Suhbah 2020: Maulana Shaykh Mehmet Adil ar-Rabbani (15/25)
https://www.nvrislam.net/index.php?j=eng&post=5565
arḍ comes first. It is the strongest. And then comes wājib. It [sacrifice] is wājib for Ḥanafī. Shāfi‘ī has no wājib. They have sunnah mu’akkadah. As it is not the same as wājib, they can make one qurbān for a household and it is enough according to Shāfi‘ī. For Ḥanafī, when everyone in the household has enough money, each of them should do it. This applies to the mature of mind, not to children, but when their parents do it, it brings benefit for them too. Allāh gives a separate reward.
This matter of qurbān, people did... Of course, shayṭān doesn't like it. They bring up various reasons to not let them make it. They say there is no need to kill so many animals and other things, as if no animal is killed on other days and they don't eat it. They say in Europe a man should, I think, eat 60-70 kg of meat per year. Who is not Muslim, it is not important what kind of meat it is. It doesn't matter if it is clean or dirty. They put an animal through electric shock, kill and eat it. They hit it on its head, kill and eat it. They do all kinds of things, it is nothing for them. When it comes to this worship, when an animal submits itself and qurbān is made for the pleasure of Allāh, they don't like it. They object to it. Bad words and ugly noise come from everywhere. We are fine with it. As we said, it is wājib for Muslims who are Ḥanafī. They should do it.
In order to mislead people, they suggest that there are many people in need now who could use this money for their needs other than making qurbān. It is not all right because it is worship, it is wājib. If you don't do it, you owe it. Okay, there are poor people. There are poor Muslims all over the world. Some of them eat meat only once a year and that is during ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá. I heard something even stranger. In some places, there are people who are 30-40 years old and have never tasted meat. Not because they are vegetarian. No. If they were given, they would try. If qurbān is made on your behalf there, it is fine. But if you take this money and pay for someone's needs – like phone bills and fines, or cigarettes – it is wrong. You can't help him this way. Worship is different and ṣadaqah is different. Ṣadaqah is sunnah. Qurbān is wājib. No need to mislead people and put them in doubt. You do your worship and do what you like. And if you do that instead of your worship, then it is wrong. These people are there regardless of you making qurbān or not. They have no benefit for you. Skipping your worship in order to do goodness... It is not goodness. You will do a wrong which only looks like right. Therefore, we should be careful. As we said, these are holy days. Being present in such gatherings of knowledge, and learning bless it for all of us. May He gives rewards for this too. May Allāh something, Allāh let all of us make qurbān, Insha Allah. Alḥamdulilah we are now days of Dhū l-Ḥijjah, month of Dhū l-Ḥijjah. It is specially ten days Allāh put in Qur’ān: "Wa-l-fajr, wa-layālin ‘ashr"
(89:1-2). Sūrah about this, and He swore for these days. Is very blessed days. It is important we must be take care of these days, to be make as much we can do, praying fasting, and charity, helping people, learning something from knowledge of Qur’ān and Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, making ziyārah for holy place, for holy people. All this, Allāh not leaving any small thing without reward. And normal reward, Allāh give ten times for anything you do good thing. But these days He without counting He give for people. And it is days of, of course who are going to ḥajj, once a year it is... and once a life for people. And these people now, alḥamdulilah, they are making as much they can do for ḥajj, they're in holy place.
But our subject for who are not going there but wishing to be there. Allāh also reward them for like this. And to, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa- sallam say, he was encouraging people for fasting especially Yawmu t- Tarwiyah wa Yawmu ‘Arafah, 8th and 9th of Dhū l- Ḥijjah. He said, "Who fast these two days, his sins it will drop from him as they are shaking." Not Allāh not let any sin on these people who are fasting these two days. If not two days, even you can only for day of ‘Arafah you can fast. And other after this, ‘Īd. ‘Īd is also there is one worship we must do: to slaughter sheep, or cow, or camel, or goat. This is four kinds of animals only allowed for for ‘Īd to slaughter. You cannot slaughter deer. You cannot slaughter these other thing, Anything you can hunt but for slaughtering, for worshipping, only this four kinds of animal.
