the greatest Islamic authority in a debate. His followers informed him that there lived a man who was known far and wide as “The Proof of Islam” and was greatly renowned throughout he Muslim world. They also asserted that, should he be able to defeat him in a debate, the faith of Islam would certainly be destroyed and no faith in its teachings would remain in people’s hearts. So off he went seeking Imam Ghazzali. Imam Ghazzali, like so many other Islamic saints, used to volunteer to be a watchman on the coasts of the Islamic lands; as this was a lovely from of worship to engage in, one by which Allah’s pleasure could be earned. To keep the Islamic lands safe from the attack of enemies by watching for enemy ships was a great service to the Muslims. Therefore, many of these holy men built watch towers on the coasts and at border areas, for if no one was on guard the country would be vulnerable to the attacks of crusaders who came to pillage burn and destroy the country, and to kill and enslave its inhabitants. So, while the people slept, the friends of God were awake in prayer and watchfulness to safeguard the lives, honor and property of the people. When that man arrived at the near-by town asking for the Imam, the Imam was by the sea at his watchtower retreat on duty as a lookout. Presently he was led to Imam Ghazzali’s presence. When he arrived the Imam was absorbed in his duty and did not speak to him, so the visitor just sat down beside him and waited until the Imam could give him his attention. The Imam’s eyes were fixed on the horizon, when suddenly he grabbed the arm of the philosopher and cried out excitedly: “Look, look over there on the horizon: a very, very strange thing has appeared and is coming our way!” The atheist-philosopher looked at the horizon and said: “Oh Imam of the Muslims, it is just a ship.” Imam Ghazzali answered: “No, you are wrong; it is not a ship at all, but a very strange thing that is approaching.” “No, I assure you it is just a ship,” said the philosopher, baffled by the strange behavior of the Imam. The Imam insisted: “It is a very strange thing indeed that approaches: it is a ship that

When the gangplank was lowered and the sailors began to emerge, the philosopher triumphantly cried out: “Look, there they are, the sailors are disembarking – 1, 2, 3, 4…9…19 sailors. Now, how is it that you said it was sailing without a captain and crew? Then Imam Ghazzali caught him firmly by the ear and said to him: “Now look, you fool: look at me, rascal, and listen. You are the most foolish person I have ever seen in all my days. Oh people, come here and look, for I have just caught the ear of the most foolish person in the whole wide world! Come and see him, the fool who argued with me that it is impossible for a ship to sail on the sea unless it has nineteen sailors aboard, while contending that this gigantic Universe and its vast firmament of stars, planets and galaxies are moving on their fixed orbits and exact courses without direction, by themselves!” “Look, Oh people, open your eyes and behold a fool. He rejects any notion of a Creator or Guide of this vast, awesome Universe and claims that it moves so perfectly on its course by itself without no one leading it; then he quarrels with me and argues that this ship, this little wooden vessel, can’t steer itself without no one leading it; then he quarrels with me and argues that this ship, this little wooden vessel, can’t steer itself without nineteen sailors being aboard!” Shamefacedly the philosopher admitted that he was trapped by the logical

dramatization of the Imam, saying: “You have proven the truth of Islam. I cannot refute your words.” Then he ran away and hid himself for a long time before he got up the courage to show his face again among people. By this demonstration, Imam Ghazzali showed that foolish person and the world that nothing moves by its own power; everything in the Universe must be steered by someone. And everything in the Universe moves, though it may appear to be standing still, for the atoms and atomic particles are always in motion; and even as that ship is in need of a captain, so the smallest particles of matter must also be directed. Because of this, because everything that moves must be made to move, we can know that He Almighty, the Cause of Causes, is directing everything on its own individual course. If He Almighty had not appointed ‘drivers’ to direct electrons, how could they move around the nucleus in such an orderly manner? Such a marvel would simply not be possible. And those drivers are “licensed and authorized drivers” not “learners”, for were they not granted full capabilities and expertise by their Lord there would be accidents and collisions. But nothing ever goes amiss, and the creation continues along its destined course in a most precise manner. This is purport of the Holy Verse: “"Glory be to Him in Whose Hand are the Higher Influences (that exercise control) over everything.” Or, alternatively rendered: "Glory be to Allah, the One who from His Divine Presence through His Heavenly Worlds directs everything and orders its movements.” It is unimaginable how those galaxies can move in such harmony, or from where they come and to where they are headed. The galaxies cannot move on their own accord or by chance, never! The Lord Almighty appoints their ‘drivers’ from among the ranks

