Suhbah 2020: Maulana Shaykh Mehmet Adil ar-Rabbani (20/25)

https://www.nvrislam.net/index.php?j=eng&post=5570
o, it has no use, no barakah.

This verse is in the Surat ul-Kahf. At that time, Jews had come to our Holy Prophet, and were going to ask him three questions. The Holy Prophet said, “I’ll answer you tomorrow.” Now, this is a lesson and a teaching for us, because the Prophet is infallible, so he does not make mistakes except to teach people. When he said tomorrow, the answer didn’t come the next day or [even in] the coming days. Only either 15 days or a month later, and then the Holy Prophet answered them. All three answers are in Surat ul-Kahf. In connection with this, it is mentioned that when you say, “I’m going to tell you tomorrow,” add, “Insha Allah, tomorrow.”

Don’t say, “I’m going to do such and such,” without saying, “Insha Allah.” Instead say, “If Allah wills, I will do this, Insha Allah.” Insha Allah means “if Allah wills”. It only happens, if Allah accepts so. May Allah have us live in faith. May He strengthen our faith, Insha Allah. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

171.THE TRUE RELIGION Friday, 23 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya.

Faith is believing in Allah and believing in our Holy Prophet. Religion is the religion of Allah Azza wa Jalla. The religions in the heavenly books are the religions that Allah conveyed to people through His prophets. Religion is one .

‘Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam.’ (Qur’ān 03:19).

All belong to Islam. Religions other than the heavenly ones are not considered religions. They call it philosophy, not religion. But they still accept it as a religion, worship and do unnecessary things. They are trying in vain. All of them, even their ancestors have not found the way. But the issue now is that they want to lead Muslims astray, without stopping. This enmity continues. Why does it continue? What is the benefit of it? It is the enmity of shaytan. The shaytan has deceived them. They are the associates of shaytan. They are the followers of shaytan. Right and wrong are in constant war. Evil and good are in constant war. They are the evil. Goodness is in Islam. That is why they tirelessly attack in order to destroy Islam. They make a lot of excuses, but they are all lies and unfounded things. They even do it themselves, throwing it at Muslims. As if it was not enough for the Muslims; they say, “Just believe in Allah, do not believe in anything else”. This is not religion.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

172.THIS WORLD OF TESTS Saturday, 24 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya.

Allah ‘azza wa jalla says in the Holy Quran : Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “I’lamū innamā l-hayātu l-dunyā la‘ibun wa-lahwun wa-zīnatun wa-tafākhurun baynakum wa- takāthurun fī l-amwāli wa-l-awlād” (Qur’ān 57:20) “Know that the life of this world is only a play, amusement, luxury, mutual boasting, and a competition in accumulating wealth and in children.”

The life of this world is to multiply and increase in numbers and gain possession, and amongst yourselves to see oneself higher than others and to be proud of your children. That is nothing. All that is just a test which will go away suddenly. Nothing of any of it will remain.

Most people in this world want to spend this life without any sadness or any troubles. Many come and say, “We have such and such problem, but if this problem is solved, we will be okay.” That is not how this world is. This life is a place of trials and tribulations. The world is not paradise, and it is only in Paradise that everything will be beautiful, comfortable, at peace and tranquilly. And where there will not be any sadness, or problems, or things to worry about. No envy, none of these bad characteristics. That place is Paradise. Paradise is not in this world. It is not on earth. On earth, Allah gives everybody a test. Even the most powerful man, or the wealthiest man in the world, has problems. The most beautiful person also has troubles. There is a test for everything. When you say you are done and saved from one problem, don’t think

that everything will be okay from now on. Instead of that problem, there is another one that will come, another test will come. So you need to be patient with what you are being tested with. This is what people should know. You should say at least this problem is going away, but when this goes away, another one will certainly come. And again there will be a test, whether it is a small, little test or a big test.

Surely, as long as one lives in the world, something that will disturb him will happen. In every way this is the case for everybody, not just for some people. Some people think that it is just a test for themselves. [No,] all humanity faces this. Allah ‘azza wa jalla created people for tests and for tests to occur, and then in the Hereafter there will be a judgement. That is the place of judgement, and it will be either good or bad for us. For everything that we have done here, for everything we have suffered, we will be recompensed. Allah will question us regarding them. Allah will reward us for even the smallest things. The smallest thing we suffer from will become a gain.

