re not believer [and] you become believer, you can be honourable, you can be higher than non-honourable, than non-believer. This is... Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, He جل جلاله give this chance for everybody to be honourable.
Come to be honourable, and more higher stage from other people. Because everybody, they like to be higher. If you like... but you must love, like to do this with spiritual, and order of Allāh جل جلاله, and obeying Allāh جل جلاله. This is no problem with this. Problem with other. If you are white, you are make other people they are... you think you are higher than them; this is only foolishness and craziness.
So our, al-ḥamdu liLlāh, we must be honour[ed], happy; even the worst, the poorest one from honourable one, he is higher than the most richest, most famous one non-believer. This is our belief, and Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam saying Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, He جل جلاله is telling us this. So, for dunyā don’t be worried, don’t be sad if you are believer. If you are not believer, you can be – you do anything, everything you can do – but we cannot respect you. We are not respect who is enemy for Allāh جل جلاله, for Prophets. And they are making invest[ment], every day bringing new thing to make people to follow them, this shayṭān people. Allāh جل جلاله protect us from their fitnah, from their harm.
Allāh جل جلاله protect whole nation of Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam.

Don’t Hold Things More than Two Hours

Ṣuḥbah of the 30th of September 2022.
As-Salāmu ‘alaykum wa-raḥmatu Llāhi wa-barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Aṣ-ṣalātu wa-s- Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-awwalīna wa-l-ākhirīn. Madad yā Rasūla Llāh, madad yā Sādātī Aṣḥābi Rasūli Llāh, madad yā Mashāyikhanā, dastūr Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistānī, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatuna ṣ-ṣuḥbah, wa-l-khayru fi l-jam’iyyah.
Sayyidunā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh ad-Dāghistānī gave many ṣuḥbahs to us. All of them are, mā shā’a Llāh, beautiful. And they are not lost now, but rather he transferred them to our father Shaykh Nāẓim. By the wisdom of Allāh جل جلاله, so that they didn't get into the hands of someone without understanding, He جل جلاله put them in the best place. By the wisdom of Allāh ‘Azza wa- Jalla and authority of the Awliyā’, he transferred that knowledge to Sayyidunā Shaykh Nāẓim who explained them to people in the best way. He told people about these beautiful things for more than 40-50 years. He spoke from the knowledge of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, from the knowledge that Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla thinks is good for people. He told about goodness and beauty. He didn't tell about badness. He didn't tell anyone to do bad things. He didn't tell anyone to eat ḥarām. He transmitted all goodness through that knowledge to people. And people, shukr to Allāh جل جلاله, are benefitting from it day by day and coming to the way. They are entering the way loved by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
Of course, we were present for the ṣuḥbahs but, as our age was still young, we don't remember many things. People forget when they are children. One of them... There is a part of a ṣuḥbah that we remember very well. That is because Mawlānā repeated it many times. Repeating is useful. Some people sometimes criticized Mawlānā by saying he talked about the same thing and that they had heard it all before. But hearing is necessary for people to get it into their heads and to remember. If you say it only once, many people will forget. By the wisdom of Allāh جل جلاله, "insān" speaks for itself. It comes from "nisyān" which means to forget. The actual meaning of "insān" is the one who forgets. Therefore, because he repeated it several times, even though fifty years have passed, we still remember it a little.
And that is: One day our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam told, I think, Sayyidunā ‘Alī, to call all the ṣaḥābah to gather there immediately. It was a nighttime. He صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Let everyone come here now." Of course, there were mushrikūn and war everywhere. There were people who wanted to end Islām. Sayyidunā ‘Alī shouted out, I suppose. When he shouted out, others shouted too. He shouted out for all ṣaḥābah to come there immediately.
The ṣaḥābah came running, worried, ready to protect our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم from anything, ready to protect Islām and the area on the way of Allāh جل جلاله. because they were called in a hurry by our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. When they all came, our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam told them, "The news came now from Jibrīl ‘alayhi s- salām. Do not talk about things that happened more than two hours ago, about worldly matters or disputes you had two hours ago."
He صلى الله عليه وسلم said it as a big instruction to ṣaḥābah, because when you talk about things that happened two hours ago and say this one said this and that, that is no longer information but rumour. It will make people busy with it, cause them to fall out and create fitnah. Because people remember clearly up to two hours. Afterwards, they both forget and start adding things. One will add something, another will add another... It will be five by the third, then ten, then one hundred and then one thousand on top. It will cause people to fall out then. It will mislead them. Therefore, it is important – We should not talk about worldly matters that happened more than two hours ago. It is the order of our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم not to talk. And we should obey this order as much as we can, in shā’a Llāh, because we are human. This is an advice. We must follow the advice as much as we can. It is better than not doing anything.
