread all over the world. Even Kafirs had to follow his way. Even though they didn’t walk on this way, they had to respect people and do things valued by our Holy Prophet so that people didn’t leave them and go out of their religions. And then after 1,400 years, they brought up human rights. Whereas our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam had said these things 1,400-1,500 years before that. Certainly, other Prophets had said so before him too. However, they changed it according to their minds. They didn’t leave anything of it. Shukr to Allah, Allah protected our religion. It is under protection. It is the religion that brings great benefit, great honor and great pride to people. Those who are in this re-

ligion must guard thisAdab. They must guard the beautiful manners. They shouldn’t look up to others and say, “People must live like that.” People don’t live like that, animals do. Even animals don’t live like those people do.
Allah gave honor to people. He gave them value. But their way is to make people dishonoured and unvaluable. This is their goal. Whom do they follow? They follow shaytan. Because shaytan is the biggest enemy of people. Enemies don’t wish goodness to their enemies. They certainly wish badness. Therefore, don’t harm yourselves with the enemy. Protect yourselves. May Allah protect us. The right way is the way of our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam. People who walk on this way will be happy here and hereafter.
May Allah not separate us from this way. And may He give guidance to people.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: ‘‘Yā `Ayyuhā Al-Ladhīna `Āmanū `Idhā Tadāyantum Bidaynin `Ilá `Ajalin Musamman Fāktubūhu’’(Qur’ān 02:282). ”O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down.’ SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says when you borrow money, make sure to write it down. When you borrow or lend money, make sure to write it down. This applies to everyone, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He جل جلاله doesn’t say not to write for siblings, uncles, aunts and friends. Write down for everyone, because mankind both forgets and has ego. Ego can cheat people. When it comes to ego, Halal and Haram are all the same. It sees everything as profit. Therefore, make sure to write it down to avoid problems later.So many people came to us and also to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim who said, “I lent money to this man and didn’t write it down. We were going to do business and I trusted him and lent him money. But he didn’t give it back. What should I do? They said to go and complain to the police”. We ask from the beginning, “Did you write it on paper “No. What should I do now?” Our advice for him to go and drink a glass of water on top of it. That’s it. You cannot get anything back. Because you didn’t carry out the order of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And this is your punishment that you must carry now. Let it be a lesson for you. We don’t say anything else. Because there is no paper, no document. And if you go to the court, where is your proof? There are so many lawsuits any-

way. And until they reach your case, ten years will pass. Even if it reaches after ten years, you won’t gain anything. If you gain, that money will be useless and gone.Therefore, this is an important thing. Debt is an important thing. Actually, those who take a debt should not think they gain something by claiming to be clever and not paying it back. It has no benefit neither in Dunya nor in Akhirah. It is also said in Qur’an ‘Azimush-Shan, when someone dies, so and so is distributed between the heirs. But before that, if there is a debt, it should be paid back. And then what remains from possessions is divided.
Certainly, most people don’t lend money nowadays because of these issues. And when people don’t lend money, people take loans from banks, from here and there. Bank loans have a price no matter if they die or not. That price is some security deposit which they take. But as we said, such naiveness Sometimes naive means stupid. Because when you don’t carry out the order of Allah, it means you have mind deficiency. It is the order of Allah and a known matter for people
The order of Allah is beneficial for people. When you write it down, you attain Thawab as you carry out this order. We are carrying out the order of Allah. “Come on, we are friends and so on. There is no need”. You must say, “No, it is the order of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. It is written in Qur’an. We must do it“. If they say, “No, I won’t do it”, you can say, “Get out!” That’s it. May Allah protect us from the evil of our egos.Even if they are Hojjah or Hajji, even if they went to Hajj ten or twenty times, they will still obey their egos anyway. We saw thismany times. Many people with turbans and beards, Hajjis and Hojjas cheated others. They can cheat people even more. But they are cheating themselves. May Allah protect us from their evil.

Mankind has a lot of bad attributes. And the worst attribute is greed. People of old times were greedy too. Everyone had greed. But people nowadays have much more greed. It is called consumer society now. They have injected this to people during the last century. Whatever you give, they are not full. Whatever you give, they are not full. Whatever you give or the government gives from this and that, they ask for more. They are not content, whereas contentment makes people full. People without contentment may consume the whole world, they will still be not full.
This world cheats them. The government gives money to people, as they ask for money. After a while it becomes insufficient, and they ask for more and more. Why? Because it is a vicious cycle. You increase something from one side, and everything is aggravated from the other side. Everything goes up. If everyone is content and pleased, life will go smoothly and nicely. But there is no contentment. And without contentment, nothing can make people full. Mankind is like this. In the time of Sayyidina Nuh ‘alayhi s salam, he was building the ark. And he was bringing the timber from everywhere. There was a nation of gigantic people back then. They were destroyed and only few of them remained. There was one of them whom people could not feed. When bread was out of the oven, he was eating but not feeling full. Nuh

