r hearts are together with the Islamic Khalifah. He doesn’t oppress anyone, he doesn’t harm anyone and doesn’t take anyone’s rights.
The closer we get to the end of times, the worse the Kufr gets everywhere in the world. There is not a place in this world where oppression and Kufr are not increasing. And the biggest oppression is to go against Allah جل جلاله. Even though Allah جل جلاله gave everything, rebelling and going against Him جل جلاله is the biggest oppression.
Oppression will be over only when Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salam comes with the permission of Allah جل جلاله. And that insha’Allah if we look at the signs, the world hasn’t seen so much oppression and so much Kufr since its creation.
In old times, when people did something, they would feel ashamed. They would feel ashamed for doing wrong. They would feel ashamed for committing a sin. But now, let alone feeling ashamed, they dare to punish those who don’t do it. They are punishing and saying, “You will be like us.” “I am not a pervert or anything.” “No, you will become a pervert. You will commit sins too.” This is oppression.
Not only governments, but also people have become oppressors. As they are oppressors, Allah جل جلاله sent an oppressor as a leader to them.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. People must distinguish between this. If we don’t have an oppressor as a leader, we have to make Shukr to Allah جل جلاله for that. Because we are all oppressors, and we should have had an oppressor as a leader. But Shukr to Allah .جل جلاله , Allah جل جلاله is showing grace. And for the honor of the good ones, good leaders are coming to us.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us from oppressors. May they not come. We deserve oppressors, but insha’Allah Allah جل جلاله protects us.

EVERYTHING HAS ITS LIFETIME

Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
ٱقْتَرَبَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ وَٱنشَقَّ ٱلْقَمَرُ
(Qur’ān 54:01).
‘’Iqtarabati s-sā‘atu wa inshaqqa l-qamar’’
‘‘The Hour has come near, and the moon has split [in two].’’
The Qiyamah has approached, says Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. People are still saying that our world will exist for billions of years.
Allah جل جلاله created it, but people don’t talk about this. They talk about how many billions of years it will exist. They say that Qiyamah is too far. Qiyamah is near.
This universe is created by Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla and is under His جل جلاله command. He جل جلاله says that its time is near. For all of them to be resurrected, there will be Qiyamah. Both our world and the rest like the sun and the moon will take a different shape by Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla on the Day of Judgment. They will become just like they explain, that the sun will become like this and like that. But according to people, it is still too far. If Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla appoints its time - everything is under His جل جلاله command.
He جل جلاله does whatever He جل جلاله wants whenever He جل جلاله wants.
Therefore, it is not far. Your Iman should be strong. The promise of Allah جل جلاله is true. The promise means His جل جلاله word. It means it is near. People should pay attention to it. Mankind is running after their desires, whereas their life lasts not even a minute; before they even blink, they will have entered the life of Akhirah. The life of Akhirah is eternal. The life hereafter is eternal. There is no Qiyamah there, there is no account; it is eternal.
Everything we see like the moon and stars have their hour and their lifetime. Just like people have lives, their lives are also as such. And their time will be up on the Day of Judgment.
Mankind, the world we live in and everything around it have their appointed time and hour. It will be as Allah جل جلاله wants.
Normally, mankind learns something and predicts according to it. That knowledge is not even as tiny as an atom next to the knowledge of Allah جل جلاله. The knowledge of Allah جل جلاله is the endless knowledge. No matter how educated and knowledgeable people nowadays say they are, as long as they don’t know Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla, it is not knowledge but ignorance.
The Greatness of Allah جل جلاله is above everything. Accept it or not. If you accept it, you will benefit and be saved. If you don’t, you will lose everything running behind those ignorant ones and will end up in hell forever. Who denies Allah جل جلاله and commits Shirk (polytheism) with Allah جل جلاله, people who think that they are clever, who go against the laws of Allah جل جلاله and Shari’ah of Allah جل جلاله, who do the opposite of them, who claim not to be afraid and who act as if they’re strong, they will be forever in hell.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله protect children and people. While intending to teach them, they are not teaching them but leading them to ignorance.
Therefore, may Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله help us all and give strength to our Iman insha’Allah.