Therefore, it is an important matter because some people get angry about things that happened yesterday and get upset for things that happened even before that, or a week ago. Some people carry the events that took place years ago in their hearts. They tell other people and then there is resentment between people. Therefore, these issues are important. This is the wisdom of Allāh جل جلاله that even when we were kids, this was told several times and we remember it, shukr to Allāh جل جلاله. It is an important issue. It is beneficial to do this for our brothers, for all people regardless of being murīds, regardless of being Muslim.
Al-ḥamdu liLlāh, we are here again and there is ṣuḥbah from Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh, Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh ad-Dāghistānī. I was hear this. But before this Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh, every day, he was sitting maybe two, three hours making ṣuḥbah for common people. Many people coming, sitting and they put tea and they drink tea and with ṣuḥbah. So, many people coming and they're listening for ṣuḥbah. Mā shā’a Llāh, his ṣuḥbah, two hours, sometimes maybe more than two hours. Even three hours sometimes it was reach. With translator also it was. But, subḥāna Llāh, whole this ṣuḥbah, people they was listening and going. After he pass away, Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh ad-Dāghistānī, many of his ṣuḥbah was recorded. But, there is wisdom, all this disappear. You cannot find any of them.
Don't say, "pity", because he left the most perfect, he who record this, all this ṣuḥbah and can explain for benefit of people. He left Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim. So, don't say, "Pity this old ṣuḥbah not appear." Because, even they appear, people they will say, "Mawlānā say, Shaykh said this, and Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim said that." So, they make competition, something like this. So, it will be confusion between people. So only the, his successor, fully successor, coming from Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam to Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh ad-Dāghistānī, and from him to not make people say anything, so for Mawlānā Shaykh. Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim, he, more than fifty years, he was teaching his, Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh's teaching and Prophet's ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam knowledge, through his life for everybody. And hundred thousands, millions people, they benefit from this, al-ḥamdu liLlāh. So, it is big inheritor coming for Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim.
And one of this ṣuḥbah, I was child that time, Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh, he was saying ṣuḥbah. Many time he was repeating same story, or same thing what he say. It is important to hear it more than one time because people can forget. This is in Arabic name of human being – "insān". "Insān" coming from "nisyān", "nisyān" from forget. They forgetting. For this, Mawlānā Shaykh was maybe... Sometimes we can hear forty times, fifty times, same story. But, of course each time, there is a another tajallī – another manifestation. So, this is, was before Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim also, there is some idiot people when he was, before coming Cyprus, making many ṣuḥbah, and the ṣuḥbah it's very strong ṣuḥbah. But some people they said, "He repeat this many times." Repeat but if he repeat and it was benefit for you, you cannot say he repeat many times. You be have adab. You will be good behaved to say, "Yes, must be like this." But when you say, maybe he must be repeat it thousand time for you to understand. When you are not understand, he repeat and repeat and repeat.
So, this is ṣuḥbah wisdom. From each direction, from each, every side it is benefit for who listening. Even when you sit here and you listening, Allāh جل جلاله saying this place for knowledge, knowledge of Allāh جل جلاله, you all like student, ṭālibu l-‘ilm, and the wings of angel under your feet they said. For this, one of his ṣuḥbah, even I was child and then not really listening for ṣuḥbah, but this it was interesting. And I hear it many time, and so I remember some of this ṣuḥbah. The ṣuḥbah, it was very important about, he said, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa- sallam. One night, he صلى الله عليه وسلم come out from his صلى الله عليه وسلم blessed room, and calling, I think, Sayyidunā ‘Alī, "Quickly call all ṣaḥābah to come here," to masjid of Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa- sallam, big place to whole of them to gathering. "Something we must tell them."
And Sayyidunā ‘Alī he shout with other people also. So, whole ṣaḥābah was running quickly. Maybe something happen because it was dangerous that time because they want, non- believer they want to finish Islām. And this ṣaḥābah they come quickly for protect Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam and to what order coming from Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم to do it. When all of them coming, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam saying to them, "Now Sayyidunā Jibrīl coming and this order he tell me to tell for people, not wait even for morning. Nighttime I must tell this for people. This is order: to not say anything you don't happy with this, happen before two hours. To forget. To not say it to anybody." Before two hours, you can say but after two hours don't say this to anybody. Because this become fitnah, become bad, bad thing, bad thinking, backbite and every bad thing coming from this. Because people, until two hour, they maybe they remember. After two hours, they put one, they put one, other put three, other put seven, other put... it become small thing – huge problem for people. For this, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam was ordering ṣaḥābah.