The Holy Prophet says that for the one with iman, “Even if a needle pierces [his skin], he will be recompensed for it in the hereafter. It will not go to waste.” But unbelievers, people who do not believe, suffer in vain, and there will be even more torment in the Hereafter. So it is necessary to be patient, the end of patience is peace, and its reward is without accounting. Only Allah knows how much reward He will give to those who are patient. So may Allah help us. May Allah give us strength for these tests. As long as we have strong faith, everything will be easy. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

173.NO VICTOR BUT ALLAH Sunday, 25 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Inna lladhīna yuhāddūna Llāha wa-rasūlahu ūlā’ika fī l-ādhallīna kataba Llāhu la’aghlibanna anā wa-rusulī inna Llāha qawiyyun ‘azīz” (Qur’ān 58:20-21).

Allah ‘azza wa jalla says in the Holy Quran, “As for those who defy Allah and His Messenger, they will definitely be among the most debased. Allah has decreed, “I and My messengers will certainly prevail.” Surely Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty.” These people have no value whatsoever. Allah ‘azza wa jalla says, “I will be victorious. My messengers will be victorious.”

Ever since the beginning of the world, there has been a war between, a battle between, truth and falsehood, between good and evil. Now it is continuing the same way.

Sometimes it is through heavy weapons, sometimes through swords, and sometimes when there is peace and what not. They say so, but there is no peace. There is always a continuous battle between truth and falsehood. There is a war going on. So let us be with Allah ﷻ , let us be with the Holy Prophet, so we may be the victors. If you are with Shaytan, you will not be victorious. You cannot be.

Now they say they want to upset people, and they make people mad by

doing a few speeches or caricatures or something against the Holy Prophet, against Islam. They think they are going to win against Islam this way. They are trash anyway. As regards darkness, there are none worse than those who do this. They are worse than sewer rats. There is no need to deal with them. Allah will give them what they deserve, and [He will] give them their troubles and punishments. We should say,“ hasbunā Llāhi wa ni‘ma l-wakīl.” They don't know what they're doing. They have no idea what they're doing. They think they do this to boil people up all over the world. Once in awhile, they come out like a sewer rat comes out and throws off its filth. That is what they are doing. So Allah will be victorious over them. Allah’s word is reality, the truth, and the others are not. The greatest, most beautiful book is the Holy Quran, glorious. It is the book of Allah. The rest are just lowly base ones. Nothing else. So there is no need to be upset. Indeed, there is no need to be sad. We are with Allah, and the things that they do against the Holy Prophet don't affect the Holy Prophet. Allah ﷻ is the victorious one and they are the losers, all the time. Whatever they do, they fight, they envy, and they hold grudges, [and still] they cannot get rid of it. They think day and night, and then they try and struggle day and night to finish it off. But they cannot finish it, insha’Allah. They [themselves] will finish and go away. In the Hereafter, they will go to Hellfire forever. They will stay there. Then they will realize that what they did was not useful, but rather was harmful for themselves. So Muslims need to awaken and see the greatness of Islam. Let them see the greatness of Islam. Allah, exalted and glorious be He, is with truth and reality. Falsehood cannot stay, insha’Allah. Ever since the time of Adam, the truth has been continuous and everlasting, and it will [continue to] be everlasting, Insha Allah. May Allah help Islam. May Allah help Muslims. May Allah protect us, and strengthen our faith, Insha Allah. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

174.THE RELIGION OF MERCY Monday, 26 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. All people are the servants of Allah and are His creatures. Islam sees them with mercy. Islam treats them with mercy. In Islam, Muslims are commanded to treat them with mercy. Islam exists not to harm anybody, but to do good.

The religion of Islam is the last and final of all the heavenly religions, completed and perfect. As the Holy Prophet said in his last sermon, the religion has been completed, which means the religion from the Prophet Adam to the last prophet Muhammed. And that is for the benefit of humanity, not in order to harm anybody, but to do good, and for their own good. People who go out of this path are capable of doing anything. After all, when one is an infidel, nothing according to them is wrong. They torture everybody, they demolish, burn and kill, and murder for their benefits and their egos. There is no such thing in Islam. Islam is to help everybody, and to do good for everyone. There are battles and wars, so that oppression might be put to an end. Their [Islamic] wars were to benefit humanity, so that they might be saved from those evil situations, from the evil doings of those people, so that they might teach good, and become the means of goodness.

Now we see throughout the world that there are evil people doing bad. Because of what they do, people are fighting against illnesses and deaths. This was not caused by Islam, but by these disbelievers, by those who are the army of Shaytan. They do it all together with Shaytan.