And it is for Ḥanafī madhhab, wājib. Wājib meaning after farḍ. We have farḍ, wājib, sunnah mu’akkadah, sunnah, and nāfilah – five kind of ‘ibādah. So, it is for Ḥanafī madhhab, wājib. For Shāfi‘ī they don't have wājib, they have only sunnah mu’akkadah or sunnah. For other madhhab I don't know, but for this – majority of Muslim people they are in these two madhhab. Ya‘nī. In whole world the majority Ḥanafī and Shāfi‘ī. There is Ḥanbalī, Mālikī, but they are not so many like this. So, for Ḥanafī it is wājib. Wājib, meaning who has enough money as hundred gram of gold or equal this. So, who has this he must slaughter. Who don't have, he is no obligatory, no wājib for him. For Shāfi‘ī it is sunnah mu’akkadah. But who, for one house they can slaughter only one [animal]. Is enough
for them. And Allāh ‘Azza wa- Jalla with this slaughtering, from first drop of blood of this, Allāh also forgive who slaughter. And for each hair of sheep or goat, Allāh reward give one, ten reward, because one is not for this. For each one. How is sheep, million of hair. Allāh reward you like this.
But shayṭān and his follower they are not happy at all with this. Every year when, ‘Īdu l- Aḍḥá, the feast of Aḍḥá coming, beginning from non- believer non-Muslim, whole world they are attacking people, attacking this worship. As [if] they are not eating at all meat; whole year they are not eating, they are not killing animal. Because they are, I hear they are saying normally, one European, one American each year he eat at least 70 kg of meat. Is our poor people, once a year maybe they can eat only for this ‘Īd Aḍḥá, many of poor people from Muslims all around world, they are, once maybe a year they can eat. And it is maybe half kg, not one kg even. And these people they are saying, "Oh they're wild people. They are killing animals. They're doing this. They are doing that." What they don't know – this the animal who slaughtered, they're the most happy one, because they are knowing their Creator better and for His than this people. They are happy to be slaughter for sake of Allāh worshipping. Don't think they are suffering, at all.
Who suffering? These people who are killing they are... what they will eat, they killing them by giving them shock by electricity, or they shoot their head. And they doing many thing to kill animal with violence. Not Muslim. Allāh and Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, showing us how to slaughter, how to make, to be clean and benefit for people and for animal also. Allāh give barakah for this. But this people they are every time they're real they are hypocrite. They are doing every badness but for... and after they're trying to be like angel. When other people doing good thing, "Aw, you are doing wrong, you are doing bad thing. You!" And they are coming like vampires, blood coming from their mouths. They can't see, but we can see this. They don't, think we are stupid. We are knowing everything, but time for them. This time for hypocrite, for bad people, for shayṭān people. But we must do our worshipping, don't this important.
This is one subject. Other one also, shayṭān trying to make us to not make this ‘ibādah, this time coming as from Muslim people, "Oh!" saying, "If you, there is many people they're very in need for money, extremely in need for money. How if we give this money for this people and not slaughter?" This is also from shayṭān this is because this is worship, ‘ibādah. ‘Ibādah more important. If you slaughter or not slaughter, this people will stay same.
No, first if you, must not listening, not make your – wathb – your, confuse yourself. You must make ‘ibādah for slaughter and after if there is, you can help, you can help. You cannot help, Allāh جل جالله help them. But to leave ‘ibādah and make to help people... And people they are these days the most of them, with their craziness they're doing this. Many times people coming, complaining, "We, we must pay for our telephone bill. If we not pay, they will make case for us." Make case for us, don't speak. Other one, for he is, cannot buy cigarette, other one not buy this.