Ṣaḥābah they have to be obey hundred percent. But for us, we are weak, for us even it is good. This we must do it as much we can do. Because, this make people unhappy with each other. Because, "yesterday happened this", if you forget, other also will forget. After, before two weeks happen this, until two weeks and now it become more unreal thing as [if it is] real thing. Before, many people maybe they have something in their head for one year, two years, even years ago something happen, and they are unhappy with people, unhappy with what happened, and they imagine it is happen but normally it wasn't happen. For this, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam telling and ordering ṣaḥābah to not do this anymore. For this, for us, we also to obey Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. We must do as much we can do this. Don't make it bigger and bigger for making fitnah for other and for your society or for gathering. You must be careful for this.
This is one, one of very rare ṣuḥbah I hardly remember from Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh. Allāh جل جلاله raise his maqām and bless you, in shā’a Llāh.

ASK FOR EASE

Ṣuḥbah of the 29th of September 2022.
A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Aṣ-ṣalātu wa-s- Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-awwalīna wa-l-ākhirīn. Madad yā Rasūla Llāh, madad yā Sādātī Aṣḥābi Rasūli Llāh, madad yā Mashāyikhanā, dastūr Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistānī, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatuna ṣ-ṣuḥbah, wa-l-khayru fi l-jam’iyyah.
Shukr to Allāh جل جلاله for these favours. We have returned to the Maqām of Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim, to the dergah and our brothers. These are great favours. May Allāh جل جلاله not lessen His جل جلاله favors for us. We ask that He جل جلاله treat us with beneficence both here and hereafter. With beneficence. Some people ask for tests and patience. Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says not to ask for this. Don't ask for patience and tests. What you can carry is the beneficence of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
Beneficence means He جل جلاله will give you favours without suffering. He جل جلاله will give you beauties. Ask for that, says our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam.
It is for the honour of his صلى الله عليه وسلم face that Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla sent our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم as a mercy to the universes. We make shukr to Allāh جل جلاله for being from his صلى الله عليه وسلم Ummah. These favours are the biggest favours of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Because this favour is the favour that doesn't finish. It is the favour of ākhirah. Even if the favours of dunyā don't finish, you will be gone. If they finish, it is the same. When those favours are not on the way of Allāh جل جلاله, they have no benefit. They have more harm than benefit. Therefore, everything is from the beneficence of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. And the greatest beneficence is īmān and...
Of course, īmān is greater than Islām. Īmān is the first thing for those who are Muslim. Who has īmān reaches the highest level, says our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. His qualities are always... Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says, "Lā yu’minu aḥadukum ḥattá akūna aḥabbu iilayhi min nafsi." Your īmān cannot be perfect unless you love your brother. The īmān of someone who doesn't love our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم more than everything else, cannot be perfect. Therefore, īmān is a higher level than Islām. Islām is something most normal for people. And then comes īmān which is to accept everything that our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa- sallam brought, not to go against him صلى الله عليه وسلم and not to love him صلى الله عليه وسلم
There is this new kind of Muslim. If you tell them something, they say, "You make a partner to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. You make shirk." They want to deprive people of the love and intercession of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, which is the greatest of favours. Why would you deprive yourself of those favours? You listen to a couple of these stupid people and don't honour our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Therefore, this month is the month of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. The more we honour him صلى الله عليه وسلم, the more Allāh جل جلاله will love us. Allāh جل جلاله loves those who love our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم . Because prophets are the chosen people of Allāh جل جلاله amongst people . He جل جلاله send them as examples, as people who spread His جل جلاله religion. All prophets are the ones who show us the way and take us to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. To love them, to honour them is our duty.
You can either honour other people, or not. Everyone makes mistakes but prophets don't make mistakes. And the greatest, the highest among prophets is our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Honouring him صلى الله عليه وسلم cannot lead to any badness. Not honouring him صلى الله عليه وسلم takes people's īmān away. They lose their īmān. When they lose īmān, they lose the religion. May Allāh جل جلاله protect them. This is what shayṭān wants. He wants to cause suffering to people and make them go to hell together with him.
Therefore, this month is the holy month for you to honour our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Honouring him صلى الله عليه وسلم will bring you benefit. Make charity as much as you can, make ṣalawāt, read Qur’ān. These things will be accepted for the honour of our Holy صلى الله عليه وسلم . Your du‘ā’ will be accepted by the permission of Allāh جل جلاله
Al-ḥamdu liLlāh we are meet again with, after many month we go, come, for we are happy to be with Mawlānā Maqām and with our brothers and sisters from Ṭarīqah. We are happy with them. They are here for sake of Allāh جل جلاله, for love of Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa- sallam. This month, his صلى الله عليه وسلم month, very blessed month which Allāh جل جلاله sent our Prophet Sayyidunā Muḥammad ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam – mercy for whole universe, for whole ins, jinn, human being, jinn, other, all kind. For all of them, he صلى الله عليه وسلم is mercy for whole, everything because he صلى الله عليه وسلم is beloved for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
From his صلى الله عليه وسلم, this blessed way, way of Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, we are thanking Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla for this gift for us. This is the biggest gift because in life there is difficulty, there is easiness. We ask from Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla to make everything easy for us, not make difficult. Because some people they may thought if there are difficult for them, it will be more blessed for them. But many people they cannot carry this difficult. They will be going out of way. For this, we are weak people, we want from His جل جلاله Iḥsān. This Iḥsān meaning easiness – give everything without make you trouble, without make anything for you. Everything in your life going smooth and happy and good. This is Iḥsān. For this, all time in du‘ā’, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam say, he صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Ask for Iḥsān. Don't ask for imtiḥān." Imtiḥān meaning to test for you. We don't want test. Only want...