of the Angels, and He Almighty declares; “All authority is in my Divine Hand. It is I Alone who maintains everything, for were I to will their non-existence everything would instantly vanish. It is I, and I Alone, who initiates all creation and causes it to continue in existence.” Allah Almighty again confirms His Omnipotence in the Holy Qur’an by stating: “"Verily it is Allah who Holds the Heavens and the Earth lest they vanish.” Look, although all things are moving they can only remain intact through the constancy of pressure on all sides. The water in this glass can only be claim and appear to be still (though its atoms are moving) if all the sides of the glass are firm and balanced. There has to be a certain balance of pressure between the inside of anything and what lies outside it or else that thing would either implode or explode. These are the secondary causes that enable the creation to have form, the original cause being He Almighty, who says: “I am the Maintainer of all creation. If I remove My Power everything will dissolve, will vanish.” Therefore everything that exists in the Universe is only an appearance of His Power. Through the application of His Power everything is created and sustained, and when He wills, all returns to nothing. Endless Power Oceans – there is naught besides; when He Almighty issues an order, that Power takes form and appears as He pleases. Now modern science has at last begun to admit such realities. The twentieth century has brought new discoveries and opened up horizons of knowledge that lead to the conclusion that this Universe must be maintained and directed by Higher Forces – that, at any rate, is the conclusion reached by thinking people. But this knowledge of the nature of things has been known to Muslims ever since the revelation of the Holy Qur’an fourteen-hundred years ago, from verses such as the ones we have mentioned and others. No one should be surprised at this, as, according to the Qur’an itself: “Nothing has been left out of this Qur’an.”

All of the absolute realities are mentioned therein, and as much as man’s knowledge of science may improve, it is impossible for it to ever surpass Allah’s knowledge of His Own creation as communicated to man in that Holy Book. The sky and space are endless, and no matter how far man may penetrate into it, he is still beneath and within it. In the same manner the knowledge of the Holy Qur’an always stretches out before and above him endlessly – no one can ever fathom it completely. Look, the smallest particles of matter contained in the atom, the ones that scientists call “indivisible”, can they really be indivisible? If they have a physical existence they must be divisible; only when something becomes nothing is it indivisible. But at that point we can’t sense any particle at all: there is no longer a particle, only energy, only the Power of our Lord Almighty. The Power Oceans of our Lord – no one’s mind can fathom their depths. If Western people were really thinking, these proofs would be enough for them to accept Islam, to prostrate themselves before their Lord and surrender to His Irresistible Might. To try to understand and to ponder over these Qur’anic verses is incumbent on all scientists. I am only authorized to speak upon them up to a certain point, but scientists and scholars may study the implications of these verses deeply and expand upon their purport endlessly, as each verse is, in itself, an endless ocean. Thus they may gain understanding of the wisdom of their own existence and the existence of the whole creation. Therefore, we may say that everything in existence is directed by means of the Angels, who carry out the orders of their Lord. They can only direct things, even the smallest particles’ movements, as their Lord orders them, and He Almighty declares: “I am the Lord of the Worlds, the Lord of everything from the smallest particles to the gigantic galaxies, and other worlds beyond these – seen and unseen, visible and invisible worlds. I am the Lord.” Allah Almighty is aware of all that exists in its minutest detail. All things are built of His

Power, as the only indivisible is His Power. All Universes are in His Power Oceans; then, when their Lord calls them, saying: “Be! Come into existence!” they appear from those endless Power Oceans. When He orders them: “Vanish!” they disappear – but yet they are existent in His Power Oceans. He is the Lord of the Worlds, and if anyone should try to elaborate fully on this point he would have to speak forever.