So, many people if you are leaving your ‘ibādah and give them they will be spend for bad thing. Don't listen. First thing to make ‘ibādah. But of course there is many poor people around the world, so for this people we send, and there is permission to send your qurbān for them, slaughter in their countries. Because these people they cannot find. As we said before, once a year they can eat only meat. And then there is more than this. I hear there is people, maybe he's 40 year or 30 year old, he is never had tasted meat in his life. He is vegan, he is vegetarian, no! Because he couldn't find. For this, for this people we can send for them and make behind [behalf] on you, you give money and say this is behind of this man, this woman we cutting for wājib of for them and spend – give for poor people in this area.
This is very acceptable. Sometime it is better than some place they're not appreciate this. Some place it is like gold when they eat, and once a year it is, you cannot imagine how they are happy. This is very important ‘ibādah. And Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla reward for this and He give barakah for this animal, not finish at all. And they are also not feeling pain as these
people say.
Allāh make us to be able to slaughter every time and for Allāh, sake of Allāh and His order, Insha Allah.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
119.BE FRIENDS WITH ALLAH FOREVER Saturday, 8 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. "Kullu ḥālin yazūl." "Subḥāna lladhī lā yaḥūlu wa-lā yazūl." Every situation, every condition has to change. Nothing remains as it is. For all creatures, there are always different conditions. Sometimes it is happiness, sometimes it is sadness, sometimes there is an illness, youth or aging. All of them are conditions for us. We change from one condition to another. Shukr to Allāh, there is this condition in the world since 5-6 months. It will also reach its decline – it will be over. It is one of thousands of other conditions. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave a strange condition to the world. Things He gives are a test. They increase our ranks. They happen in order to bring strength to people's belief. As we said, mankind changes conditions. "Subḥāna lladhī lā yazūl wa-lā yaḥūl." To say "Subḥān" and show respect to the Greatness of Allāh. To say "Subḥān" is a glorifying belonging to Allāh. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla neither changes, nor disappears. His domain, greatness, power are constant. There is no change from pre-eternal up to eternal. Change is for mankind. And a man should trust in Allāh who never changes. He should be friends with Allāh.
People nowadays make friends for a couple of days or months. When there is self interest, there is no friendship. They change, conditions change. Therefore, we should be with the Unchanging, Insha Allah. A true friend is Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, after Him, His beloved ones led by our Prophet. If you are with them, they are the real friends. They won't betray you. They won't do you wrong. Who is not with them will
certainly do you wrong when he gets a chance. Therefore, may Allāh protect us. May we be constant in friendship to Allāh and Allāh's friends, in shā’a Llāh. May Allāh help us. Because if He wants, it happens. If you want as well, Allāh won't turn your wish away.
There is saying, "Kullu ḥāl yazūl. Subḥāna lladhī lā yaḥūl wa-yazūl." It's Arabic, like poem – "Everything changing from shape to shape, from thing to other thing. Whole time changing and finishing, changing and finishing. This situation, it will be finished. After, when we go from here, it's our gathering here finish. Another thing [begins]. This is one small example for our life, whole time changing.
Changing from sometimes good, sometimes bad but nothing going for whole time. Sometimes you are happy, sometimes you are sad, sometimes you are cry, sometimes you are ill, sometimes you are young, sometimes you are old. This is for Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, for creation... who He create us like this. Whole time changing, you must be. Don't be thinking you are forever like this. Since six months also there is one situation, whole different from other situation, but also this not forever. Sometimes – and it will be finish. This is what "kullu ḥāl yazūl" – all situation finish, there is end for every situation.
This is our life, sometimes very hard situation, sometimes good situation, sometimes anxious situation, sometimes afraid situations. This is from everything – from nations or for one person or for gathering two person. It is Allāh put, He put this rule. Why? To know His Mightiness. "Subḥāna lladhī lā yaḥūl wa- yazūl." Subḥān meaning for giving respect, the most extreme respect, for Allāh. Only "Subḥān" we say for Allāh ‘Azza wa- Jalla, nobody else you can say for this. Who subḥān? Who not changing and not finishing. So we must be friend with Him, with One who is not, whole time not changing, not finishing. In this world most of relationship finishing, and most of them finishing with angry for each other.