HAJJ IS A MATTER OF DESTINY

Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلْبَيْتِ مَنِ ٱسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلً
(Qur’ān 03:97).
‘’Wa li-Llāhi a’la n-nāsi hijju l-bayti man i-statā’a ‘ilayhi sabīlā’’,
‘‘And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House (Ka’bah) - those who can afford the journey.’’Sadaqa Llahu l-‘Azim.
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that Hajj is Fard for those who can afford to go there. Who have enough money and whose way is open, it is Fard for them. Who don’t have enough money, who don’t have good health and when there are obstacles, it is outside their will. Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says,
“مَنِ ٱسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلً”
“man i-statā’a ‘ilayhi sabīlā” – those who can go there.
In old times, it was difficult to go to Hajj. It was not for everyone, because there were long distances, big burdens, they had to leave enough money and enough provision for people at home. Those old times are over. Now it seems like everything is easy, but it is not. Hajj is difficult. And only those who have been destined by Allah جل جلاله are able to go.
It was closed for two years. No one except a couple of people could go to Hajj. In spite of having everything, they couldn’t become Hajji. That is the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla that He جل جلاله makes some people or things a means for others not to be able to make Hajj, to make hardship. And it is the wisdom of Allah جل جلاله. But what’s important is the order and the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. No matter how easy they claim to make it, there is certainly some difficulty in it. And there is reward according to that.
Shukr to Allah جل جلاله, today, someone from the people of the mosque is going with the first group for the first time this year since the last two years. We bid him farewell with Dua. It is a beautiful old-time arrangement; they used to honor and bid farewell to those who were going to Hajj.
Our Shaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim had taken people to Hajj from Cyprus for years. And while going, people would go out in the streets. They would bid farewell with a beautiful ceremony, with Takbir and Tahlil. It was as nice last night as well. Insha’Allah may those who want have it in their destiny. As we said, it is a matter of destiny.
Huge buildings are constructed in order to accept millions of people in Ka’bah and Madinah. But by the wisdom of Allah جل جلاله, instead of increasing, they have decreased. So as many people as Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla wants are destined to go. There are people who have been waiting for years. And some of them pass away from this world without going there. Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says everything with His جل جلاله wisdom. Nothing happens by my or your will. Everything happens by the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla.
May Allah جل جلاله grant it to those who want. If Allah جل جلاله wants, He جل جلاله can let millions of people easily make Hajj. Allah جل جلاله is Qadir - The All Powerful. These are the things that are not according to people’s calculations. These happen by the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla.
May Allah جل جلاله make it blessed for those who are going to Hajj insha’Allah.

DON’T ASK FOR PATIENCE

Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah
Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم tells us out of mercy, grace and kindness, “Don’t ask for patience”. Patience is tough. Therefore, we have to make Dua: “May Allah جل جلاله give us easiness. May He جل جلاله not give us hardship in anything we do.” Because some people say, “Let me have a trouble to be patient with it.” They assume that it is easy.
Therefore, our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had said from the beginning not to ask for it. With patience comes hardship. Not everyone can handle it. There are very few people who can handle it. Certainly, some people are afflicted. Afflictions fall on them like rain, one coming before the other one is over. But they are patient people. Some people rebel immediately. Therefore, without any rebellion our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says to us, “Don’t ask for patience”.
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla has many manifestations. One of them is the manifestation of test, and there is the manifestation of Ihsan/ beneficence. We are not people of test. We cannot do with a test. And Ihsan/beneficence means that He جل جلاله gives such beautiful things that we should always ask for that Ihsan/beneficence. May He جل جلاله always treat us with Ihsan/ beneficence.
May He جل جلاله not test us with diseases, poverty and children. May He جل جلاله not test relatives, husbands and wives with each other. May Allah جل جلاله give everything with Ihsan/ beneficence. We should make such a Dua. Otherwise, as we said, people of real patience are very few.
People assume that they will get closer to Allah جل جلاله by suffering. It is right. The most afflicted people with troubles are the Prophets, and then comes الأَمْثَلُ فَالأَمْثَلُ”;
then those who resemble them, then those who resemble them [Hadith]. Some people think about it and want to be like the Prophets. Where are you and where are the Prophets? If people were given even a drop from their ocean of patience, it would be enough for all of them. Therefore, don’t ask for it. You cannot carry it. They say, “I can”. You cannot carry it at all. May Allah جل جلاله protect us. It is difficult. May Allah جل جلاله not give anyone a burden they cannot carry.
And may people not ask for it themselves. May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله give us all from His جل جلاله Ihsan/ beneficence.