Es ist ein gesegneter Tag, der Juma, im Diesseits und im Jenseits. Oh Leute, bewahrt den Respekt vor dem Juma, wenn ihr nach Glückseligkeit im Diesseits und im Jenseits fragt. Oh, ich bin ein schwacher (Diener), heute bin ich hierhin zum Jumagebet gekommen, al-hamdullilah, und ich habe die Leute gesehen, die zum Juma rennen und zum Dhikr. Ich wollte heute nur etwas kurzes sagen, so wie sie es mir eingeben, ein kurzer Rat. Zunächst sitze ich hier nur, weil mir zwei Worte gewährt wurden subhanallah: Dunya, die gesamte Welt ist nun unter einer schweren Last, einem schweren Druck; sowohl die Leute untereinander als auch vom Himmel kommen Zeichen, dass der Herr der Himmel zornig ist. Oh ihr Menschen, wie können wir nur in Sicherheit kommen? Wie ich hier sitze, kommt es in mein Herz, dass es im Grunde sehr einfach ist. Es gibt ein hadith an-nabawi sharif, den alle Menschen und Kinder Adams hören müssen, weil alle unter diesem schwerem Druck leiden, unter diesem sehr schweren Druck. Unter ihren Füßen brechen (auf einmal) Vulkane aus, und es kommen Hurrikane. Denkt nicht, dass es nur für die Nordamerikaner ist - nein, alles wird so, wie (weil) es Sein himmlischer Befehl aufgetragen hat: „Geht dorthin und nehmt sie weg, geht dahin und nehmt sie weg,“ und die Leute zittern vor Angst. Warum? Es mag ein Erdbeben kommen oder eine Flut, die alles hinweg nimmt, keiner weiß es. Vielleicht ist der nächste Hurrikan noch größer und schrecklicher, und er kommt und nimmt alles hinweg und nun die Vulkane, sie sind überall! Allah hu Akbar, alle Leute fürchten sich zu Tode vor den Atomwaffen, dabei sind das (dem gegenüber) doch nur Kinderspielzeuge (Sheikh Effendi lacht). Diese Hurrikane mögen zu einem Atomreaktor kommen und ihn hinweg nehmen. Subhanallah. Allah hu Akbar! Allah hu Akbar! Rabbun Allah, Hasbun Allah (3x), La ilaha il Allah. Subhaan Sen, Sultaan Sen. Ayyuhal `Ulemas, Oh ihr Gelehrte aus Arabien, Pakistan, dem Jemen, Damaskus, Bagdad, Ägypten, Lybien, ismau yaa Ulemas, ... ich sage nicht mehr "Salafi Ulemas", das ist vorbei. Gelehrte, ich versuche ein Rabbani zu sein, aber ich bin schwach. Ich versuche den Rabbaniyin zu folgen, ihr auch, ihr alle versucht den Rabbaniyin zu folgen, die zum Herrn der Himmel gehören, mashaa-Allah, mashaa-Allah. Oh, gewähre (es) uns, oh RiyaAllah. Zwei Wörter spreche ich zu allen Menschen der Welt. Das ist der Wasiya, der Wille des Siegels der Propheten, was er sagte. Subhanallah, wie dies zu mir gekommen ist, ich habe nicht daran gedacht. Aber jeder fragt nach Schutz, und das Siegel der Propheten gibt dies den Leuten, wie kann das sein? Kaana rasool salat was salaam alay, ma nakatahu warahu imen ammu sayd Abbas... Hadith Sharif, den unsere Gelehrte sehr gut kennen. Rasulullah s.a.s war bereit und sagte: „Oh mein Vetter, wenn du danach fragst, unter göttlichen Schutz zu stehen - ahfizhillah yahfazhak – Halte an Allah fest und er hält an dir fest. Kullul-`uloom hunaak - alles Wissen ist da drin. Göttlicher Schutz im Diesseits und im Jenseits! Bewahre den hohen Respekt Allahs sei Ihm gegenüber immer respektvoll und Er wird dich hier- und jenseits beschützen. Sorgt euch nicht - Schluss, Ende, Aus! Oh ihr Gelehrten, teilt dies euren Leuten mit, im Osten und Westen. Oh ihr Christen, sagt es auch eurem heiligen Papst, übersetzt es, so dass er beurteilen kann, ob es wahr ist oder nicht. Wenn es wahr ist, müssen sie ihren Völkern sagen: „Oh Leute, haltet den richtigen

Weg ein, den sauberen Weg, den sicheren Weg. Ihr müsst den Lebensstil verlassen, den ihr bisher habt, er ist der Schlimmste. Wenn ihr danach verlangt, in Sicherheit zu sein im Diesseits und im Jenseits, bewahrt immer den hohen Respekt vor eurem Herrn.“ Alla hu Akbar, ayyuhal Patriarch und heiliger Chefrabbi: Wenn ich falsch liege, sagt: „Der Sheikh spricht falsch.“ Was steht im Alten und Neuen Testament geschrieben? Was haben sie die Menschen gelehrt? Alle heiligen Bücher haben die Menschen immer gelehrt: „Seid in göttlicher Gegenwart respektvoll und gehorsam. Gehorsame Diener werden gerettet, für Ungehorsame ist Furcht (vorgesehen) im Diesseits und im Jenseits.“ Göttliche Eingebungen, nein mehr als Eingebungen, kommen gerade in mein Herz: Alle Religionen und ebenso alle Propheten rufen die Leute auf: „Oh ihr Leute, seid gehorsame Diener eurem Herrn der Himmel gegenüber, im Diesseits und im Jenseits: Für euch wird (dann sowohl) hier das Leben süß sein, (als auch) dort das Leben ewig sein. Bewahrt den Respekt eurem Herrn gegenüber und versucht gehorsame Diener zu sein. Passt auf, passt auf, nicht ungehorsam zu sein: Alles Schlechte, alle Schwierigkeiten und Bestrafungen werden auf diejenigen kommen, die ungehorsam sind!