[But] no matter what these do, by the will of Allah, those who are with Allah are going to have the final victory. What the others do becomes vain. So Muslims should not worry. Our end will be good, Insha Allah. The end of those who do evil is not good, but bad. May Allah protect us. May Allah help us.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

175.A MERCY FOR THE WORLDS Wednesday, 28 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Tonight is the mawlud, the night that the Holy Prophet honored by coming to this world almost 1500 years ago.

At that time there were at most a few thousand people [in Makkah]. The whole world was in darkness, and very few people were on the right path. There were a few on the path, and those who followed them were also few. All of them [i.e., the rest] had deviated from the right path, and were following their own whims.

Everything about our Holy Prophet is a miracle. He alone was sent as light for all the worlds. His light enlightened everywhere. Those who were fortunate became his followers. “Fortunate” does not mean being rich or this and that; it is that one follows our Holy Prophet.

“Wa mā aktharu n-nāsi, wa-law harasta, bi-mu’minīn” (Qur’ān 12:103) “And most people will not believe—no matter how keen you are [that they would].” This holy ayah means that no matter how much you want it, most people will not follow. They will not be believers. They are not on the right path. Only the fortunate ones follow our Holy Prophet.

Now people are leaving their homelands, running there, running here, to Europe, to America. I don't know where they are running, but those who are there are not fortunate. The fortunate people are those who love our

Prophet and who love Allah. Wherever they are, they are the ones who are fortunate. Other people are miserable, not fortunate at all. So to whomsoever Allah gave the religion of Islam and the love of our Prophet, such a one is the beloved servant of Allah. [But to whomsoever Allah did not give this], they are unlucky, miserable people.

People consider that this good path is something bad, and so they choose the bad path that follows their own lust, nafs, and shaytan. Allah ‘azza wa jalle sent the Prophet as mercy to the worlds. The whole world, the whole universe, was created for him, so to obey and respect the Prophet is an ‘ibadah (an act of worship), and is hard (obligatory) for Muslims.

Whoever says,“ No you are committing shirk, associating partners” — they are those who are misfortunate and deceived, because, Allah forbid, there is [a reasonable] doubt regarding the beliefs of people who do not show respect to our Prophet. However much you love the Prophet, by that much you are closer to Allah and are together with him. Our Prophet says that a person is with the one he loves. Insha Allah, may that love and compassion be enough. May Allah increase our love for him, Insha Allah. May these days have barakah, Insha Allah. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

176.THE PATH OF FELICITY Thusday, 29 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Thanks be to Allah that He made us successful in loving and honoring the Holy Prophet's Mawlud. By Allah’s doing we were able to love his birth and to celebrate it. In any case, honoring the Prophet is fard (compulsory) on us. The path of our Holy Prophet is the path of Allah, the path of salvation, the path of felicity.

We will be happy and live in happiness in this world and the Next, in the Hereafter, if we love and respect the Holy Prophet, so to recite salawat at every opportunity is beneficial.

Whenever you make salawat, the Prophet is notified, and in return he responds and replies. Some people ask how they can see him. We can probably see him in dreams, but even if we don’t, this is a great blessing, for every salawat that we make, as our Prophet says, “It reaches me, and I reply to you.” What could be more beautiful than this? It's not just a dream, but something immediately delivered to our Holy Prophet, and he responds to us.

But of course seeing our Holy Prophet in a dream makes for great happiness, and is the most beautiful dream. But it is not a part of everyone’s destiny. It is not meant for everybody. How fortunate those are! May Allah grant it to us all. May we here and in the Hereafter see his beautiful light, and drink from his holy Kawthar, the well in paradise. May we drink from his hand, insha’Allah. Those who follow and love

him will certainly drink from it, but those who do not respect him, those who have faith but do not follow him, those who just call themselves “Muslims” but say the Prophet is just another human being like us—there are some weird people like that, and they are in danger at that time. In what state they are going to leave this world in their last breath is unclear. Those who have love and respect for the Holy Prophet will surely be with him, and drink from the Well of Kawthar. This love for the Prophet is necessary, and is the greatest and easiest thing. To love the Prophet is not difficult, it is not hard, but Shaytan does not like him, and so he [tries to] deceive people, and those who follow Shaytan don’t like him either. May we not be with those people and their shaytans, insha’Allah. Their end will be difficult and hard for them. Their questioning [in the grave] will be tough. You can do or say whatever you want here, and you can disrespect him, but it’s all being written down. Everything is written, and nothing is left out and without consequence. If you do good, you will receive much better things. Allah will give you better things. But if you do evil, you will answer for those evils you have done.