THE THREE HOLY MASJIDS TO VISIT

Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
BismiLlahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim. Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says that traveling is done for three Masjids/ mosques. They are the most preferred: Masjid al-Haram; Ka’bah, Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid al-Aqsa which is in Jerusalem. To visit them is good. Their visit will be accepted. They have a great honor.
A prayer performed in Masjid al-Haram equals 100,000 prayers. This is a favor of Allah جل جلاله. Many people who have money stay in the hotel. They are too lazy to go to Ka’bah, and they pray from where they are. When they pray from where they are, it is a big loss for them. Instead of earning 100,000, they get just one. A person who goes there shouldn’t be lazy. He must certainly be there all the time, because you go there with the intention to worship only. And you must visit the holy place anyhow.
Every minute is a profit for you both spiritually and physically. Certainly, the manifestations and mercy that descend there give health to people’s bodies too.
The second is the place of our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam. The prayer there is a thousand times better than prayers performed in ordinary mosques. It is the same there. Normally, when people went to Hajj in old times - We are saying old times already, because now they don’t let people do so. Hajjis used to certainly pray forty prayers there [8 days]. Some of them prayed even more. Forty prayers is a good tradition. They prayed it in Masjid an-Nabawi and completed their Hajj that way.
And the third one is Masjid al-Aqsa. It is five hundred times better than prayers performed in normal mosques. Therefore, it is in order to attain these Thawab. The first one is Fard of course: going to Hajj. After that, to go to Masjid an-Nabawi and attain the manifestations there is something that people need.
Therefore, just to visit and travel there in order to attain these manifestations is a great benefit for people. These are not apparent things. But spiritually, they are the main benefit. Some people don’t care unless these manifestations are apparent. Whereas, if they had known how much profit there is, they wouldn’t ask for anything else. As soon as someone has a chance, he should go.
Our intention is the pleasure of Allah جل جلاله. We go everywhere so that the blessings, mercy and manifestations of Allah جل جلاله are upon us insha’Allah. Whoever wants may go. Certainly, there is a problem among them; there is this and that. They are material things. But spiritually, there are things that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla wants in this world. We cannot quit praying and fasting because of them. As long as there is safety and you can go freely, there is no problem.
Of course, people want everywhere to be open. But the current manifestations are like this. Therefore, it is hard to go to Ka’bah and hard to go to other places, but people are going.
There were bandits before and there wasn’t life assurance. Nowadays, they ask for money, a lot of money. Who has the money must go. Who doesn’t have it, it is not Fard for him. There’s no need to go by taking out a loan. But when you have a chance, not going by making an excuse is a loss for you.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله grant us to travel to beautiful places insha’Allah.