“ Oh ihr Gelehrte, ihr müsst das hören! Ihr müsst versuchen, eure Leute zu gehorsamen Dienern zu machen. Wenn sie (dann) aber darin verharren wollen, ungehorsam zu sein, werden sie ein furchtsames und kein süßes Leben leben und immer Furcht vor der Bestrafung haben! Die Gehorsamen (dagegen) haben einen seelenruhigen Schlaf und fürchten sich nie vor einem Erdbeben, einer Flut, einen Hurrikan: Nichts kann sie berühren. Leute, bewahrt diesen Rat! Ihr wisst bescheid, ihr wisst Bescheid. Ich versuche gehorsam zu sein und ihr versucht (auch) gehorsam zu sein. Lasst nicht die Ungehorsamen eure Herrscher sein. Das ist am wichtigsten: Lasst euch nicht von den Ungehorsamen beherrschen! Tretet sie, fürchtet sie nicht und sagt: Rabbun Allah, Hasbun Allah (7-mal). Wenn z.B. alle Leute, die in Deutschland leben, sagen: Rabbun Allah, Hasbun Allah, dann müssen ihre Herrscher stürzen. Wenn die Leute von Sham (Damaskus) das sagen, sechsmal in 40 Tagen, dann werden diese Tyrannen ebenso stürzen. Wenn die Irakis das sagen in 40 Tagen, dann wird ein Wechsel kommen, und auch, wenn die Iranis das sagen, 40 Tage lang. Allah wird es innerhalb von 40 Tagen ändern – überall. Leute, Allah hat euch eine solche Kraft und Macht gegeben, die keiner (von euch) erwartet, die höher ist als jede atomare Macht, ya Rabbi Shukr!

speaking like a man." All people are saying, "Did you hear, that bird was speaking like a man." "Where is it??" "Look tonight, they are showing!" If they found a bird speaking like a man, that night they will make a show and you will be astonished. It is a mu`jizah, a miraculous thing. One bird is speaking, and the whole world is taking care, saying, "That bird is speaking." "O my brother, I am telling you that at the same time that the whole world is looking to that bird that is speaking like a man, I had a donkey and I am hearing that it is saying, 'O People! O heedless ones! Why are you not listening to that one who is speaking to you heavenly news?' I am looking, from where is this coming? I am looking to my donkey with his ears like this, he is looking to me. 'You are also from those heedless ones. You are taking amusement to hear that one bird is speaking like a man. And a man is speaking to you and you are not giving him value? Ptuu!!'" (Mawlana Shaykh laughs) That donkey making ptuuh (spits) on that person. The donkey continues, “You are not hearing that declaration everyday of that one who is coming and speaking to you? Is it not valuable? But you are saying that a bird who is addressing people with their names also, that is miraculous, and a man is speaking, it is not miraculous.” That is the meezaan, scale of all of you, 21st century-people’s mentality. They are giving a value because one bird is speaking like a man, but if a man is speaking they say it doesn't matter! There is no value. There's a value if the bird is speaking. Ptuu on such a mentality!! That is mu`amala, the treatment of nations for their prophets! I am not a prophet. But the custom of people is to deny all prophets and they are saying, “You are not speaking truth and we are not believing you.” That is the mentality of common people and their value is of animals and under them!! prophets and their inheritors, yes. Those peoples' levels are going to be the level of the birds speaking to them. They will be very happy with birds speaking to them, and all around they are looking, saying, "Where are we living? Yes, birds are speaking to me. How am I a bird? I was a man." Yes, you were a man, but your mentality was at the level of birds, and therefore, you have been sent to the reality of animals, because when an animal or bird was speaking, you were surprised and astonished. So we are putting you in that level of animals so you can be happy. Because you weren't happy when one prophet was coming and saying, "O people, I have been sent from the heavens with a heavenly message, to make for you a way to the heavens!" But you are like animals, you were kicking him and running away! Therefore, you have been made to be on the level of animals, that kicks and bites every second one. O People! This is a heavenly warning! Don't say you are busy, for your busy-ness is nothing. Your final point of busy-ness is reaching in the end to the WC (toilet). But who is asking from heavenly honors, their ways are to heavenly enlightening, enlightened dominions of Allah (swt)! Allahu akbar! (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits). O People! Yes, they are making this big servant to address people according to their understanding. O `Ulamas! O `Ulamas! Wahhabi `ulamas or Salafi `ulamas or Azhari 'sh-Shareef doctors and Persian ayatullah and hujatullah! Where are you from the Holy Qur'an? Don't blame me that I am speaking, as I am not speaking--they are making me to speak! Yes, one part of the holy verse I am asking. What is Allah (swt), the Lord of Heavens saying? (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) You