‘alayhi s-salam told him, “If you bring me timber, I will make you full”. He said ok and brought timber enough for two arks. Nuh ‘alayhi ssalam gave him three big loaves of bread. He said, “Eat them with BismiLlah”. He said, “I won’t do that. I won’t say BismiLlah”. “Eat, you will be full with BismiLlah”. He said, “I won’t say it”. “What will you not say?” He said, “I won’t say Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem”. Nuh ‘alayhi s-salam said, “Eat it now”. He said it without realizing. When he ate the three loaves, he was full. He even ate the second and the third with difficulty. He said, “I am full. You cast a spell on me”. He got angry and took away the timber. But with what remained of it, Nuh ‘alayhi s-salam built the ark.
This is like this. Even a giant man feels full and content when he says BismiLlah, when he says the Name of Allah. But people of the present time have forgotten Allah They have indulged in Dunya and their desires as they like. How can they be full ? There is neither contentment nor Iman anymore. May Allah help us. Everyone, even them, is experiencing the same thing. May Allah help us. May Allah protect us. What can we say?

There are recited Qur’an Khatms, Yasin, Salawat, Dalail al-Khayrat. We gift all of them firstly to our Holy Prophet, his Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, the souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and Mashayikh, souls of our late relatives. For goodness to come and evil to be gone, for Barakah. May we have strength of Iman. May Allah give Iman to people. May He give us true strong Iman Insha Allah.
May we be happy here and hereafter.

It is so. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying this for everyone. The good Akhirah is for those who fear Allah.
Allah gave various favors in this world. People should benefit from all these favors and make their livelihood by them. Everyone will benefit from these favors. Muslims and non-Muslims must benefit from these favors. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created this world and everything in it for the benefit of people. People must use them, eat and drink and benefit from them as they like. But it is important that they fear Allah, believe in Allah and obey the orders of Allah. There is nothing like they must suffer when they obey the orders of Allah. Just like Allah gave to Kafirs, it is the same for Muslims.
Certainly, everything permissible is beneficial and everything forbidden is harmful. Therefore, benefit from the permissible things in Islam, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Fear Allah and don’t go for the forbidden. Because in return for Haram there is hell, and in return for Halal there is paradise. And Akhirah is better. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jallasays:Wala’d-dāru l-

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem.. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says:“Fitnah is asleep. May the curse of Allah be upon whoever awakens it.”Fitnah is asleep, may those who awaken it be cursed, says our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu ‘alayhiwasallam. The curse is the worst thing. Deserving to be cursed is the worst thing, because shaytan is the cursed one. Sothe cursed person will be like shaytan. Shaytan is from the worst creatures. The worst creature is shaytan. And the highest creature is our Holy Prophet among mankind.
Therefore, you must stay away from Fitnah in order not to be similar to shaytan. You must not make Fitnah. Those who make Fitnah are cursed. Those who join them are also cursed. Those who go after them don’t do a good thing. What they do is badness. And the badness is for themselves above all. As they deserve to be cursed, it is the worst badness. There is no badness or disaster worse than this.
But the Door of Repentance of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is open for people to repent. Allah accepts repentance of people. However, you must ask for forgiveness from other people you have oppressed. It cannot be otherwise. And when there is a big Fitnah, it has an enormous impact. As it touches everyone, it is difficult to ask for forgiveness from all of them. Therefore, stay away from Fitnah and from making Fitnah.

We are living in the end of times. Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said there will be a lot of Fitnah. There will be the darkness of the darkest nights in these days. Where does it come from? It comes from Fitnah. Fitnah brings darkness. It darkens you from the inside. Everything demoralizes people. And they do everything. They bring up Fitnah from useless things. They make Fitnah from something so worthless that they don’t know what they gain out of it. There is only one who gains from Fitnah: that is shaytan. The more shaytan harms people, misleads people and leads them to hell, the more he gets happy and rejoiced. As we said, shaytan is the opposite of a person. A perfect person is happy when people come to the right way. But shaytan misleads people. He puts them in trouble in this world and takes them to hell in Akhirah.
Therefore, we must be careful during these days. As we are in the end of times, beware of making Fitnah or being involved in Fitnah. Stay away from it. As Sayyidina ‘Ali said:“HadhaZamanu s-Sukut waMulazamatu l-Buyut”. “This is the time to be silent and stay at home.” May Allah be pleased with him. This time is for keeping quiet. You must be quiet and not deal much with others. If you say two words, they will put you in trouble. And stay at home. No need to go out among people. May Allah protect us.
May Allah protect the Ummah from Fitnah and those who make Fitnah Insha Allah.