TRUE LOVE AND DESIRE

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِى يُحْبِبْكُمُ ٱللَّ
(Qur’ān 03:31).
‘’Qul in kuntum tuhibbuna Llāha fāttabi‘ūnī yuhbibkumu Llāh’’,
‘’Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah , then follow me, [so] Allah will love you”.
It is said to our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan. This Ayah is an important Ayah. All of them are important, but some of them are a sign and a proof that little things bring great benefits to mankind.
Love and affection will save people. Love which is the love of Allah جل جلاله, the love of our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, love for believers and Awliya’ saves people. This is true love. And this has great benefit for people, because Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that He جل جلاله will gather people in Akhirah with their loved ones.
This love has nothing to do with the thing they call love in this world. That which is in this world is not love, it is Shahwa/ desire. When a man loves a woman, it is desire. It is not considered love. It is passion. Some of them get along with each other and stay [loyal] in their family. That is also love on the way of Allah جل جلاله. But those who look for it outside, who are together without any marital bond between them, it is the result of desire. It has nothing to do with love. If they turn it into Halal, they will attain great virtue. They will attain the kindness of Allah جل جلاله
When someone runs after someone claiming he is in love, it is not love. It is nothing but desire. Everything has its counterpart. The counterpart of love is desire. When they turn the desire into Halal, it becomes love. A person attains the pleasure of Allah جل جلاله then. Otherwise, he goes after shaytan. He doesn’t reach any goodness, only Allah’s جل جلاله wrath.
We are living in the end of times. The shaytan is suggesting even worse things to people by saying “Do this. That is not enough. This is more disgusting. Do more disgusting things”. He is striving to cheat people by all means. And most of the people go after their egos and go after their desires. They won’t earn anything. They will just drown in their sins. Unless they repent, everything they did brings nothing but loss.
Therefore, love and affection must be on the way of Allah جل جلاله. When it is on the way of Allah جل جلاله, don’t be afraid. There is no greater beauty or greater benefit. Otherwise, when it’s not on the way of Allah جل جلاله, there is nothing worse or more terrible.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله engrave true love, His جل جلاله love in our hearts insha’Allah. That is Naqshbandi: Naqsh/ to engrave the love of Allah جل جلاله in our hearts insha’Allah.

There are recited Qur’an Khatms for the honor of the day of Jum’ah, Surahs, Tasbihat, Salawat and all kinds of good deeds handed to us to be gifted at this hour.
May Allah جل جلاله accept them.
We dedicate them firstly to our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, his صلى الله عليه وسلم Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, to the souls of all the Anbiya, Awliya’, Asfiya and Mashayikh, especially to our Shaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, Hajjah Anne and Hala Sultan. To the souls of our late relatives. For goodness to come, and evil to be gone. For the acceptance of all Duas, for their goodness.

LIARS ARE THE BIGGEST OPPRESSORS

Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِهِۦٓ
(Qur’ān 06:21).
‘‘Wa man azlamu mim’man iftara a’la Allāhi kadhibāan aw kadhdhaba bi-āyātihi’,’
‘‘And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie or denies His verses?’’
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that the biggest oppression is to talk in the name of Allah جل جلاله and lie. Allah جل جلاله doesn’t like those people, the oppressors. Why? Because what they show to people as true is false and useless. There are all kinds of badness in it. Because what Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says doesn’t correspond with what people say. People must obey what Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says. Those who make something up and say, “Let’s do this. It is from Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla” and cheat people are oppressors. No one can be more oppressive than them.
Some things have no importance for the people of Dunya. Where does that come from? Because of the lack of Iman, they don’t give importance to important things. They think, “We are saying it anyway. No one can do anything to us.” They don’t know that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla controls people every instant, every minute, every second. Everything they say is written down. There’s no need to write it down. There are angels on the right and on the left. There’s no need at all, but Allah جل جلاله knows. And that will be proof for those people.
When they say “I didn’t do so”, everything they did will be written there. You told a lie and did some things according to your mind in the name of Allah جل جلاله. You didn’t do what Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla wants. You did the opposite of what He جل جلاله says, and you pretended that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla had said that. Every minute, every second there are angels that write down the things you did. You can deny as much as you want. Certainly, that will be put in front of you.
Therefore, a person who speaks on behalf of others and lies by saying “He said this and he said that” has no salvation. Unless he repents and asks forgiveness, he will be punished. There is punishment for such oppression in this world and in Akhirah as well. Don’t think that you will tell lies and be saved. It is possible that you escape once. But at last, if you don’t repent and keep doing so, you will be punished.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May we walk on His جل جلاله way, on the way that
Allah جل جلاله likes. May He جل جلاله help us in carrying out His جل جلاله orders on the beautiful way ordered by Him جل جلاله. May we not obey our egos. May we use our minds. A person who does evil is stupid, he doesn’t use his mind. A person who uses his mind does nothing but goodness.