You trust somebody, he retreat [betray] you and other they cheat you. Maybe one day – your friend, maybe ten day – friend, maybe one year, ten years – at the end you see many people not friend forever. Friend
forever must be with Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla and His beloved one, first one – our Prophet Muḥammad ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-ṣallám and Companion and Awliyā’u Llāh. Who are with Allāh, they are trustworthy and they are not cheat anybody. So, Insha Allah, we hope Allāh accept us [as] His friend forever, in shā’a Llāh. Allāh help us , because with out His help we cannot do this. But He is also , He Is happy with who ask Him like this thing.
Insha Allah, we are sure we will be, Insha Allah, with Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam and Companion forever Insha Allah.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
120.KNOW THE VALUE OF THE FAVORS Sunday, 9 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Allah states in the Holy Qur’an: ‘And if you would count the favors of Allah, never could you be able to count them.’ (Qur’ān 16:18). If you try to count the blessings Allah has given you, you will not be able to count them. Allah has given so many blessings that every breath is a blessing, every bite is a blessing and every step is a blessing. Not only you, but even the computer cannot count the favors of Allah. Thank Allah. We should be thankful to Allah for His blessings and gifts.
He who is not thankful will be going to Kufr. He will be ungrateful, and he will not see the benefit of the favors he has received. A person who is grateful to Him and knows its value becomes a valuable person and it will benefit him. It will be beneficial for both his body and the hereafter.
Every atom of the blessings Allah Azza wa Jalla has given is a blessing. Every second that you live is a blessing. You should know its value. But most people do not recognize the blessings and are in disbelief. May Allah protect us.
You should be careful. Do not obey others. If you say: “Most people do that”, that is not important. What’s important is what Allah has given. If people do not know its value, they lose. If you know its value, Allah will have mercy on you, your station will rise and it will be a means to every good thing for you.
May Allah Almighty keep His favors continuous upon us. May Allah protect us from opposing Him. May He give strength to our faith insha’Allah.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
121.HOUSE OF DISEASES Wednesday, 12 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Our Holy Prophet says about the stomach: “The stomach is the house of diseases, and diet is the best medicine.”
The stomach is the place and home of the diseases, and diet is its medicine. People get sick and uncomfortable from the things they eat. And the cure for it is to pay attention to what they eat and drink. You have to see which one is good for you and which one is not. What each person eats can be different. It may affect some people and some not.
That was in old times, but these days it’s even weirder. People today eat twice or three times what people used to eat in the past, and they don’t move. All these diseases come from the stomach, as our Holy Prophet said. Even this latest disease was transmitted from something eaten. It came from the stomach, and spread all over the world. Therefore, eat good and clean things. Be careful, do not eat things with bad substances. Eat clean. This is to take care of your health.
Don’t think that you will get stronger by eating too much. People should eat good quality and good things. How will you know that? It is known. Now everyone knows what to eat and what to drink. A person got up and had liters of soda, it was easy. But the person who drinks them will definitely feel uncomfortable in the end, his body will not be able to carry it.
In the past, they used to drink a glass or a bottle of cola or soda a day, but the bottles now are not as they were in the past. I remember, thirty years ago they came up with the one liter bottle. It didn’t exist then. The bottles were smaller. Now the man finishes not one liter, but two liters or three liters once or twice a day. This is impudence.
There are four-legged animals that eat twenty-four hours a day, blessed animals. For example, cows, they eat all the time without stopping, twenty-four hours a day, but they have a benefit. Otherwise, if you also feed them bad things, they will get sick too.