May Allah protect us. Maybe we be with the owner [Sayyiduna al-Mahdi alaisalam] next year. May the whole world be with him, Insha Allah. This is what we wish for—for the whole world to be Muslim, Insha Allah. May Allah give all of you health and wellbeing, and may our prayers be answered for the honor of the Prophet. May we be protected from these diseases and fitna.

For the honor of the Holy Prophet, may we find cure for all of our problems, Insha Allah.

Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

177.THE DOOR OF REPENTANCE Friday, 30 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Qad khasira lladhīna kadhdhabū bi- liqā’i Llāhi hattā idhā jā’athumu s-sā‘atu baghtatan qālū yā hasratanā ‘alā mā farra"nā fīhā” (Qur’ān 6:31). “Losers indeed are those who deny the meeting with Allah until the Hour takes them by surprise, then they will cry, ‘Woe to us for having ignored this!’”

Those who have no faith, not believing in Allah do everything in this life, they do not remember Allah. They do everything but do not remember Allah or acknowledge Him. When they come to the presence of Allah on the Day of Resurrection, they will know and understand what a great wrong they have done to themselves. Allah ‘azza wa jalla says this in the Holy Quran.

Then they will regret it. This regret will not be of any use. Regret should be done in this world. It is beneficial for a person while still in this world to regret his sins. But after they leave this world, after the soul leaves his body, in the Next World regret is of no use. If you're going to be sorry, be sorry in this world for your mistakes and sins, [so that] if you repent and ask for forgiveness, it will have great benefit. If you truly repent, are sorry, and go back to Allah, turning to Allah, then those sins that you committed turn into rewards and good deeds. Our Holy Prophet gives glad tidings of this to people.

People follow their ego and are ruined. When they leave their ego, and turn to Allah, then they rise, they win. Otherwise, they lose. Occasionally, some people lose everything in this world, and afterwards find again some way to go on living and manage things. But in the Hereafter, those who lose everything will for eternity, forever, be in a bad state. So the doors of repentance are open, and will stay open until Day of Judgement. Right before the Day of Judgement, they will be closed. Before then they are open, continuously and always open, so we need to repent and ask for forgiveness at every moment, so that Allah may forgive our sins. When He forgives them, they turn into good deeds.

Allah’s grace and favor are big. He made us one of the nation of the Holy Prophet. This is a huge favor and rahmah for us. The doors of repentance are available; Allah has made them available for this nation. It wasn't so for every nation. It is something special for the ummah of the Prophet. Because he is the final Messenger. he is the highest and the most beloved creature, and so we need to know his value. We need send him salawat, and at those times when we do we will always be with the Prophet, because he says that greetings that are sent to me I respond to them. So we need to recite more salawat during this month.

Thank be to Allah we are a part of his ummah. We need to know the value of this. May Allah grant us to know that value, insha’Allah. There are plenty of ignorant people, and may Allah guide them. May they come to the right path. The person to be loved is our Holy Prophet. There are people who are to be loved and those who are not to be loved, but the people of the End Times confuse those two, and love the unnecessary people, putting crowns on top of their heads, although they have no value in the sight of Allah. What has value in the sight of Allah are those people who have taqwa, the fear of Allah. Those who do not fear Allah have no value.

So we need to be careful about this. Keep love for the Holy Prophet and love for Allah always in your hearts, Insha Allah. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

178.HAVE FAITH Saturday, 31 October 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, (Qur’ān 09:128) Allah states in the Holy Quran: ‘He (Muhammad) is concerned over you and to the believers is kind and merciful.’ Allah says: “The Prophet is merciful and kind to believers.” This is goodness for the believers. People sometimes have difficulties. They ask, “How can we have faith?” When you follow the orders of Allah and the Sunnahs of our Holy Prophet, then you will be from the believers.

The state of a believer is higher than that of a Muslim. Because Allah Azza wa Jalla says in the Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan: “The Bedouins said they believed, but they did not believe. They became Muslims, they entered Islam, but faith has not yet entered their hearts.”.

The level of faith is high. It is necessary to believe in everything. Just as Sayyidina Abu Bakr raḍiya Llāhu ‘anhu. He believed in our Holy Prophet from the first day. When our Holy Prophet wanted to inform him of Islam in front of the Kaaba, he said, I will tell you something.” Sayyidina Abu Bakr asked: “What is it?” Our Holy Prophet said “There is no God but Allah, and the Prophet is Muhammad.” He immediately believed and said it with his tongue. It was already in his heart from the beginning, then it came out through his tongue.