r hearts are together with the Islamic Khalifah. He doesn’t oppress anyone, he doesn’t harm anyone and doesn’t take anyone’s rights.
The closer we get to the end of times, the worse the Kufr gets everywhere in the world. There is not a place in this world where oppression and Kufr are not increasing. And the biggest oppression is to go against Allah جل جلاله. Even though Allah جل جلاله gave everything, rebelling and going against Him جل جلاله is the biggest oppression.
Oppression will be over only when Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salam comes with the permission of Allah جل جلاله. And that insha’Allah if we look at the signs, the world hasn’t seen so much oppression and so much Kufr since its creation.
In old times, when people did something, they would feel ashamed. They would feel ashamed for doing wrong. They would feel ashamed for committing a sin. But now, let alone feeling ashamed, they dare to punish those who don’t do it. They are punishing and saying, “You will be like us.” “I am not a pervert or anything.” “No, you will become a pervert. You will commit sins too.” This is oppression.
Not only governments, but also people have become oppressors. As they are oppressors, Allah جل جلاله sent an oppressor as a leader to them.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. People must distinguish between this. If we don’t have an oppressor as a leader, we have to make Shukr to Allah جل جلاله for that. Because we are all oppressors, and we should have had an oppressor as a leader. But Shukr to Allah .جل جلاله , Allah جل جلاله is showing grace. And for the honor of the good ones, good leaders are coming to us.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us from oppressors. May they not come. We deserve oppressors, but insha’Allah Allah جل جلاله protects us.

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
ٱقْتَرَبَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ وَٱنشَقَّ ٱلْقَمَرُ
(Qur’ān 54:01).
‘’Iqtarabati s-sā‘atu wa inshaqqa l-qamar’’
‘‘The Hour has come near, and the moon has split [in two].’’
The Qiyamah has approached, says Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. People are still saying that our world will exist for billions of years.
Allah جل جلاله created it, but people don’t talk about this. They talk about how many billions of years it will exist. They say that Qiyamah is too far. Qiyamah is near.
This universe is created by Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla and is under His جل جلاله command. He جل جلاله says that its time is near. For all of them to be resurrected, there will be Qiyamah. Both our world and the rest like the sun and the moon will take a different shape by Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla on the Day of Judgment. They will become just like they explain, that the sun will become like this and like that. But according to people, it is still too far. If Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla appoints its time - everything is under His جل جلاله command.
He جل جلاله does whatever He جل جلاله wants whenever He جل جلاله wants.
Therefore, it is not far. Your Iman should be strong. The promise of Allah جل جلاله is true. The promise means His جل جلاله word. It means it is near. People should pay attention to it. Mankind is running after their desires, whereas their life lasts not even a minute; before they even blink, they will have entered the life of Akhirah. The life of Akhirah is eternal. The life hereafter is eternal. There is no Qiyamah there, there is no account; it is eternal.
Everything we see like the moon and stars have their hour and their lifetime. Just like people have lives, their lives are also as such. And their time will be up on the Day of Judgment.
Mankind, the world we live in and everything around it have their appointed time and hour. It will be as Allah جل جلاله wants.
Normally, mankind learns something and predicts according to it. That knowledge is not even as tiny as an atom next to the knowledge of Allah جل جلاله. The knowledge of Allah جل جلاله is the endless knowledge. No matter how educated and knowledgeable people nowadays say they are, as long as they don’t know Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla, it is not knowledge but ignorance.
The Greatness of Allah جل جلاله is above everything. Accept it or not. If you accept it, you will benefit and be saved. If you don’t, you will lose everything running behind those ignorant ones and will end up in hell forever. Who denies Allah جل جلاله and commits Shirk (polytheism) with Allah جل جلاله, people who think that they are clever, who go against the laws of Allah جل جلاله and Shari’ah of Allah جل جلاله, who do the opposite of them, who claim not to be afraid and who act as if they’re strong, they will be forever in hell.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله protect children and people. While intending to teach them, they are not teaching them but leading them to ignorance.
Therefore, may Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله help us all and give strength to our Iman insha’Allah.