And we are happy Allāh جل جلاله make us in this with Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam way and following him صلى الله عليه وسلم. This is for human being most perfect thing, most best thing for whole human being. Because, who has this, he has happiness forever, not only for dunyā. For dunyā... if only you ask for this world, okay maybe you can find you thought it is good. But it is who only not thinking for ākhirah, for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, this world, which we live, either we are leave it, or it will leave us. So for this, we must know.
And what is the best thing – don't be cheated by people; cheated by people [who] they thought this is life, our life, only this. And many people they was saying, "This is our life." So, we see many people, when they become old, they, some of them regret what they done before. This also good. They may ask for forgiveness from Allāh جل جلاله. And many of them, they just not regret, just thinking what it our life we run here, there, but it was nothing – but still they not asking for forgiveness. This also bad thing. For this, what you thought it is good – you are running after this dunyā – really, if you are not thinking for next life, it is only cheating yourself. And at the end you will realize it was nothing. But if you don't have belief, īmān, for next life it will be misery for you, not happiness. But if Allāh جل جلاله want for them to be, again they can ask for forgiveness. Allāh جل جلاله forgive.
This is way of prophets – to save human being from bad and from misery, from sadness, from every bad thing – way of prophets, all prophets because they are, Allāh جل جلاله create them without mistake, without doing any wrong – to be example for human being. Of course, human being cannot be like prophets but prophets, they are example. As much you can do, you can follow them, especially the highest one, our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, Sayyidunā Muḥammad ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. He صلى الله عليه وسلم is most perfect human being from everybody. Even who they don't love him صلى الله عليه وسلم, they don't like him صلى الله عليه وسلم, they are enemy for him صلى الله عليه وسلم , they are saying this. He صلى الله عليه وسلم was from everything he صلى الله عليه وسلم was perfect. Nobody can say anything. Who say this is crazy people, no value for their opinion. But real people, they know he صلى الله عليه وسلم is perfect but most of them also, because they don't have belief, they not accept him صلى الله عليه وسلم he as prophet.
Al-ḥamdu liLlāh we are accept him صلى الله عليه وسلم and we are happy. Allāh جل جلاله give happiness for us for, who follow him صلى الله عليه وسلم. Who love him صلى الله عليه وسلم, Allāh جل جلاله love him. Who love Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, Allāh جل جلاله love these people and give them happiness. This is most important in our life and especially this time with whole world they are in stress and unhappy. But who follow Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam really and accept him صلى الله عليه وسلم, they are happy. But of course, not all Muslim like this because now Muslim they make big fitnah this wasping (whispering, waswasah) like shayṭān on them – kind of people, they not accept as Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, what we are accept him صلى الله عليه وسلم – most beloved one for Allāh جل جلاله. Just say, "He صلى الله عليه وسلم is like us, no, not more than us." These people making Muslim unhappy, they make trouble for them. They make every bad thing coming on them. But who real believer and love Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa- sallam, they will be in themself happy and no problem for them, in shā’a Llāh. Allāh جل جلاله make us from them, in shā’a Llāh.
This month – Prophet's ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam month. We happy with this month. Our belief to be happy with this because Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam he صلى الله عليه وسلم born in this month and he صلى الله عليه وسلم pass away in this month. We are happy, of course, with Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam and we are not making – what is matam, matam in...?
M: "Mourning."
Mourning. In Islām they no have mourning because everybody, nobody will live in this world forever. This our... Who will be shahīd, he will be shahīd. Who will be die, he will die. So, for everyone we not make mourning for who die. Only we... Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم make us to be happy with him صلى الله عليه وسلم. He صلى الله عليه وسلم is with us and for all this, making this happiness giving for people. Mourning, it will be sadness and darkness and not good. Some, many this who claim in Islām but Islām they don't have mourning.
Allāh جل جلاله make us happy with him صلى الله عليه وسلم, in shā’a Llāh. We are happy with him صلى الله عليه وسلم because, in shā’a Llāh, we believe who be happy with him صلى الله عليه وسلم, he will be with him صلى الله عليه وسلم in paradise, in shā’a Llāh. Allāh جل جلاله make all of us like this.
