Suhbah 2022: Maulana Shaykh Mehmet Adil ar-Rabbani (303 suhbah, 650 pages, 28/50)
https://www.nvrislam.net/index.php?j=eng&post=6238
Don't be free in this world. You must do something. You should know that Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla sees it and do good things accordingly.
You must strive to do good things. We didn't come to this world to have free time. If Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla sent us to this world to spend time, He ﷻ would have made us from the four-legged creatures or other things. They are creatures and things created for mankind in this world. This is their duty. This is their work. But the work of mankind is to do goodness, to obey Allāh ﷻ and to do good deeds. Those who don't do this waste their lives. They spend it in loss and not with benefit.
People of the present time, many people strive to do like others are doing. And there are very few people who want to do like people who do good deeds, or who try to do so. More people want to imitate and live like those who are busy with useless, harmful things without benefit. They want to be like them. Whereas they have nothing to imitate, if you look at the reality. But from the outside, it looks different. When you look inside, you see totally different things. They are in complete loss. It is nothing. Even if you want to do something harmful, when you spend your time for a useless thing, it is harmful for you. Time is precious. People should always be busy with good deeds in order not to waste time.
Many people speak without knowing now. People used to look for wisdom in old times. Now they look for entertainment. Wherever they see wisdom, they don't like it. They look for whatever will entertain them. Therefore, there are lots of people in this time, but very few like goodness.
May Allāh ﷻ always let us be in goodness and do things that He ﷻ likes. May we realize that He ﷻ sees us and at least make intention to do all kinds of goodness in shā’a Llāh. May Allāh ﷻ let us succeed in it as much as we can.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

The Mission of Awliyā’uLlāh
13 July 2022 / 14 Dhu l-Hijjah 1443
Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Dergah - Lefke
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
After Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla created this world and then people, He ﷻ sent down Prophets. Until our Holy Prophet ﷺ, there were 124,000 Prophets. Both prophets and messengers. To some, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla sent down books. And He ﷻ didn't send to others. All of them are 124,000 holy Prophets ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhim wa-sallam. We make ṣalawāt and ṣalātu s-salām on all of them ‘alayhimu s-salām.
During our Holy Prophet's ﷺ time, there were 124,000 holy ṣaḥābah. Those who were together with our Holy Prophet ﷺ and those who had met him ﷺ are called ṣaḥābah. They are the most virtuous of the Ummah, says our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. And then there are the Awliyā’ to carry on the Barakah of the ṣaḥābah. They are beloved servants of Allāh ﷻ. Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says:
“بِهِم تُمْطَرُون، بِهِم تُرْزَقُون، بِهِم تُنْصَرُون”,
“Bihim tumṭarūn, bihim turzaqūn, bihim tunṣarūn.”
Allāh ﷻ makes it rain by them. You get your rizq by them. And you get victory by them.
We are living in the end of times. Are they there? All of them are. Without them, Allāh ﷻ doesn't make it rain and doesn't give rizq. For their Barakah, Allāh ﷻ gives everything through them. He ﷻ made them the means so that with their Barakah people have rain, rizq and attain victory. It is a ḥadīth of our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. It is his ﷺ true holy word. Without them, nothing happens.
Do they increase together with the number of people? They don't. Therefore, they are invisible. And who are visible are very few. All of them are hidden. People cannot guess that someone is Awliyā’. The one who is Awliyā’ doesn't reveal himself. Many people claim to be Mahdī, this and that, a Shaykh or things like that. They are useless. That's not important. What’s important is that there are such holy beings in this world.
There are more people now, and many are spoilt. Their duty is not to look after them. Their duty is to make Dua to Allāh ﷻ to deliver Rizq, rain and victory to those who deserve them. Therefore, they wait as everything has its time. They are neither worried, nor sad. Whatever happens, their hearts are with Allāh ﷻ. They are the mercy of Allāh ﷻ on earth. They are the Barakah of Allāh ﷻ. They are the gift of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla to people.
When Qiyāmah comes, they will step down. Just like Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla pulled away the Qur’ān and ‘Alīms, they will all be gone as well. The doomsday will come to kāfirs.
Their duty goes on for now. Therefore, don't worry about what is happening in the world and what you should do. Don't be sad while they are there. We should make Du‘ā’ for them so that their Himmah/support is with us. Their Himmah is better than everything for us. No need to be worried or scared of anything. If we are together with those who are with Allāh ﷻ, nothing will happen to us with the permission of Allāh ﷻ. Everything will be for our good in shā’a Llāh.
‘‘فَالْحُكْمُ لِلَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْكَبِيرِ’’
‘’Fa-l-ḥukmu li-Llāhi l-ʿAliyyi l-Kabīr’’,
‘‘So the judgement is with Allah, the Most High, the Grand.’’
(Qur’ān 40:12).
The final judgement is by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. No one will remain except Him ﷻ.
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
‘’لِّمَنِ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ ۖ لِلَّهِ الْوَاحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ’’
‘Li-mani l-mulku l-yawma li-Llāhi l-Wāḥidi l-Qahhār’’
‘’To whom belongs [all] sovereignty this Day? To Allah , the One, the Prevailing.’’ (Qur’ān 40:16).
When all of the people who claim to rule over this world are gone, an angel will be called by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla:
‘’لِّمَنِ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ’’
‘’Li-mani l-mulku l-yawm’’
‘’To whom belongs [all] sovereignty this Day?’ (Qur’ān 40:16).
He ﷻwill ask, "Whose are the sovereignty, judgment, world and the universe today?”. “They are to Allāh al-Qahhār ‘Azza wa-Jalla”, the answer will come.
That's why, we should be with Allāh ﷻ in shā’a Llāh.
WHOM TO LOVE AND WHAT TO FEAR

Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Dergah - Lefke
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
(63)
(Qur’ān 10:62-63).
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says, ‘‘Alā inna Awliyā’ Llahi lā kḥawfun ‘alayhim wa lā hum yaḥzanūn (62) ‘Alladhīna āmanū wakānū yattaqūn (63)”
‘‘Verily on the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve (62)Those who believed and have been pious (63).”
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla's beloved servants, His ﷻ ‘Awliyā have no fear and no sadness. They are with Allāh ﷻ. They are always with Allāh ﷻ. They are faithful ones, says Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. They are faithful ones and they fear Allāh ﷻ, they are merciful to people. These are the ‘Awliyā of Allāh ﷻ. It is the same when they are alive. It is the same when they die.
Therefore, when you go to their tombs and visit them do not think that it is empty there. It is the place where the beloved servants of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla rest. They always have a gaze of mercy upon them. Certainly, those who go there get their share. No matter how much they do; there are of these faithless groups who deny and call themselves Muslims. They say that there is no such thing. It is something that has nothing to do with them. It is something that does not pass their minds.
The value that Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has given to these people, these blessed people is great in His ﷻ sight. In the sight of people, the people whom He ﷻ values become valuable. The people He ﷻ doesn't value are useless. No matter how much they think that they are something, they have no value. If some people show some respect to them, their deception will certainly appear in the end. They will be disgraced.
But ‘Awliyā’uLlāh are not like that. Since more than a thousand years, from the time of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, Ahlu l-Bāyt, the Ṣaḥābah and so on until now, wherever they are, they have been respected. Through them, goodness came to the Ummāh. They have reached all kinds of Allāh's ﷻ bestowals. Because, as we said, mercy always descends from Allāh ﷻ on their graves, tombs. There is rain of mercy upon them. The people who go to them, who go to visit them, no matter what, they certainly go to them to get goodness from them. Allāh ﷻ accepts their visits for the sake of that person. In shā’a Llāh their end will be good.
Now as we said, many kinds of people come, they don't pray, they don't follow Sharīʿah. But it means that there is something in this person that he respects these people and visits them. Who loves Allāh ﷻ and His ﷻ beloved ones, Allāh ﷻ will certainly grant him goodness.
Therefore, to visit such places is accepted and good. Don't listen to anyone [saying] that they are dead. Who says dead is dead himself. They are people who have reached the real life in the sight of Allāh ﷻ. May Allāh ﷻ not deprive us of their gaze and Himmāh.
We love them. A person will be with whom he loves, says our Holy Prophet ﷺ. They love the Prophet ﷺ, and we love the Prophet ﷺ, his ﷺ Ahlu l-Bāyt and Ṣaḥābah. We will be saved not by our deeds, but by his ﷺ love in sha'a Llāh and we will be with them. That is certain. “Will we enter hell?”, some get Waswasa. No, you won't enter. Since you love our Holy Prophet ﷺ, and you love the Ṣaḥābah, the righteous and the ‘Awliyā, you are certainly from them in shā’a Llāh.
Therefore, there is no fear. Let this be a Eid present.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