Therefore, you have to be careful. Everyone is responsible for their own health. We will be questioned in the presence of Allah, “I gave you this body, how did you destroy it like that? We gave you strength. You did it to yourself.” We will be questioned for that as well. Therefore, be careful of what you eat and drink. Eat according to the Sunnah Insha Allah. May Allah grant health and wellness to the Ummah of Muhammad. Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
122.LEAVE GOODNESS BEHIND Thursday, 13 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. This is the wisdom of Allah that it is not destined for everyone. Those whom it is destined for are happy and lucky people. In our Dergahs, it is the congregation that is important, not the Dergah itself. There are many Dergahs that are empty. Empty buildings are not important, what’s important is to fill them.
Therefore, the purpose of the Dergah is to call upon Allah in it, to remember Allah and to worship day and night. If it was just for prayer, then there are already many mosques. The mosque does not forbid anyone to come or go, but it takes in everybody that comes.
Dergahs are open twenty-four hours a day. A person goes there, eats and drinks, does his studies, gets advice and then goes on his way.
The five daily prayers are performed in the mosque, after which everyone goes on their way. The purpose of the mosque is different, and the purpose of the Dergah is different.
If a person has given his place to be a Dergah, then that Dergah is a Waqf (endowment). Its goodness will continue until the Day of Judgement. If those who come after him forbid it, then that person does not have a chance either. He is an unlucky person, such that he did not leave good people behind so that they can carry out this trust and do it for the sake
of their fathers, for the sake of their mothers and for the sake of their ancestors. Because everything, every prayer, Dhikr, Tawhid, Tasbih performed in that Dergah, Allah writes it as a reward on that person’s page. If it’s stopped, then it’s his bad luck.
May Allah protect us. Allah’s places are many. Allah’s properties are many. Nothing will be left to anyone; they will leave. But what’s important is for people to leave goodness behind.
Hajji Mestan, may Allah have mercy on him, used to say: “Whatever you give with your hand, is what goes with you [to the hereafter].” That’s the important thing. So you should give firmly in this world. Don’t trust anyone that comes after you. Do this job well. May this be means to goodness insha’Allah.
There is goodness in everything. This means that Allah did not want these people to earn rewards. May the goodness be continuous. May Allah not make us in need of others. May Allah not allow us to follow our ego insha’Allah.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
123.THE HAGIA SOPHIA MOSQUE Friday, 14 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Thank Allah, we visited the Hagia Sophia Mosque yesterday and prayed the Dhuhr prayer there. May Allah bless the president for this great service. He did such a service that Allah gave him courage. May Allah protect him, and may the goodness continue.
Thank Allah there are many services, but this was one of the biggest and most beautiful ones. These services are also a great goodness to the Islamic world, because the world of disbelief had set the Islamic world as an abasement. This humiliation has been lifted Insha Allah. Those who say something against this are ungrateful. Thank Allah the whole Islamic world knows this, but people even show goodness as evil for their own benefit.
Therefore, may Allah not make us from the ungrateful ones, but from the good ones Insha Allah. May Allah grant Islam many of such victories and save us from humiliation insha’Allah. May Allah bless our Friday.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
124.THE GIFT OF OUR HOLY PROPHET Tuesday, 18 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Thank Allah for the blessings He has given us. It is His gift. And there are days for Him too. We are now approaching the end of the Hijri year. So this Wednesday, not this Tuesday, counts as the last day of the year. Thursday is the first day. May it be means for goodness insha’Allah.
Most people are not even aware of it. People are not aware of valuable things. They give importance to invaluable things. The Hijri year is a valuable thing. The Hijri year is the gift of our Holy Prophet to us. He has appointed the time of his Hijrah (migration) as the Islamic date. Thank Allah 1442 years have passed since that date was appointed by him . Since then, millions and billions of people have converted to Islam.
Of course, in the meantime, shaytan did not stay idle. He was constantly causing Fitnah and tried to cause harm. Those who are harmed are those who follow him. Those who do not follow him will not be harmed and will attain happiness.