are `ulamas who recite the holy verse, w 'adrib lahum mathalan, "Set forth to them, by way of a parable." (36:13) (Mawlana Shaykh sits.) They are making me to make an example. Allah Almighty is ordering to prophets and their inheritors to address people, and their Lord's addressing is from pre-Eternal to Eternal. That is giving them the authority over learned people, to make examples for them, helping them understand. the greatest Islamic authority in a debate. His followers informed him that there lived a man who was known far and wide as “The Proof of Islam” and was greatly renowned throughout he Muslim world. They also asserted that, should he be able to defeat him in a debate, the faith of Islam would certainly be destroyed and no faith in its teachings would remain in people’s hearts. So off he went seeking Imam Ghazzali. Imam Ghazzali, like so many other Islamic saints, used to volunteer to be a watchman on the coasts of the Islamic lands; as this was a lovely from of worship to engage in, one by which Allah’s pleasure could be earned. To keep the Islamic lands safe from the attack of enemies by watching for enemy ships was a great service to the Muslims. Therefore, many of these holy men built watch towers on the coasts and at border areas, for if no one was on guard the country would be vulnerable to the attacks of crusaders who came to pillage burn and destroy the country, and to kill and enslave its inhabitants. So, while the people slept, the friends of God were awake in prayer and watchfulness to safeguard the lives, honor and property of the people. When that man arrived at the near-by town asking for the Imam, the Imam was by the sea at his watchtower retreat on duty as a lookout. Presently he was led to Imam Ghazzali’s presence. When he arrived the Imam was absorbed in his duty and did not speak to him, so the visitor just sat down beside him and waited until the Imam could give him his attention. The Imam’s eyes were fixed on the horizon, when suddenly he grabbed the arm of the philosopher and cried out excitedly: “Look, look over there on the horizon: a very, very strange thing has appeared and is coming our way!” The atheist-philosopher looked at the horizon and said: “Oh Imam of the Muslims, it is just a ship.” Imam Ghazzali answered: “No, you are wrong; it is not a ship at all, but a very strange thing that is approaching.” “No, I assure you it is just a ship,” said the philosopher, baffled by the strange behavior of the Imam. Now, how is it that you said it was sailing without a captain and crew? Then Imam Ghazzali caught him firmly by the ear and said to him: “Now look, you fool: look at me, rascal, and listen. You are the most foolish person I have ever seen in all my days. Oh people, come here and look, for I have just caught the ear of the most foolish person in the whole wide world! Come and see him, the fool who argued with me that it is impossible for a ship to sail on the sea unless it has nineteen sailors aboard, while contending that this gigantic Universe and its vast firmament of stars, planets and galaxies are moving on their fixed orbits and exact courses without direction, by themselves!” “Look, Oh people, open your eyes and behold a fool. dramatization of the Imam, saying: “You have proven the truth of Islam. I cannot refute your words.” Then he ran away and hid himself for a long time before he got up the courage to show his face again among people. By this demonstration, Imam Ghazzali showed that foolish person and the world that nothing moves by its own power; everything in the Universe must be steered by someone. And everything in the Universe moves, though it may appear to be standing still, for the atoms and atomic particles are always in motion; and even as that ship is in need of a captain, so the smallest particles of matter must also be directed. Because of this, because everything that moves must be made to move, we can know that He Almighty, the Cause of Causes, is directing everything on its own individual course. If He Almighty had not appointed ‘drivers’ to direct electrons, how could they move around the nucleus in such an orderly manner? Such a marvel would simply not be possible. And those drivers are “licensed and authorized drivers” not “learners”, for were they not granted full capabilities and expertise by their Lord there would be accidents and collisions. But nothing ever goes amiss, and the creation continues along its destined course in a most precise manner. This is purport of the Holy Verse: “"Glory be to Him in Whose Hand are the Higher Influences (that exercise control) over everything.” Or, alternatively rendered: "Glory be to Allah, the One who from His Divine Presence through His Heavenly Worlds directs everything and orders its movements.” It is unimaginable how those galaxies can move in such harmony, or from where they come and to where they are headed. The galaxies cannot move on their own accord or by chance, never! The Lord Almighty appoints their ‘drivers’ from among the ranks