THE ADAB OF ZIYARAH
11 July 2022 / 12 Dhu l-Hijjah 1443
Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Dergah - Lefke
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu Billāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismillāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi Rasūlillāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Here is Sayyidatina Hala Sultan's Maqam, palace and beautiful garden. We came to visit her. She accepted us. We are thankful to Allah ﷻ, we thank her.
We weren't going to make a Sohbah in this Maqam; it's not a Sohbah but we're saying something to be done. You should know the value of this place. This is the place of the Sultan of the hereafter. Whoever enters here will enter with Adab. Let him take out the worldly preoccupation from his head. If they have requests, let them tell Sayyidatina. Make Dua. Now inshā’Allāh Yasin is read, and Duas are made. Whoever wants can make Dua there and present it to her.
A person should enter with Adab and leave with Adab. You must not leave anything in your heart. Don't say this is like this and that is like that to anyone. You should not think about anything. This is the Sultan's place. The Sultan herself; the management and everything of this place is all in her hands. We should not interfere with that.
We should thank her for accepting us as guests, and wish for our Duas to be accepted. We should enter and leave with this Adab. This is it in short.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
(Qur’ān 05:67).
’’Yā-ayyuhā r-rasūlu balligh mā unzila ilayka min rabbika, wa-in lam tafʿal fa-mā ballaghta risālatah’’,
“O Messenger, announce that which has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, then you have not conveyed His message.’’
Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla says to our Holy Prophet ﷺ, “Tell all the orders to people. Tell people about the way ordered by Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla that shows the good and the bad.” That is why our Holy Prophet ﷺ told everything. “Because If you don't tell about it, you will not have delivered the trust given to you by Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla”, He ﷻ says to our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. So our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam did.
Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, everything was sent to Muslims and all mankind. For everyone to know the true way and the truth, Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla has brought the order. This Hajj was Hajj ul-Akbar. In the end, before departing from this evanescent world to the permanent world, four months prior to that, he ﷺ said during the Khutbah, “I completed your religion today. I completed all of it. And I didn't miss anything.” Our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said that. What Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla conveyed to our Holy Prophet ﷺ, he ﷺ conveyed to us. He ﷺ told us to keep on that way.
The way of our Holy Prophet ﷺ is open to everyone. Everyone should benefit from it. And whoever is benefiting is benefiting. Who doesn't benefit knows for himself. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
‘‘فَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيَكْفُرْ’’
‘Fa-man shāʾa fa-l-yuʾmin, wa-man shāʾa fa-l-yakfur’’,
“So whoever wills - let him believe; and whoever wills - let him disbelieve’.’
(Qur’ān 18:29).
Whoever wants, let him believe. Who doesn't want can remain in kufr, without faith. Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla says that people decide for themselves. Those who want to be at loss will remain in kufr. Those who want to win will have faith. Faithful people are always in goodness, always in profit. They are never at loss. No matter if they are poor or rich, sick or well, there's a reward for everything for the people of faith in the presence of Allāh ﷻ. But without faith, without belief in Allāh ﷻ, nothing has any benefit. One can suffer as much as he wants, be rich or powerful as much as he wants, it has no benefit. The benefit to all humanity is in what our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam told us. Not only to Muslims, but to all humanity. This beautiful way is for the happiness of people, for people's joy and goodness.
Allāh ﷻ wishes us goodness, and shayṭān wishes badness and disgrace. He wishes poverty and all kinds of bad things to mankind. Because they are his enemies.
‘إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لِلْإِنسَانِ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ’,
‘‘Inna sh-shayṭāna li-l-insāni ʿaduwwun mubīn’’,
‘’Verily! Shaytan is to man an open enemy.’‘ (Qur’ān 12:05).
Your biggest enemy is shayṭān. Don't be cheated by him. But people are cheated. They do everything he tells and wants. And then they suffer in this world, and there is a worse suffering in ākhirah. May Allāh ﷻ protect us.
Our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam showed us this beautiful way and everything. Certainly, we can't do everything. We should do as much as we can, and Allāh ﷻ will forgive the rest. We’ll attain the intercession of our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam inshā’Allāh.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