Therefore, this is important. There are some days, some places and some people that Allah has given a special feature; to honor them is to honor Allah Insha Allah.
May this new year be a good year for us insha’Allah. Whoever wants can
also fast on Wednesday and Thursday. Or they can fast on Thursday which is the first day of Muharram until Ashura Day, these ten days. Before Ramadan, the obligatory fast used to be at that time. Then when it became obligatory in Ramadan, it became a Sunnah to fast in Muharram. It is the most virtuous fasting after the obligatory. Whoever wants can fast them for the sake of Allah. May it be blessed Insha Allah.
We are saying that from today so no one would miss it tomorrow. We are telling you from today because it is Imsak time. May Allah make it blessed. May it be means for goodness Insha Allah. May this year be a good year for Muslims.
The coming of Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salām is near, may he come Insha Allah.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
125.THE VALUE OF THE HIJRI YEAR Thursday, 20 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Thank Allah, Allah Almighty created us as Muslims and made us one of those who recognize this new year. This is a favor of Allah, it is not meant for everyone. Most people follow the solar year. They follow the Gregorian year which they made according to the birth of Sayyidina Isa. Of course, it works for their daily lives, but this year is important for the Islamic life and worship.
This year is a blessed year. Its months and days are made for the sake of Allah. So whatever worship or anything similar is done, it’s for the sake of Allah. Therefore, to honor this year is a favor of Allah to people. It is a great favor for those who know it. When the other year comes, people seem to be happy at first, then they realize they are one year older. They have aged, but most people grow old not by worship, but by evil. And they enter the new year with drinking and drunkenness. This year, the Hijri year is more beautiful. It cannot be compared because we enter it with worship and Dua for it to be a good year. Then there is no such thing as being a year older. Although we are getting old, we are getting closer to Allah. Since the year is spent in worship, there is no sadness. On the contrary, people will be happy Insha Allah because another year has passed with worship and obedience, and it is reserved for the hereafter. Allah does not waste our worship. May Allah forgive us if we have made any mistakes or sins.
This year is also beautiful. Everything is beautiful in Islam. Allah Azza wa Jalla has made a perfect order for people. Whoever follows Islam receives all the beauties. Whoever does not follow it, or the less he follows, the more trouble he has. The more he follows Islam, believes in Allah and believes in our Holy Prophet, the more happiness he will live both in this world and the hereafter. May Allah make it blessed. May this year be a good one for all Muslims insha’Allah.
May Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salām come too. We must always wait for Mahdi ‘alayhi s- salām. We are always saying: “He will come now. He will come now.” When Allah wills it, he can come any time. There are signs to expect, but as our Holy Prophet said: “There are big signs of the coming of Isa ‘alayhi s-salām and Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salām that must happen before the Day of Judgement.” They will certainly happen. As our Holy Prophet said, all of them will definitely happen even if it is in one day. Allah will certainly make them happen. He can come in Muharram or in Rajab. There are signs, but that is also known in the sight of Allah; it is a thing that He knows. He comes when Allah wants.
Therefore, our constant Dua is to reach him, and to reach those beautiful days Insha Allah. May Allah bless this year for Muslims and protect them from this disease. We seek refuge in Allah from it. And we seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our ego. May it be means for goodness Insha Allah.
May we be on the right way. May Allah guide the Ummah of Muhammad as well Insha Allah.
Wa Minallah at-Tawfeeq, Al-Fatiha.
126.FRIDAY IS A GIFT TO THE UMMAH Friday, 21 August 2020
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wa khayru fil jamiyya. Allah Azza wa Jalla has created a higher degree of everything. The highest rank of people is our Holy Prophet. He gave him the best things, one of which is Friday. Friday is special for our Holy Prophet. It is a gift to his Ummah.
Every Friday is a feast. It is a day when the rewards are plenty. “There is the hour of response on that

arḍ comes first.