HAJJ IS A MATTER OF DESTINY

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلْبَيْتِ مَنِ ٱسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلً
(Qur’ān 03:97).
‘’Wa li-Llāhi a’la n-nāsi hijju l-bayti man i-statā’a ‘ilayhi sabīlā’’,
‘‘And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House (Ka’bah) - those who can afford the journey.’’Sadaqa Llahu l-‘Azim.
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that Hajj is Fard for those who can afford to go there. Who have enough money and whose way is open, it is Fard for them. Who don’t have enough money, who don’t have good health and when there are obstacles, it is outside their will. Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says,
“مَنِ ٱسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلً”
“man i-statā’a ‘ilayhi sabīlā” – those who can go there.
In old times, it was difficult to go to Hajj. It was not for everyone, because there were long distances, big burdens, they had to leave enough money and enough provision for people at home. Those old times are over. Now it seems like everything is easy, but it is not. Hajj is difficult. And only those who have been destined by Allah جل جلاله are able to go.
It was closed for two years. No one except a couple of people could go to Hajj. In spite of having everything, they couldn’t become Hajji. That is the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla that He جل جلاله makes some people or things a means for others not to be able to make Hajj, to make hardship. And it is the wisdom of Allah جل جلاله. But what’s important is the order and the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla. No matter how easy they claim to make it, there is certainly some difficulty in it. And there is reward according to that.
Shukr to Allah جل جلاله, today, someone from the people of the mosque is going with the first group for the first time this year since the last two years. We bid him farewell with Dua. It is a beautiful old-time arrangement; they used to honor and bid farewell to those who were going to Hajj.
Our Shaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim had taken people to Hajj from Cyprus for years. And while going, people would go out in the streets. They would bid farewell with a beautiful ceremony, with Takbir and Tahlil. It was as nice last night as well. Insha’Allah may those who want have it in their destiny. As we said, it is a matter of destiny.
Huge buildings are constructed in order to accept millions of people in Ka’bah and Madinah. But by the wisdom of Allah جل جلاله, instead of increasing, they have decreased. So as many people as Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla wants are destined to go. There are people who have been waiting for years. And some of them pass away from this world without going there. Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says everything with His جل جلاله wisdom. Nothing happens by my or your will. Everything happens by the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla.
May Allah جل جلاله grant it to those who want. If Allah جل جلاله wants, He جل جلاله can let millions of people easily make Hajj. Allah جل جلاله is Qadir - The All Powerful. These are the things that are not according to people’s calculations. These happen by the will of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla.
May Allah جل جلاله make it blessed for those who are going to Hajj insha’Allah.

DON’T ASK FOR PATIENCE

Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah
Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم tells us out of mercy, grace and kindness, “Don’t ask for patience”. Patience is tough. Therefore, we have to make Dua: “May Allah جل جلاله give us easiness. May He جل جلاله not give us hardship in anything we do.” Because some people say, “Let me have a trouble to be patient with it.” They assume that it is easy.
Therefore, our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had said from the beginning not to ask for it. With patience comes hardship. Not everyone can handle it. There are very few people who can handle it. Certainly, some people are afflicted. Afflictions fall on them like rain, one coming before the other one is over. But they are patient people. Some people rebel immediately. Therefore, without any rebellion our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says to us, “Don’t ask for patience”.
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla has many manifestations. One of them is the manifestation of test, and there is the manifestation of Ihsan/ beneficence. We are not people of test. We cannot do with a test. And Ihsan/beneficence means that He جل جلاله gives such beautiful things that we should always ask for that Ihsan/beneficence. May He جل جلاله always treat us with Ihsan/ beneficence.
May He جل جلاله not test us with diseases, poverty and children. May He جل جلاله not test relatives, husbands and wives with each other. May Allah جل جلاله give everything with Ihsan/ beneficence. We should make such a Dua. Otherwise, as we said, people of real patience are very few.
People assume that they will get closer to Allah جل جلاله by suffering. It is right. The most afflicted people with troubles are the Prophets, and then comes الأَمْثَلُ فَالأَمْثَلُ”;
then those who resemble them, then those who resemble them [Hadith]. Some people think about it and want to be like the Prophets. Where are you and where are the Prophets? If people were given even a drop from their ocean of patience, it would be enough for all of them. Therefore, don’t ask for it. You cannot carry it. They say, “I can”. You cannot carry it at all. May Allah جل جلاله protect us. It is difficult. May Allah جل جلاله not give anyone a burden they cannot carry.
And may people not ask for it themselves. May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله give us all from His جل جلاله Ihsan/ beneficence.