of the Angels, and He Almighty declares; “All authority is in my Divine Hand. It is I Alone who maintains everything, for were I to will their non-existence everything would instantly vanish. It is I, and I Alone, who initiates all creation and causes it to continue in existence.” Allah Almighty again confirms His Omnipotence in the Holy Qur’an by stating: “"Verily it is Allah who Holds the Heavens and the Earth lest they vanish.” Look, although all things are moving they can only remain intact through the constancy of pressure on all sides. The water in this glass can only be claim and appear to be still (though its atoms are moving) if all the sides of the glass are firm and balanced. There has to be a certain balance of pressure between the inside of anything and what lies outside it or else that thing would either implode or explode. These are the secondary causes that enable the creation to have form, the original cause being He Almighty, who says: “I am the Maintainer of all creation. If I remove My Power everything will dissolve, will vanish.” Therefore everything that exists in the Universe is only an appearance of His Power. Through the application of His Power everything is created and sustained, and when He wills, all returns to nothing. Endless Power Oceans – there is naught besides; when He Almighty issues an order, that Power takes form and appears as He pleases. Now modern science has at last begun to admit such realities. The twentieth century has brought new discoveries and opened up horizons of knowledge that lead to the conclusion that this Universe must be maintained and directed by Higher Forces – that, at any rate, is the conclusion reached by thinking people. But this knowledge of the nature of things has been known to Muslims ever since the revelation of the Holy Qur’an fourteen-hundred years ago, from verses such as the ones we have mentioned and others. No one should be surprised at this, as, according to the Qur’an itself: “Nothing has been left out of this Qur’an.”

All of the absolute realities are mentioned therein, and as much as man’s knowledge of science may improve, it is impossible for it to ever surpass Allah’s knowledge of His Own creation as communicated to man in that Holy Book. The sky and space are endless, and no matter how far man may penetrate into it, he is still beneath and within it. In the same manner the knowledge of the Holy Qur’an always stretches out before and above him endlessly – no one can ever fathom it completely. Look, the smallest particles of matter contained in the atom, the ones that scientists call “indivisible”, can they really be indivisible? If they have a physical existence they must be divisible; only when something becomes nothing is it indivisible. But at that point we can’t sense any particle at all: there is no longer a particle, only energy, only the Power of our Lord Almighty. The Power Oceans of our Lord – no one’s mind can fathom their depths. If Western people were really thinking, these proofs would be enough for them to accept Islam, to prostrate themselves before their Lord and surrender to His Irresistible Might. To try to understand and to ponder over these Qur’anic verses is incumbent on all scientists. I am only authorized to speak upon them up to a certain point, but scientists and scholars may study the implications of these verses deeply and expand upon their purport endlessly, as each verse is, in itself, an endless ocean. Thus they may gain understanding of the wisdom of their own existence and the existence of the whole creation. Therefore, we may say that everything in existence is directed by means of the Angels, who carry out the orders of their Lord. They can only direct things, even the smallest particles’ movements, as their Lord orders them, and He Almighty declares: “I am the Lord of the Worlds, the Lord of everything from the smallest particles to the gigantic galaxies, and other worlds beyond these – seen and unseen, visible and invisible worlds. I am the Lord.” Allah Almighty is aware of all that exists in its minutest detail. All things are built of His

Power, as the only indivisible is His Power. All Universes are in His Power Oceans; then, when their Lord calls them, saying: “Be! Come into existence!” they appear from those endless Power Oceans. When He orders them: “Vanish!” they disappear – but yet they are existent in His Power Oceans. He is the Lord of the Worlds, and if anyone should try to elaborate fully on this point he would have to speak forever.