Be Happy on Eid and Thankful (09.07.2022)
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ
(Qur’ān 10:58). ‘Fabidhālika falyafraḥū huwa khayrun mimmā yajma‘ūn’, ‘“In that let them rejoice”; that is better than what they accumulate.’ Allāh ﷻ tells us to be happy for what He ﷻ gives. What He ﷻ gives are things to be happy for. They are better than the goods of this world. What people collect is the goods of this world. Things given by Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla are much better. If you are happy, be happy with them. Not for earning money and wealth, but be happy if you have ’īmān, says Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla. That is better than everything. Things given by Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla are things to be happy with.
So today we are given this Eid. To be happy and joyful on Eid is a type of worship. It is to carry out Allāh's ﷻ order. Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla loves people who make Shukr and rejoice for what He ﷻ gives. If they don't make Shukr and are not happy, Allāh ﷻ won't be pleased. Because it is His ﷻ gift. When someone gives you a present but you don't look at him pushing it away, he gets upset. Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla gave everything to us. And above all, He ﷻ gave these Eids to us. These are beautiful things. These are the things we should be happy for, not anything else.
In old times, people used to value Eids more. Because there was not much idleness then. Better things were made during the Eid. They used to put on new clothes. And food was with more meat and sweets. The taste of Eid was more sensible in the poverty back then. Even if it is not much sensible now, people should be happy as it is something given by Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla.
And when asked how you are, you should say, “AlḥamduliLlāh. I am happy, shukr to Allāh ﷻ.” People got used to saying “I'm unhappy.” Now people have a habit of saying, “I am not happy at all.” They think that it is cool to say so. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, we are eating and drinking. Allāh ﷻ gave us rizq. And if Muslims perform their worship, there is nothing better than that. They should make shukr to Allāh ﷻ.
The Īmān of people of present time is not just on zero, it is below zero. In old times, even people with sins used to remember Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla during such occasions, and they used to pray even if once or twice a year. There is a famous story. Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim and Ḥajjah Anne used to always tell it. People had asked someone who never prayed, “Do you ever pray?” He said, “I do.” “When do you pray?” He said, “From Eid to Eid.“ He said it as if he prayed every day. They asked, “Do you drink alcohol?” He said, “From evening to evening” as if he very rarely does it. Even though it is a joke and a funny story - It means that even in a drunken state, people used to come for prayers on Eid. There isn’t such a thing now. As I said, these people are on zero, and have gone below zero. It is the condition of the world. The ’īmān of people in this world has gone below zero. Therefore, may Allāh ‘Azza wa Jalla help us.
People with ’īmān should be happy now for not going below zero. We are near zero, around zero. They should make shukr even for that. May Allāh ﷻ give strength of our ’īmān. May Allāh ﷻ make Eids a real Eid for us inshā’Allāh. These Eids will turn into real Eids because of the thawāb written for us in the presence of Allāh ﷻ and our shukr inshā’Allāh. May Allāh ﷻalso give guidance to people. May Allāh ﷻ increase people’s ’īmān inshā’Allāh. Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

THE MOST VIRTUOUS DAYS OF DHU L-HIJJAH
06 July 2022/ 07 Dhu l-Hijjah 1443
Fajr Prayer, Akbaba Dergah
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Shukr to Allah جل جلاله, we are living in these holy beautiful days. The first ten days of Dhu l-Hijjah are from the days praised by Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. All of them are beautiful, but the last days, the 8th and the 9th, are more virtuous. More than the 8th, the 9th - Yawmu ‘Arafah is a very holy day. Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla gives Thawab and rewards seven hundred fold and more on that day, not just tenfold.
Therefore, from the 1st till the 9th, whoever can should fast, but that is over now. Tomorrow is Yawmu t-Tarwiyyah. A great Thawab is attained by those who fast on the 8th and 9th. Who cannot fast should at least fast on the 9th, Yawmu ‘Arafah.
The 9th corresponds with Friday, it is a holy day. This year is Hajj ul-Akbar, Shukr to Allah جل جلاله. It doesn’t happen every year. Sometimes it happens once in seven years,
sometimes more or less often. And in this year, Shukr to Allah جل جلاله, it is a good day full of Barakah. There is fasting on that day, and you should give Sadaqah, pray, make Tasbih and recite Surahs. It is something we need.
It is a day of worship more important for Akhirah than for Dunya. It comes once a year. Without it, people wouldn’t be able to become Hajjis. And for us, in order to attain its Thawab, we should not miss it.
These are holy days. May Allah جل جلاله protect us. For the honor of these holy days, may He جل جلاله give guidance to the Islamic world. May He جل جلاله give guidance to people. May He جل جلاله give them mind and understanding, because people are doing such things that show that they have neither mind, nor thinking.
They are running after their egos. Their egos are training them. Instead of them training their egos, their egos are training them and making them do as it wants. They are showing the good as bad and the bad as good. May Allah جل جلاله protect us.
May Allah جل جلاله change it to the better and send the Sahib insha’Allah.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

‘’Annī Lā ‘Udī’u ‘Amala ‘Āmilin Minkum Min Dhakarin ‘Aw ‘Untha’’
‘’Never will I allow to be lost the work of (any) worker among you, whether male or female.”
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that He جل جلاله doesn’t lose any good deed of yours, from man and woman; Allah جل جلاله keeps this for you. For this, we are trying to do good things, and we are sure that Allah جل جلاله will keep our good deeds and He جل جلاله will forgive the bad ones if we ask for forgiveness.
This is good tidings for human beings. Because normally in life, if you do something, they don’t forgive you. If someone does anything against the law and after that says, “Okay, I regret it. Please forgive me” I don’t think that any country from your civilized countries will forgive him. But Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla forgives. He جل جلاله said, “For anything you do, there’s a way for you to save yourself and to be in a good position after this.” For this, we are lucky that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla is the Most Merciful.

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh.

THE ADAB OF ZIYARAH
11 July 2022 / 12 Dhu l-Hijjah 1443

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh.