THE THREE HOLY MASJIDS TO VISIT

Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
BismiLlahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim. Our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says that traveling is done for three Masjids/ mosques. They are the most preferred: Masjid al-Haram; Ka’bah, Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid al-Aqsa which is in Jerusalem. To visit them is good. Their visit will be accepted. They have a great honor.
A prayer performed in Masjid al-Haram equals 100,000 prayers. This is a favor of Allah جل جلاله. Many people who have money stay in the hotel. They are too lazy to go to Ka’bah, and they pray from where they are. When they pray from where they are, it is a big loss for them. Instead of earning 100,000, they get just one. A person who goes there shouldn’t be lazy. He must certainly be there all the time, because you go there with the intention to worship only. And you must visit the holy place anyhow.
Every minute is a profit for you both spiritually and physically. Certainly, the manifestations and mercy that descend there give health to people’s bodies too.
The second is the place of our Holy Prophet salla Llāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam. The prayer there is a thousand times better than prayers performed in ordinary mosques. It is the same there. Normally, when people went to Hajj in old times - We are saying old times already, because now they don’t let people do so. Hajjis used to certainly pray forty prayers there [8 days]. Some of them prayed even more. Forty prayers is a good tradition. They prayed it in Masjid an-Nabawi and completed their Hajj that way.
And the third one is Masjid al-Aqsa. It is five hundred times better than prayers performed in normal mosques. Therefore, it is in order to attain these Thawab. The first one is Fard of course: going to Hajj. After that, to go to Masjid an-Nabawi and attain the manifestations there is something that people need.
Therefore, just to visit and travel there in order to attain these manifestations is a great benefit for people. These are not apparent things. But spiritually, they are the main benefit. Some people don’t care unless these manifestations are apparent. Whereas, if they had known how much profit there is, they wouldn’t ask for anything else. As soon as someone has a chance, he should go.
Our intention is the pleasure of Allah جل جلاله. We go everywhere so that the blessings, mercy and manifestations of Allah جل جلاله are upon us insha’Allah. Whoever wants may go. Certainly, there is a problem among them; there is this and that. They are material things. But spiritually, there are things that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla wants in this world. We cannot quit praying and fasting because of them. As long as there is safety and you can go freely, there is no problem.
Of course, people want everywhere to be open. But the current manifestations are like this. Therefore, it is hard to go to Ka’bah and hard to go to other places, but people are going.
There were bandits before and there wasn’t life assurance. Nowadays, they ask for money, a lot of money. Who has the money must go. Who doesn’t have it, it is not Fard for him. There’s no need to go by taking out a loan. But when you have a chance, not going by making an excuse is a loss for you.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله grant us to travel to beautiful places insha’Allah.

TRUE LOVE AND DESIRE

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:
قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِى يُحْبِبْكُمُ ٱللَّ
(Qur’ān 03:31).
‘’Qul in kuntum tuhibbuna Llāha fāttabi‘ūnī yuhbibkumu Llāh’’,
‘’Say, [O Muhammad], “If you should love Allah , then follow me, [so] Allah will love you”.
It is said to our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan. This Ayah is an important Ayah. All of them are important, but some of them are a sign and a proof that little things bring great benefits to mankind.
Love and affection will save people. Love which is the love of Allah جل جلاله, the love of our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, love for believers and Awliya’ saves people. This is true love. And this has great benefit for people, because Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that He جل جلاله will gather people in Akhirah with their loved ones.
This love has nothing to do with the thing they call love in this world. That which is in this world is not love, it is Shahwa/ desire. When a man loves a woman, it is desire. It is not considered love. It is passion. Some of them get along with each other and stay [loyal] in their family. That is also love on the way of Allah جل جلاله. But those who look for it outside, who are together without any marital bond between them, it is the result of desire. It has nothing to do with love. If they turn it into Halal, they will attain great virtue. They will attain the kindness of Allah جل جلاله
When someone runs after someone claiming he is in love, it is not love. It is nothing but desire. Everything has its counterpart. The counterpart of love is desire. When they turn the desire into Halal, it becomes love. A person attains the pleasure of Allah جل جلاله then. Otherwise, he goes after shaytan. He doesn’t reach any goodness, only Allah’s جل جلاله wrath.
We are living in the end of times. The shaytan is suggesting even worse things to people by saying “Do this. That is not enough. This is more disgusting. Do more disgusting things”. He is striving to cheat people by all means. And most of the people go after their egos and go after their desires. They won’t earn anything. They will just drown in their sins. Unless they repent, everything they did brings nothing but loss.
Therefore, love and affection must be on the way of Allah جل جلاله. When it is on the way of Allah جل جلاله, don’t be afraid. There is no greater beauty or greater benefit. Otherwise, when it’s not on the way of Allah جل جلاله, there is nothing worse or more terrible.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May Allah جل جلاله engrave true love, His جل جلاله love in our hearts insha’Allah. That is Naqshbandi: Naqsh/ to engrave the love of Allah جل جلاله in our hearts insha’Allah.