Es ist ein gesegneter Tag, der Juma, im Diesseits und im Jenseits. Oh Leute, bewahrt den Respekt vor dem Juma, wenn ihr nach Glückseligkeit im Diesseits und im Jenseits fragt. Oh, ich bin ein schwacher (Diener), heute bin ich hierhin zum Jumagebet gekommen, al-hamdullilah, und ich habe die Leute gesehen, die zum Juma rennen und zum Dhikr. Ich wollte heute nur etwas kurzes sagen, so wie sie es mir eingeben, ein kurzer Rat. Zunächst sitze ich hier nur, weil mir zwei Worte gewährt wurden subhanallah: Dunya, die gesamte Welt ist nun unter einer schweren Last, einem schweren Druck; sowohl die Leute untereinander als auch vom Himmel kommen Zeichen, dass der Herr der Himmel zornig ist. Oh ihr Menschen, wie können wir nur in Sicherheit kommen? Wie ich hier sitze, kommt es in mein Herz, dass es im Grunde sehr einfach ist. Es gibt ein hadith an-nabawi sharif, den alle Menschen und Kinder Adams hören müssen, weil alle unter diesem schwerem Druck leiden, unter diesem sehr schweren Druck. Unter ihren Füßen brechen (auf einmal) Vulkane aus, und es kommen Hurrikane. Denkt nicht, dass es nur für die Nordamerikaner ist - nein, alles wird so, wie (weil) es Sein himmlischer Befehl aufgetragen hat: „Geht dorthin und nehmt sie weg, geht dahin und nehmt sie weg,“ und die Leute zittern vor Angst. Warum? Es mag ein Erdbeben kommen oder eine Flut, die alles hinweg nimmt, keiner weiß es. Vielleicht ist der nächste Hurrikan noch größer und schrecklicher, und er kommt und nimmt alles hinweg und nun die Vulkane, sie sind überall! Allah hu Akbar, alle Leute fürchten sich zu Tode vor den Atomwaffen, dabei sind das (dem gegenüber) doch nur Kinderspielzeuge (Sheikh Effendi lacht). Diese Hurrikane mögen zu einem Atomreaktor kommen und ihn hinweg nehmen. Subhanallah. Allah hu Akbar! Allah hu Akbar! Rabbun Allah, Hasbun Allah (3x), La ilaha il Allah. Subhaan Sen, Sultaan Sen. Ayyuhal `Ulemas, Oh ihr Gelehrte aus Arabien, Pakistan, dem Jemen, Damaskus, Bagdad, Ägypten, Lybien, ismau yaa Ulemas, ... ich sage nicht mehr "Salafi Ulemas", das ist vorbei. Gelehrte, ich versuche ein Rabbani zu sein, aber ich bin schwach. Ich versuche den Rabbaniyin zu folgen, ihr auch, ihr alle versucht den Rabbaniyin zu folgen, die zum Herrn der Himmel gehören, mashaa-Allah, mashaa-Allah. Oh, gewähre (es) uns, oh RiyaAllah. Zwei Wörter spreche ich zu allen Menschen der Welt. Das ist der Wasiya, der Wille des Siegels der Propheten, was er sagte. Subhanallah, wie dies zu mir gekommen ist, ich habe nicht daran gedacht. Aber jeder fragt nach Schutz, und das Siegel der Propheten gibt dies den Leuten, wie kann das sein? Kaana rasool salat was salaam alay, ma nakatahu warahu imen ammu sayd Abbas... Hadith Sharif, den unsere Gelehrte sehr gut kennen. Rasulullah s.a.s war bereit und sagte: „Oh mein Vetter, wenn du danach fragst, unter göttlichen Schutz zu stehen - ahfizhillah yahfazhak – Halte an Allah fest und er hält an dir fest. Kullul-`uloom hunaak - alles Wissen ist da drin. Göttlicher Schutz im Diesseits und im Jenseits! Bewahre den hohen Respekt Allahs sei Ihm gegenüber immer respektvoll und Er wird dich hier- und jenseits beschützen. Sorgt euch nicht - Schluss, Ende, Aus! Oh ihr Gelehrten, teilt dies euren Leuten mit, im Osten und Westen. Oh ihr Christen, sagt es auch eurem heiligen Papst, übersetzt es, so dass er beurteilen kann, ob es wahr ist oder nicht. Wenn es wahr ist, müssen sie ihren Völkern sagen: „Oh Leute, haltet den richtigen

Weg ein, den sauberen Weg, den sicheren Weg. Ihr müsst den Lebensstil verlassen, den ihr bisher habt, er ist der Schlimmste. Wenn ihr danach verlangt, in Sicherheit zu sein im Diesseits und im Jenseits, bewahrt immer den hohen Respekt vor eurem Herrn.“ Alla hu Akbar, ayyuhal Patriarch und heiliger Chefrabbi: Wenn ich falsch liege, sagt: „Der Sheikh spricht falsch.“ Was steht im Alten und Neuen Testament geschrieben? Was haben sie die Menschen gelehrt? Alle heiligen Bücher haben die Menschen immer gelehrt: „Seid in göttlicher Gegenwart respektvoll und gehorsam. Gehorsame Diener werden gerettet, für Ungehorsame ist Furcht (vorgesehen) im Diesseits und im Jenseits.