“How can we have faith?” they ask. To have faith is to fulfill Allah’s orders, then faith enters your heart. But if you look at everything around

you and say, “What is this one saying? What is that one saying?” Then if Allah wills, you will live off only as a Muslim. If Allah doesn’t want it, you can lose it too, Allah forbid.

That’s why, you have to work hard in order to have faith. As we said, this is possible by paying attention to worship and following a true Murshid. You have to listen to what the Murshid says. Some of them are following a Murshid, then they do things according to their own minds. And then they ask: “Why did this happen?” There is no need to ask. As long as you do your worship and stay on the right way, there is no need to ask. It is the will of Allah.

Make Dua for Allah to give you better works and a good life. “I did this, but why did Allah not accept it?” So many people fall into such unnecessary thoughts and ask unnecessary questions. You cannot ask that to Allah Allah! Allah does as He wills. Don’t ask why!

You can ask others; “Why isn’t the state doing this? Why doesn’t the mayor do this? Why isn’t the municipality doing this?” But Allah is not like any of them, Hāshā (far from it). Keep your manners with Allah because if you don’t you will lose what you have earned, Allah forbid. Therefore may Allah give us strong faith; this is what we make Dua for. It is a favor from Him. May He put us among His believing servants Insha Allah. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

179.THE TRUTH OF NEWS Sunday, 1 November 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Yā ayyuhā l-ladhīna āmanū in jā’akum fāsiqun bi-nabā’in fatabayyanū an tusībū qawman bi-jahālatin fa-tusbihū ‘alā mā fa‘altum nādimīn” (Qur’ān 49:6)

“O believers, if someone morally astray brings you any news, verify [it],” so that you do not harm people unknowingly, becoming regretful for what you have done.”

Allah ‘azza wa jalla says when you hear news, research it. Find out whether it is true or not, and act accordingly, for otherwise you might be sorry. So that you may not do things that you will regret later, don’t believe any news that you hear: do not consider it true at first. Research it to find out whether it is true or not. When you have some task or job to do, verify the facts, otherwise you might be sorry later.

And this applies to everything, not just against those hostile, but also to work, to travel. It applies to everything. You should not believe everything you hear. People are deceived by such, so Allah is warning us. Especially during these days now with us having computers and Internet not [just] thousands, [but] hundreds of thousands, millions, of unnecessary news reports and lies are everywhere. Don’t follow it, and don’t get upset, sad, or feel uneasy. Sick people enjoy lies, and like to make people uncomfortable. We should not heed them or such news. We

receive weird, strange news, and I mean, it's unbelievable, but there are a lot of people who believe it, as if it were the word of Allah, [although] they don’t believe the [actual] Quran.

Whatever is written there [in these report] is used to make people anxious and uneasy. It would be better not even to look at that stuff at all, because even if you look and read it without believing, it still might make you uneasy and anxious.

Allah ‘azza wa jalla is merciful. He warns people so that they will not be restless, and so they may not be deceived. Allah ‘azza wa jalla created people, the nafs, and [also created] Shaytan. All end up doing evil. Allah ‘azza wa jalla knows, [and informs us] so that we might not be fooled. First of all, there are many of these [sources] who claim to be Muslim and tell us to do such and such, to do this and that, and [then also] there are those who are not Muslims [also saying such].

There is all kinds of devilishness. Allah tells us to be careful so we might not be regretful later. May Allah not make us sorry in the end. May He strengthen our faith. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.

180.THE TRUE GUIDE Monday, 2 November 2020

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, “Wa- in tu"i‘ akthara man fī l-ar'i yu'illūka ‘an sabīli Llāh” (Qur’ān 6:116).“ If you were to obey most of those on earth, they would lead you away from Allah’s Way.”

They will take you from that path to different paths, paths which are the paths of Shaytan and of their own egos. If you deviate from the right path, it is dangerous because you could be ruined.

Do not listen to everybody, and do not consider everybody’s word, or what they say, as right. That is not good. What is good is to find somebody, one person, who is a true guide, and follow his path. There might be many paths. There are many guides or books, but if you listen to this, and you look at that, you will become confused. You will not know your way or what to do, and so you will deviate, and in the end, you will not attain anything.

There are madhhabs, and there are tariqahs, and all of them are for disciplining your nafs, and to bring it u