There are recited Qur’an Khatms for the honor of the day of Jum’ah, Surahs, Tasbihat, Salawat and all kinds of good deeds handed to us to be gifted at this hour.
May Allah جل جلاله accept them.
We dedicate them firstly to our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, his صلى الله عليه وسلم Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, to the souls of all the Anbiya, Awliya’, Asfiya and Mashayikh, especially to our Shaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, Hajjah Anne and Hala Sultan. To the souls of our late relatives. For goodness to come, and evil to be gone. For the acceptance of all Duas, for their goodness.

LIARS ARE THE BIGGEST OPPRESSORS

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِهِۦٓ
(Qur’ān 06:21).
‘‘Wa man azlamu mim’man iftara a’la Allāhi kadhibāan aw kadhdhaba bi-āyātihi’,’
‘‘And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie or denies His verses?’’
Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says that the biggest oppression is to talk in the name of Allah جل جلاله and lie. Allah جل جلاله doesn’t like those people, the oppressors. Why? Because what they show to people as true is false and useless. There are all kinds of badness in it. Because what Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says doesn’t correspond with what people say. People must obey what Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla says. Those who make something up and say, “Let’s do this. It is from Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla” and cheat people are oppressors. No one can be more oppressive than them.
Some things have no importance for the people of Dunya. Where does that come from? Because of the lack of Iman, they don’t give importance to important things. They think, “We are saying it anyway. No one can do anything to us.” They don’t know that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla controls people every instant, every minute, every second. Everything they say is written down. There’s no need to write it down. There are angels on the right and on the left. There’s no need at all, but Allah جل جلاله knows. And that will be proof for those people.
When they say “I didn’t do so”, everything they did will be written there. You told a lie and did some things according to your mind in the name of Allah جل جلاله. You didn’t do what Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla wants. You did the opposite of what He جل جلاله says, and you pretended that Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla had said that. Every minute, every second there are angels that write down the things you did. You can deny as much as you want. Certainly, that will be put in front of you.
Therefore, a person who speaks on behalf of others and lies by saying “He said this and he said that” has no salvation. Unless he repents and asks forgiveness, he will be punished. There is punishment for such oppression in this world and in Akhirah as well. Don’t think that you will tell lies and be saved. It is possible that you escape once. But at last, if you don’t repent and keep doing so, you will be punished.
May Allah جل جلاله protect us. May we walk on His جل جلاله way, on the way that
Allah جل جلاله likes. May He جل جلاله help us in carrying out His جل جلاله orders on the beautiful way ordered by Him جل جلاله. May we not obey our egos. May we use our minds. A person who does evil is stupid, he doesn’t use his mind. A person who uses his mind does nothing but goodness.
May Allah جل جلاله make us all successful in things like this, because success is from Allah جل جلاله

As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum wa RaḥmatuLlāhi wa Barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.
Wa ṣ-Salātu wa s-Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-Awwalīna wa l-Akhirīn. Madad yā RasūlAllāh, Madad yā Sādāti Aṣḥābi RasūliLlāh, Madad yā Mashāyikhinā, Dastūr Mawlana Shaykh Abdullāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistāni, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al- Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatunā aṣ-Suḥbah wa l-Khayru fi l-Jam‘iyyah.