“ Göttliche Eingebungen, nein mehr als Eingebungen, kommen gerade in mein Herz: Alle Religionen und ebenso alle Propheten rufen die Leute auf: „Oh ihr Leute, seid gehorsame Diener eurem Herrn der Himmel gegenüber, im Diesseits und im Jenseits: Für euch wird (dann sowohl) hier das Leben süß sein, (als auch) dort das Leben ewig sein. Bewahrt den Respekt eurem Herrn gegenüber und versucht gehorsame Diener zu sein. Passt auf, passt auf, nicht ungehorsam zu sein: Alles Schlechte, alle Schwierigkeiten und Bestrafungen werden auf diejenigen kommen, die ungehorsam sind!“ Oh ihr Gelehrte, ihr müsst das hören! Ihr müsst versuchen, eure Leute zu gehorsamen Dienern zu machen. Wenn sie (dann) aber darin verharren wollen, ungehorsam zu sein, werden sie ein furchtsames und kein süßes Leben leben und immer Furcht vor der Bestrafung haben! Die Gehorsamen (dagegen) haben einen seelenruhigen Schlaf und fürchten sich nie vor einem Erdbeben, einer Flut, einen Hurrikan: Nichts kann sie berühren. Leute, bewahrt diesen Rat! Ihr wisst bescheid, ihr wisst Bescheid. Ich versuche gehorsam zu sein und ihr versucht (auch) gehorsam zu sein. Lasst nicht die Ungehorsamen eure Herrscher sein. Das ist am wichtigsten: Lasst euch nicht von den Ungehorsamen beherrschen! Tretet sie, fürchtet sie nicht und sagt: Rabbun Allah, Hasbun Allah (7-mal). Wenn z.B. alle Leute, die in Deutschland leben, sagen: Rabbun Allah, Hasbun Allah, dann müssen ihre Herrscher stürzen. Wenn die Leute von Sham (Damaskus) das sagen, sechsmal in 40 Tagen, dann werden diese Tyrannen ebenso stürzen. Wenn die Irakis das sagen in 40 Tagen, dann wird ein Wechsel kommen, und auch, wenn die Iranis das sagen, 40 Tage lang. Allah wird es innerhalb von 40 Tagen ändern – überall. Leute, Allah hat euch eine solche Kraft und Macht gegeben, die keiner (von euch) erwartet, die höher ist als jede atomare Macht, ya Rabbi Shukr!

But the custom of people is to deny all prophets and they are saying, “You are not speaking truth and we are not believing you.” That is the mentality of common people and their value is of animals and under them!! prophets and their inheritors, yes. Those peoples' levels are going to be the level of the birds speaking to them. They will be very happy with birds speaking to them, and all around they are looking, saying, "Where are we living? Yes, birds are speaking to me. How am I a bird? I was a man." Yes, you were a man, but your mentality was at the level of birds, and therefore, you have been sent to the reality of animals, because when an animal or bird was speaking, you were surprised and astonished. So we are putting you in that level of animals so you can be happy. Because you weren't happy when one prophet was coming and saying, "O people, I have been sent from the heavens with a heavenly message, to make for you a way to the heavens!" But you are like animals, you were kicking him and running away! Therefore, you have been made to be on the level of animals, that kicks and bites every second one. O People! This is a heavenly warning! Don't say you are busy, for your busy-ness is nothing. Your final point of busy-ness is reaching in the end to the WC (toilet). But who is asking from heavenly honors, their ways are to heavenly enlightening, enlightened dominions of Allah (swt)! Allahu akbar! (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits). O People! Yes, they are making this big servant to address people according to their understanding. O `Ulamas! O `Ulamas! Wahhabi `ulamas or Salafi `ulamas or Azhari 'sh-Shareef doctors and Persian ayatullah and hujatullah! Where are you from the Holy Qur'an? Don't blame me that I am speaking, as I am not speaking--they are making me to speak! Yes, one part of the holy verse I am asking. What is Allah (swt), the Lord of Heavens saying? (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) You are `ulamas who recite the holy verse, w 'adrib lahum mathalan, "Set forth to them, by way of a parable." (36:13) (Mawlana Shaykh sits.) They are making me to make an example. Allah Almighty is ordering to prophets and their inheritors to address people, and their Lord's addressing is from pre-Eternal to Eternal. That is giving them the authority over learned people, to make examples for them, helping them understand. So don't say, “That one is speaking.” According to the Holy Qur'an, w 'adrib lahum mathalan, that holy verse addresses everyone that may speak to people, to make them help people understand by giving them an example or to tell some tales.
